We rented this home in Cabo to celebrate a milestone birthday with a group of five couples, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is huge, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was amazing—we spent countless hours floating and soaking in the beautiful views.Communication with the owners, Ben and Noelkys, was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. While communication from the concierge, Laura, was minimal, the owners more than made up for it with their attentiveness.The housekeeping and maintenance teams were top-notch—the property was spotless and well cared for. Plus, the location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to town.We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious property in the Pedregal community. It’s perfect for groups and offers an unforgettable Cabo experience!

Had a great time staying here! There was some maintenance work going on while we were there, but otherwise was an great stay. Pool gets good sun, beds were very clean and the kitchen was huge. The property managers were very nice :)

Cabo High School Graduation Trip

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Villa Kanga. The house was large enough to comfortably accommodate our three families and a couple extra graduates. We really enjoyed the pool and the location of the house as it was only a short walk to the downtown marina area. They were very quick to respond if there was anything that we needed addressed. Everyone had an amazing time!! We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Stay!

I can't say enough great things about this spot. If it's even possible, the space is even more beautiful in person! The concierge (we worked with Laura) is incredible and makes planning a group trip so easy! We utilized the private chef service for dinner and breakfast 1 day and absolutely loved it. The food was great and the people were incredibly kind. Cleaning services come every other day to tend to the house and clean the pool. Town is in walking distance and we arranged for a shuttle to take us to and from places that were not within walking distance. There was so much space and many gathering spots for the whole crew. I wish I could give this place and this experience more than 5 stars!

Best bachelorette trip ever!!!

The house was perfect! Each bedroom has a private bath making the stay with 12 girls so wonderful. The house was tidy, clean and huge pool with an amazing view, and great amenities on the property (pickleball courts, daily cleaning).

WOW!

This place was incredible for me and my friends, the pictures lived up to the expectations. The pool being heated was a highlight for and the concierge and entire team was so helpful and responsive during the process. Will def be coming back!!!

Great Location

Our youngest son was getting married at the Gran Solmar, so family and friends rented Villa Kanga for the week. It was in a great location for us. Fifteen minute walk to Gran Solmar and only 5-10 minutes to the marina. Ten of us stayed in the house and it was very comfortable. However, I would suggest to the owners, maybe a furniture upgrade in the family room sometime in the future.

Gated Community made us feel real comfortable. All issues were remediated immediatly. (Needed bottled water since the filter was not working). Great attention to us from the owner!

My friends and I enjoyed this amazing house in Cabo! The host and Villa Kanga services were easy to communicate with and made all the planning like transportation and chef dinner at the house a breeze to plan! The pool and the roof top were amazing to hang out in. I recommend this house!

Most memorable stay!

I booked this villa for my friends and I to celebrate my 50th birthday. The villa was absolutely beautiful! Do not hesitate to book this property. Spacious, peaceful, and very well kept. Perfect location in Pedregal. Close to everything. The host went above and beyond my expectations. Very attentive and periodically checked in with me to make sure if I needed anything. The concierge also was very helpful in organizing activities and set up personal chef experiences which was absolutely amazing and delicious. This entire team was excellent! Can’t wait to return.

Gorgeous villa! Would definitely stay again!

This is a gorgeous villa! I stayed here with 6 other girls and we felt completely safe and had the absolute best time. The owner of the house is very friendly and polite - he checked in often to ensure we were doing ok. The property manager is also wonderful. She greeted us upon arrival with margaritas and helped us schedule rides for the airport and setup a chef dinner. The house was very clean and spacious. We all had our own beds and there were plenty of bathrooms. The house was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood felt very safe - We ubered everywhere and liked that the guard shack in the neighborhood would keep the driver’s ID as they entered to pick us up and return their ID on their way out, so they always knew who was in the neighborhood. It was a nice level of security that we really enjoyed. The villa is very conveniently located near lots of great restaurants and bars, as well as the marina. We were able to walk to our boat ride. There are convenience stores nearby and Walmart is a few minutes away I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing house

This property is as good as it looks in the pictures. Maybe even better. It’s very big and there is so much room to spread out. Almost every room is a master so there is plenty of privacy for groups. The outdoor areas are spectacular. The rooftop deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the Marina views. The highlight of the property is the pool. It’s clean spacious and was where we spent most of the time. The swim up bar is a great place to congregate and visit. There are no flaws with this property. I will typically try to nitpick something just to give a fully thourough review but there is nothing of concern. The kitchen is well stocked, it’s clean and was perfect. The property management was fantastic. They met us for check in, walked through the place to show Us how everything worked. They were great. They also provided a mid trip cleaning service which was nice to spruce the place up. The location is great. Easy to walk into town or to the Marina. There is a store a few blocks away and a great breakfast place call Foria. Everything you want is so easy to access from this place Finally we did us the management to set up airport transfers. That was definitely the right move. The cars were great The service was excellent and the coats were very reasonable.

Review of villa kanga

Over all was a BEAUTIFUL house!!! Ben and Nolelkys were sooooo nice and responsive. I did have trouble communicating with the concierge and the services she offered (chef, bartender, transportation, etc) were extremely pricey compared to other companies in Cabo which led to me having to book everything on my own, (kinda felt like I was my own concerige service). The communication from the concerige was severely lacking, but the host and Noelkey’s were extremely responsive and helpful with everything! Lorena was mainly the only reason I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The bedrooms and bathrooms and location and cleanliness of the house were perfect though! If you plan on needing a lot of conceriege assistance I would maybe look elsewhere, but if you are just looking for a beautiful perfect house this is for sure the place to stay!

Great place! HOA strict!

Wonderful place, clean great communication. Only problem is listing says there’s no noise restrictions until 10 pm, However, we got a noise complete from the HOA at 8 PM when we were just hanging outside having dinner! Other than that, everything was amazing and we had a wonderful time would definitely come back!
