Wheelehan House: C'est une grande maison de 5 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bain situĂ©e dans la rĂ©gion de Tahoe Park. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec casseroles, poĂȘles, vaisselle, etc., tĂ©lĂ©viseur haute dĂ©finition Ă  Ă©cran plat 52 "avec cĂąble, accĂšs Internet sans fil, chaĂźne hi-fi avec station d'accueil USB / iPod, poĂȘle Ă  bois , accĂšs de niveau et un parking pour 4-5 voitures.

Profitez de la grande terrasse / patio sur le cÎté de la maison qui a des tables de pique-nique et un barbecue (en été seulement). Il y a aussi une table de ping-pong et une fosse en fer à cheval pour les loisirs d'été.

Cette maison est à distance de marche de la plage privée de Tahoe Park et facilement accessible aux pistes cyclables. Il est également accessible à pied au restaurant Sunnyside et au café Firesign !!

There was a large area under the stairs with mouse droppings. Also mouse droppings were in the water heater closet and behind the washer/dryer. we cleaned up some in the kitchen as well. Saw mice in kitchen crawl into the lower cabimets where the pots and pans were kept. Also had ants in the home. Many ant hills around the property as well. Our concern was the small children going barefoot with mouse droppings on the floor. The upstairs shower did not drain well so you were standing in water. If these things are fixed it would be a great rental.

Great for a group ski weekend

We had a great ski weekend celebrating two birthdays, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep, two great dinners and lots of board games. The house was set up better than we expected from the listing, not mega-fancy but great communal spaces with a huge dining table and plenty of family room lounge furniture.

We had a total of three families. The house is set up perfectly so we didn’t feel there were many adults and kids in the house. Perfect location too!
