Bienvenue à la maison pour ce charmant condo de deux chambres au 2ème étage avec une vue magnifique sur le lac Dillon. Étapes menant à l’arrêt de bus Summit Stage.

Ce charmant et abordable condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain a de nombreux équipements. Le condo est idéalement situé pour tout ce que le Haut Pays a à offrir et se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture ou en bus de nombreux restaurants, bars et magasins de la région. Le condo est également à quelques pas du long chemin de rec. Il y a un arrêt de navette gratuit à proximité qui vous mènera à de nombreuses destinations du comté de Summit, notamment les bassins d'Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge et Copper Mountain.

Le condo dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un bar et d'une table à manger pour 6 personnes. Le condo dispose de nombreux équipements, y compris une laveuse / sécheuse, une cheminée à gaz, une grande télévision HD, un mobilier de salon confortable, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et bien plus encore. La chambre principale a un lit king avec salle de bain privée et sa propre télévision HD. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés.

Après une longue journée d’aventure, rien ne vaut le retour dans votre appartement et la possibilité de vous détendre devant la cheminée. Vous pouvez également profiter du paysage depuis le salon tout en vous relaxant et en sirotant une tasse de cacao chaud. Ou voulez-vous vous détendre dans un bain à remous? Le clubhouse à proximité comprend un bain à remous, un sauna et plus encore. Vous ne pouvez pas vous passer d'activités en plein air? The views from the house were beautiful and the location is great for day trips to Breckenridge or just enjoying the lake or town of Dillon. We didn’t need them but the house essentials were plentiful. Check in and check out process was flawless and communication was great. I would definitely stay again if coming into the Dillon area.

Great place! Amazing communication

Communication is important to me, and this property manager was amazingly responsive. Sometimes I don't need a thing, and sometimes things come up and you need to talk to the property manager. This place was great! It was also well stocked with kitchen things, which can sometimes not be the case. They even had a water filter pitcher in the fridge! That amazing touch was a first for us. Highly recommend staying here. You can hear the road noise, but it's not horrible. The beds are comfy. There's plenty of seating. Plenty of kitchen stuff. oh-and both a regular coffee maker (which we like) and a Keurig. We would stay here again.

Great condo!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and was a great space. It was convenient for trips to Buena Vista, Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, etc. It was clean and a beautiful space. The views of Dillon Reservoir were incredible.

July Vacation

We had a great time during our stay at your condo. The views were excellent, and the space was perfect for our needs. The only thing that might need to be addressed at some point is the two larger bed mattresses seem to sink in the middle, and might need to be replaced before long. We had a great time overall, and will look forward to possibly booking this location again in the future. Thank you.

Family vacation

This condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the heated outdoor pool and hot tub in the club house that was within walking distance of our condo. The view from our balcony of Lake Dillon and the mountains was amazing.

Trip to Dillon

A nice, quiet place with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. You will need to drive to get to the lake and into town because it is by a busy highway, but it is very close to everything. It was a great place to stay.

Great condo - poor communication

We enjoyed our stay in Dillon - the condo was clean and updated and in a wonderful location with incredible views. The check-in process was rough as there was no key in the lock box. We were checking in after 6pm, and there was no number available to contact a property manager at that hour. The only number in the email I received had a message stating it was after office hours. There was no emergency/urgent office. VRBO was also unable to contact the property manager. My family and I stood outside in the cold for over 40 minutes while trying to get ahold of someone to locate a key to the property. We fully understand that things happen, but an emergency number should be available to renters. After this was corrected we were told a manager would call us, but they never did. Overall the property was wonderful, just an unfortunate experience with check in and communication.

Hi Erin, We wanted to say with the deepest sympathy we are so sorry you had any problems with checking in. We are in the office everyday from 8am-8pm, and if we step out to do any deliveries, our phones do continue to ring, and do offer an afterhours extension, one just had to listen to all the prompts to get there. I am so sorry there was any bit of inconvenience, that is again nothing we want to have our guests experience. We do hope you will come back and stay with us again, and we will have everything set perfectly for you this go. The place was great. It needs a new coffee pot. The coffee pot was a small one like you would have in a motel room. It holds maybe 2 cups. There was 5 of us. Everything else was great. We really like the view.

Exactly as advertised

Wonderfully appointed Condo in the heart of Summit County. Our trip was over thanksgiving vacation, and we found plenty to do around the area with 2 teenagers (snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing). The property managers checked in (by phone) to make sure our stay was going well. Then, on the day we were checking out, a path had been shoveled so we didn’t have to load everything in the snow! Wonderful customer service. We will definitely book this condo again.

Loved the views!

We stayed in this area before, which is why we returned. Loved watching the activity on the lake and the view of the mountains. Minutes from several hiking trails. Close (but not too close) to downtown Dillon and Silverthorne and I-70. Summit County is a special place for us. I hope that we have the opportunity to return.

Excellent stay!

The view of the lake and mountains from the condo can’t be best. Access to the rec path was just across the hwy. The condo itself was spacious and clean with a good size kitchen and updated surfaces. Would def return.

Enjoyed our stay, location was great

View was awesome, response of management company was fantastic, easy to communicate. Beds were clean and comfortable and living room furniture was great to sit and watch the changing clouds/weather over the lake and mountains. Only issue is be aware the road noise is very loud - you do not hear a peep of it inside, but it makes sitting on the patio to enjoy the view a bit difficult. Also no air conditioning and it was a bit warm in Colorado. Overall enjoyed our stay, the view was great, the location so convenient to much.

Poor. Too many things poor in condo.hopefully the conditions with fall on ice improve! Terrible. Worse stay in over 15 visits in this area.

This is a dishonest review from a disgruntled guest that slipped and fell in the parking lot. We would like people to know that the mountains are a very Snowy and Icey environment please be careful when walking outside.

Perfect Stay

The property is perfect. Close to all ski resorts, equipment rentals, sotres, & restaurants. The view is amazing and the space was very comfortable & clean.

Had a great weekend.

Property was easy to get to, centrally located, clean. It fit our 5 person family wonderfully. The condo was well stocked with utensils and towels. It has an amazing view of Lake Dillon! Sunsets and sunrises were amazing!
