New years trip

The home had some deferred maintenance. The batteries for the entry were dead so the key pad didn’t work. After a few phone calls we were able to get in using the lockbox. The light over the address numbers was out so it was hard to tell right away if we were in the right spot. The rest of the deferred maintenance did not affect our stay but does need to be addressed.

Great Trip!

The pool was a little cold because it is not heated, but all in all a wonderful trip! Wonderful location and house layout!

Great location and nice home

This house was in a great, central location. We enjoyed having the 4 bedrooms. It was well stocked with supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We weren't able to use the pool, because it was green. Someoone was sent out, but wasnt better in time for us to use. Also, hall and 2nd bathroom lights weren't working, so 2nd day someone came out and did fix.

Lovely Home

This home was lovely. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It had plenty of room for everyone. The beds were cozy and the rooms were spacious. The outside pool area was fantastic! The provided pool toys were very much appreciated. There are a couple things that could have been a little cleaner. There were several stains on the couch, living room rug and bedroom carpets. Other than that it was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Had difficulty getting in. Lock never worked. Needed to get in through garage. Bart, the owner, was helpful. Should have told us the pool wasn’t heated. Kids couldn’t use it.

Nice Home Away From Home

Nice home with nice amenities. There were a few small challenges that were immediately addressed by the property manager. Cable TV was limited but that is not why we came!!!

Very nice property, great location could use some updates and more attention to cleaning.

We had a great time staying at this property for the week. Check in process and communication are 100% on point and overall the property was very nice. Only reason for needing to pay more attention to cleaning is there were a few tiny screws not sure what from that were left on a window sill in the game room that our 1 year old found in the first 30 minutes of us being there, which put me on high alert. The cabinet and the walls could use a good cleaning and touch up. There are some blinds that have broken planks on them that could use to be replaced as well. But this property has everything you could need and then some, no need to pack extra. Pool towels, high chair, pack and plays, toys for the kids and a kids table. Soaps in the bathrooms, blow dryer plenty of toilet paper and paper towel and sooooo much more. Was so nice to have it all and one less thing to have to go buy or worry about. Thank you for opening up your home to use for the week and being so accomidating and wonderful to work with.

Ok house, bad communication

House was ok. Clean, beds were as advertised. Pool was not heated, but didn't expect it to be. There was an issue with the lights and fan in the master bath toilet. They didn't turn on. Real problem was the tv in the main living room. We couldn't figure out how to get it to show the cable box feed (it was requesting a pin number). We called all the property phone numbers in the listing and book. All 3 went to a voicemail (which we left). We also messaged through VRBO. We never heard back. This was a buddies trip where we plan to watch march madness so very disappointing that we never got a response from the property manager.

There is an odor in the property that should be addressed. It seems to be worse in the laundry room, but could be the attic

Nice home!

Beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay. We bought pool chalk and left it as there wasn’t any. Walls are thin so could hear a lot inside and outside. Pool is like a volleyball pool that gets deeper in the middle and was great to float around in. Very pretty backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Nice roomy home and pool table was fun.

Great house in great location!

We enjoyed this property very much. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the outdoor area (including the pool) is fantastic. It’s in a great spot for doing things in Scottsdale and Phoenix or as a home base for day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. At the house, we loved playing in the pool outside and playing billiards inside.

Comfortable Stay

We had six guys on a golf trip. We cooked all of our dinners at the house and hung out there after each day of golf. We enjoyed the comfort of the house. There is plenty of room for beverages including two full size refrigerators and a beer/wine fridge. The house was exactly as expected and we would highly recommend staying here.

Satisfactory Visit

Property was clean and as advertised except for check out time which is listed as 11 on vrbo and 10 at home....very little instructions (tv etc) in home, check in directions were not specific enough. Lots of signs in neighborhood against renting properties.....

Great place for groups!

Great floorplan. A lot of open space with high ceilings. Beds were comfy. Master Bed and Bath were huge. We stayed with two families for 4 nights and had a great time. It's in a great North Scottsdale location, not far from many great dining, entertainment and shopping places. The pool has two shallow ends and is not deep. There won'e be any diving, but its great for doing laps or just having a bunch of people hanging out. The black bottom was pretty cool. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and plates. Here's a tip on the coffeemaker: Just press the button once, and WAIT. It may not seem to be doing anything, but it's working!
