We rented the property for a family wedding weekend. Perfect for the 9 family members that stayed there which included 2 teens. Very central to all the events going on. The Avantstay team was very responsive. When we told them the microwave stopped working they sent someone out right away to fix and they even brought one with them in case they couldn’t fix it. Awesome stay!

Amazing stay! The cabin was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The location was perfect with easy beach access and beautiful surroundings. Everything was well organized, and the host provided clear instructions. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Fun stay with three generations of family

We had a wonderful stay with three generations of family. The dual decks and living areas were great for giving the kids a separate place to enjoy. We look forward to our next trip.

We feel extremely blessed to have booked this property. It was a wonderful space with all needed amenities. Even when we were blindsided by a an unexpected power outage, we had everything we needed. We had a small marriage anniversary party and the venue was perfect for the occasion! Thank you!

Really cute space, close to olympic village and Carnelian beach

We stayed for two days with a group of friends, and we all really enjoyed our stay. The house came equipped with everything we needed. I always appreciate when a rental property includs a FULL kitchen totally stocked! I really appreciated all of the small details this place came equipped with. I would definitely book with AvantStay again.

This listing should be much more clear that it only accommodates 10 guests, but they allow you to bring up to 12. There were two trifold mats that only fit children and no bedding was available for these and it took 3 days of reaching out to AvantStay to get bedding for them as there were only pillow cases and a few extra queen sheets throughout the house . They were very friendly once they finally came and offered a pie as an apology, but I wish it had been made clear if we were bringing 12 people that we needed our own air mattress and bedding for 2 people. The kitchen also did not have enough utensils for 12 people, so we frequently had to wash mid-meal so we could share. The space is nice with bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd floor allowing our two families to have some separation, but the photos make the 2nd floor common area look much larger than it really is.
