Retraite de poteaux et poutres de luxe sur mesure

Cette maison construite sur mesure est situĂ©e sur 70 acres privĂ©s entourĂ©s de forĂȘt nationale. Il dispose de 4 chambres et d'une taniĂšre privĂ©e avec un lit queen size (toutes situĂ©es au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage) et de 5 1/2 salles de bains qui se composent de 4 suites, dont l'une a accĂšs depuis le couloir pour les clients sĂ©journant dans la taniĂšre et le loft . 3 des chambres ont des lits king size, la taniĂšre a un lit queen size et la quatriĂšme chambre a 2 lits superposĂ©s avec lits jumeaux gigognes et un lit jumeau supplĂ©mentaire Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des lits superposĂ©s. Il y a aussi une mezzanine en haut des escaliers qui a 2 lits jumeaux. Veuillez voir les photos de la mise en page pour plus de dĂ©tails.

Le premier étage a un plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine, 3 coins salons séparés, une grande salle à manger et un trÚs grand vestiaire avec salle de bain complÚte et buanderie. Le salon hors de la cuisine a une cheminée à bois et est parfait pour se détendre en attendant le dßner. La grande salle a des plafonds de 35 pieds avec un foyer au sol en pierre relié à la salle familiale avec un grand téléviseur sectionnel et 55 ".

Le sous-sol fini est parfait pour les enfants et les adultes avec son grand bar, son jeu de fléchettes, sa table de ping-pong et sa table de billard ainsi qu'un immense canapé sectionnel et un grand téléviseur de 65 ".

Il y a un réseau wifi complet dans toute la maison qui permet également d'accéder au systÚme stéréo SONOS situé au 1er étage, au sous-sol et aux terrasses.

This property is everything we hoped it would be and the photos do not do it justice! It is huge, with open-plan living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, great utility room with huge washer & dryer as some of the many highlights. The entrance hall is also a boot room with lots of space to hang coats and store boots, etc.The bedrooms are large with comfortable, decent bed linens and well equipped bathrooms. There are 2 spa baths as well as a steam shower in the main suite, and the kids bunk room is great. The playroom basement, with pool table, table tennis and full bar was put to full use, as was the outside fireplace and hot tub.As we were there for Christmas and New Year, with 12 family members, for the first time ever away from home in the UK at that time of the year, we were nervous about how we would feel, but this house simply enveloped us from the minute we walked in and felt like our home. Rob was super helpful, as were his grounds staff, who cleared the drive daily when is snowed and generally looked after the property. I can't say enough about this gorgeous property except to say that it was worth every penny to have our magical white Christmas dreams come true, and that we will definitely be back!

We highly recommend this house & the owner! The house was better than VRBO’s description. There were 2 dishwashers, 2 washers/2 driers, a large frig w/separate freezer in the kitchen, & standard frig/freezer in garage. There were plenty of mugs. glasses, plates, & flatware to serve our group of 16. While not all of us ate cereal in the morning, house was a little shy of cereal bowls. As for things left behind by others, we found quite a few condiments & spices, as well as salt/pepper--that was a very pleasant surprise. There was plenty of laundry soap for our group too. There were plenty of towels & linens, and all the beds were very comfortable.During our July visit, the weather was warm and muggy, but the fans provided throughout were adequate to make the stay comfortable (as a reminder, there is no A/C). While highs hit the mid 80's almost every day, night temps were in the low 60's. Because of that, the owner encouraged us to open all the windows & doors to cool the house down (all windows & all but 1 door were screened to keep the bugs out). The lower & upper screened patios were nice in the evenings from the evening breeze. The basement game room was ALWAYS cool!This house is at the end of the road, so the only people that showed up at the base of the driveway were a few hikers for the trail into the national forest. The grounds around the house were well kept too.Lastly, the owner worked with us to get us into the house on our timing–big thanks on that!

Best ski house

We rented the home for a long weekend with two other families and we had the best time. The home was very well maintained, and the wood details throughout made it feel like we were in a beautiful ski lodge—something I’d expect out west. The fireplaces on the main floor were amazing and made us never want to leave the house. The new hot tub was great. Half of us skied at Bromley and half went to Stratton and both were an easy drive. We hope to rent the home again and make this a tradition!

Perfect Getaway

We had the most incredible week here in June and could not have been more impressed with how special this home was! The location was phenomenal for visiting a number of surrounding areas, but the home and property were also just as wonderful to stay at and explore. Our kids had the best time swimming in the little pond on-site and using nets to fish out salamanders. The house itself is beautifully designed and furnished, and it truly felt like a well-loved home, not just a rental. We can’t recommend it enough!

Spectacular home!

This home is very large but very cozy! The high ceilings, pine floors and beautiful beam construction is like no other. Incredible spot!!

We had an amazing Christmas week here. The house is truly spectacular—even better than the pictures indicate. Rob was always quick with responses to the handful of questions we had, and everyone really couldn’t believe how nice the house was. Truly a memorable week and we will definitely be back!!

Beautiful GIANT House

We wanted a quiet place in the middle of nowhere to hang with our friends! We are 2 families with 4 adults and 5 kids between us. Tons of sleeping areas - enough that the kids didn't even fight. There is no AC, but with the doors and windows open, it is manageable. Kids didn't swim because there were a lot of crawfish and tons of wildlife in the ponds. But it is a short drive to a beautiful national park with a beach. The home was clean, PLENTY of dishes and utensils and lots of paper products. The owners were responsive and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation Spot

My two sisters and their families joined mine (a total of 14 people) for a long weekend. It was a great house with plenty of room and well-appointed furnishings for a mountain house. The owners were accommodating and recommended a good chef who prepared al of our meals.

Truly special place

This is a 5 star property perfect for larger family gatherings. The architecture is stunning, with a 4 story fireplace as the centerpiece of the first floor. The house was clean, well provisioned, and the beds were just like at home. Vermont beauty out every window (and there are lots of windows), tranquility, and peace. It's wonderful to stay in a place where everything was at the highest of standards. Thank you!

Beautiful home in beautiful surroundings.

Wonderful property. The pictures don’t lie. It’s every bit as impressive in person. We had 5 couples and everyone felt like they had plenty of space. The basement is great, main living room fireplace is amazing. Beds were comfortable. Firewood stocked and ready to go. House was super clean on arrival. We will be back!

Amazing stay!

This is one epic ski house! This is a beautiful and very well taken care of property! Something that is hard to find: 3 king beds with en suites, bunks for kids sleep up to 6, a queen bed and loft beds to fit our large group. The open rustic floor plan allows all of the guest to spread out and enjoy each space. The detailing in the house is absolutely incredible, much to see in every corner. It is clear they take pride in maintaining every detail of this home. We really appreciated their flexibility, accessibility, and the amount of work they put into ensuring the home is perfect, and that their guests have a great experience. From the high end kitchen appliances, to radiant heated floors, and even including cozy sheets, pillows and towels. They didn't miss a thing! Being only 15 minutes from Bromley was a bonus! Thank you Rob and Mia for a fantastic stay! We will make this a yearly trip!

Another great stay

This was our second stay at the house which proved equally as enjoyable as the first. 3 ski mountains in 3 days, horse-drawn sleigh ride at Taylor Farms a few minutes away, hikes in the local trails or walks down the quiet road, then relax by the fire in this beautiful home. Vermont at its best.

Stayed at this beautiful house second year in a row to celebrate holidays and had the best time yet again. The house is well kept with amenities and conveniently located to hiking trails and shopping centers.
