Enjoy complimentary pool and spa heat during your stay — it’s included for free! The spa runs daily from 6 a.m. to midnight for your comfort, and the overnight hours are reserved for the system’s filtration cycle, keeping the water sparkling clean and ready each morning. Swim, soak, or relax under the desert sky — and when night falls, the pool lights set the perfect evening mood.

🔥 Firepit & BBQ:
Grill up your favorites or gather around the firepit to share stories and unwind under the stars.

☕ Furnished Patio:
Sip your morning coffee, enjoy sunset drinks, or dine alfresco in comfort on the furnished patio seating.

This home offers everything you need for an effortless Scottsdale stay — from stylish indoor spaces to your own private resort-style backyard. Minutes from top golf courses, shopping, hiking trails, and dining, it’s the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
Occupancy & Use

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval.
- Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies.

Noise & Neighbors

- Quiet hours are **9:00 PM – 8:00 AM**.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- If management, security, or authorities are called due to noise, unauthorized guests, or neighbor complaints, enforcement-related trip fees of $250+ may apply.

Parking & Vehicles

- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in trip fees.

Pool & Spa (If Applicable)

- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.
- No glass in or around pool or spa areas.

Smoking

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.

Maintenance

- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.

Lost & Found

- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.

Trash

- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.
- Excessive trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees.

Safety

- Some properties use exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices for safety and neighborhood compliance.
- Do not tamper with or disable monitoring devices.

Rule Violations

- Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by platform policies and local regulations.
