The house was in good condition and was what we expected. Could use a few more utensils and cooking appliances, but we made it work just fine. Host responded quickly to questions and was willing to help with any issues we found. Overall, would recommend!

Comfortable Home

Overall we were very happy with the home. The kitchen could use a few more kitchen tools and a 9 x 13 baking dish, but was a great kitchen to use. Private back yard was very nice. Very important to me was the comfortability of the beds which was great.

Great Place

We very much enjoyed our stay in American Fork. The host and hostess were very nice and made sure we had all the information to check in. We were missing a few things however they were very responsive. The stay was during the week and a few people were working remotely. The home was nice and spacious and gave everyone room to work. The home was clean and very comfortable.

Relaxing retreat

Our group was looking for a quiet neighborhood and comfortable place for a reading retreat. This property provided everything we were looking for. Comfortable beds, clean and beautiful home, tons of natural light, areas to gather and areas to be alone, all making for a fun stay. As a side note I appreciated the full selection of spices in the pantry. We did a little cooking and it’s nice not to buy a whole bottle of cinnamon when you only want half a teaspoon. The proximity to the lake was lovely, we enjoyed walks with the lake view, watching paragliders along the shore, geese, pelicans, horses and cattle. Would recommend.
