Fun Gathering Place près de BYU, lac et montagnes

Cette maison gaie est située à Vineyard, un nouveau quartier familial de la banlieue de Provo. Entourée de montagnes majestueuses et proche du lac Utah, notre maison peut accueillir douze personnes. Si vous êtes fans de BYU ou d'UVU, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de tous leurs événements toute l'année! Ou peut-être voulez-vous faire de la planche à neige à la station de ski Sundance ou profiter des activités de Provo Canyon à 15 minutes en voiture. Profitez de sentiers de randonnée sans limites, du vélo ou de la pêche dans les environs de la rivière Provo ou du lac Utah. Toute la famille appréciera les parcs viticoles et le Splash Pad. Le centre-ville de Salt Lake City et l'aéroport sont à 40 minutes. Nous disposons de 4 chambres (un lit king-size californien, 2 lits queen-size, un lit superposé avec un jumeau supérieur, un lit gigogne inférieur et gigogne double et un canapé-lit queen-size). Regardez vos émissions Netflix préférées ensemble sur Apple TV. Préparez vos propres repas dans une cuisine bien approvisionnée ou faites votre choix parmi l'infini choix de délicieux restaurants à proximité. Allez voir un film au Megaplex 13 Geneva, y compris un cinéma IMAX, à Vineyard. Ou profitez de spectacles musicaux au nouveau théâtre Hale ou au théâtre d'été Sundance.

Great place to stay

We have stayed at several VRBO locations. This property was very clean. It is a very convenient location for Orem, Provo or to hop on the I-15 to go visit other places. We would stay here again.

Great place, clean and fresh

Very neat and tidy place with plenty of sleep-space for family/friends. Neighborhood is family friendly with children and neighborly neighbors. Quite convenient to the area with plenty of places to eat and visit. The owners were very responsive to requests!

This home was beautiful and had everything we needed! Plenty of towels, soaps etc. It was exactly what our family needed! I will definitely stay here again!!

Great place for our family visit

Five of my brothers and sisters with spouses met here to attend wedding in area. This was a great place with all the bedrooms and large kitchen table. Host was also very accommodating as they allowed early entry when one of my brothers showed up 3 hours early.

Perfect place for a large family

We came for a wedding. We had 4 generations all together. This place was perfect. Safe neighborhood and close to everything. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. Excellent hostess who was very responsive.

They were so thoughtful with my situation. She is the best to work with and I am excited to stay there again. The house is beautiful and is in a great location.

I can't give a high enough review for Mindy and her family! They took great care of my home, were super with communication, and even went above and beyond by washing loads of sheets and towels before they left. I would highly recommend them as renters and I hope they will stay at my home again!

Just the house we needed!

We needed a family gathering place since we were just in town for a wedding. From the location to the size to the amenities, this home fit the bill! The owner was in constant contact to make sure everything was okay. It was a wonderful stay and I’d highly recommend this home.

Perfect location

We were in town for a week for our daighters wedding in Lehi and this house was 5 minutes from the venue! Clean, stocked, plenty of space for all of us. Communication was great with Becky and we had no issues. We would rent again. Great value for money spent.

Holiday House

Our 3 generations had a great time together. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, blankets, and even a Christmas tree set up with lights.Kitchen table was big enough for lots of game playing. Location is super convenient to the freeway and stores. Safe neighborhood. Sometimes the house shakes when the Front Runner goes by.

Perfect for our

We came with two moms at Coach at nine little gymnasts. The house was so perfect for our group. We let the girls have the whole downstairs and the moms took the upper floor.

Excellent Home

This home had everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable beds. Toys, baby essentials, blankets, fireplaces, comfy family room, fenced in yard with play house. Fully stocked kitchen etc. The owner is super helpful and the rental process is great. Great neighborhood with lots of things to do nearby. We rented for extended family for a wedding it was perfect.

Gathered the family

We gathered for our sons wedding. The home was beautiful and clean. Extremely well stocked and well organized. Owner was very attentive and responded immediately to all questions. Close to restaurants and entertainment and freeway. Back yard was perfect for the grandkids. Will definitely use again when the kids are in town!

Ideal for Girls Retreat

A wonderful place to stay. Plenty of space for the 9 of us. A big kitchen table where we all could sit. Ample gathering areas and kitchen needs. Extra tables in the garage. The bedroom downstairs with multiple beds is perfect for sisters who haven't seen each other and want to stay up and talk. Super wonderful master suite. Slept well! Train route in the neighborhood can shake the house a bit. We'd come again for sure!

Great Host

Our host Rebecca was very wonderful. She was very helpful and quick to respond. to our request. We had some minor issues with the cleanliness of the home ( I get that it is difficult to manage the cleaners) but she was so quick to get someone out to the home to reclean. I would have given 5 stars if we did not have this issue. Thank you Rebecca

Bright and airy, but could use a deep cleaning…

The house was as described and fit us perfectly. The kitchen was well appointed, and the washer and dryer were great! Plenty of linens. Owners were prompt in their responses, which is ideal. Our only complaint was how dirty the home was. Stains on furniture and carpets. Fingers smears on every wall and banister. Baseboards and air vents caked in dust and grime. We spent several hours our first two days there cleaning so that we could feel comfortable. Other than that, this property was nice and has great potential.

Nice property

Nice property. Right off the 15 easy on and off to get to where we needed to go. House was clean. I didn’t realize it was a tri-level. I thought upstairs and down stairs referred to main level and basement.
