Bienvenue à Cois Na Coill (prononcé "Kush Nah Queel") gaélique pour "Home in the woods". CNC a été construit en 2014 avec tous les nouveaux appareils, lits et fonctions de divertissement. Grands espaces extérieurs, jacuzzi pour 6 personnes, véranda avec moustiquaire, foyer au gaz et grands espaces ouverts pour profiter de la forêt et des montagnes. Accès facile aux sentiers, au golf et aux divertissements locaux.

La maison est entièrement meublée et idéale pour les familles, les retraites d'entreprise et les escapades de week-end. TV et système audio récemment mis à niveau pour votre expérience de divertissement ultime! D'autres ajouts récents incluent la climatisation et un bain à remous pour 7 personnes. Internet par fibre optique avec plusieurs points d'accès WiFi dans toute la maison (pas de zones mortes!)

La propriété est située à côté du terrain de golf Prospector, l'un des trois terrains de golf construits à Suncadia. Le Lodge and Winery sont à proximité si vous avez faim, soif et cherchez de la musique live. Des terrains de jeux sont disséminés dans la station et des pistes cyclables et des sentiers de randonnée serpentent partout. En hiver, enfilez vos skis de fond et skiez à l'arrière de la propriété pour trouver une piste de ski de fond damée qui parcourt des kilomètres autour de la station.

Accès complet au garage, buanderie, cour arrière, chambres, salles de bain, cuisine et BBQ extérieur.

Nous sommes amicaux EV! Un HPWC Tesla compatible 240V / 60A est installé dans le garage. Il y a aussi une prise 240V, 14-30 dans le garage.

Le propriétaire (hôte) habite à Seattle. Le gestionnaire immobilier Jessica Christie vit dans la région de Cle Elum et gérera les demandes de réservation et l'interaction avec les clients. Toutes les communications se feront par téléphone ou via l'application VRBO. Un code de verrouillage électronique numérique sera attribué pour permettre l'accès à la maison pendant votre séjour.

Our stay at this cozy, beautiful home in Suncadia has been nothing less than memorable. It was our first family (early) Christmas trip away, and we enjoyed every moment of it. From beginning to end, everything was smooth and flawless, exactly what you hope for when spending the holidays away from home. Everything was stocked and ready to go in the kitchen. The rooms were prepped and welcoming. We enjoyed the endless selection of movies on TV and all the Christmas decorations throughout the home. The kids loved the s’mores, with every ingredient thoughtfully provided, and the adults indulged in the hot tub, even when it was rainy.What made this place truly special, though, were the small touches that made us feel instantly at ease; from the glistening Christmas tree lights to the quiet corners perfect for morning coffee. It felt effortless to settle in, unwind, and just be together. We made memories here that we’ll be talking about for years, and we’re already hoping to return.Highly recommend this home to anyone looking to create something meaningful with the people they love.

This year four of us who are 88 years old made it to our annual “Get Together ” at Suncadia. With the help of two relatives the six of us had an amazing time in this lovely home. We prepared food in the kitchen ate together at the end of the big beautiful table and slept very well.

We had a great time and had many encounters with different wildlife just on the property which was amazing. We hunted for rocks on one of our many walks that we painted and created a rock garden we hope to see it grow if the owner likes it.

Definitely booking another trip next year!

Clean, spacious, and amazing memories made. I booked this to celebrate my birthday and a few of my friend’s birthdays, and it was perfect for us 12 people. The communication between the property owner/manager and I was amazing, and they were kind enough to accommodate for early check in when I asked for it. We loved the hot tub and the cleanliness of the house without being too far from downtown Cle Elum. And we even talked about booking this again for next year.

Girls trip

This property was perfect for our girls trip. Plenty of space. Great outdoor amenities. We didnt use them because of negative temperatures and wind. We sure wanted to. Instead we cozied up on the couch with the fire. We would rent this house again. Fully stocked with everything.

Golf trip with friends

We had a foursome that stayed at the house and played both Rope Rider and Prospector golf courses over two days. We made dinner at the house on Friday night and found the kitchen to be well stocked with all of kitchen tools needed. We had an issue with the hot water, but our contact came right after we called her and fixed it on the spot. She was fantastic. We will definitely do this trip again and will rent this house again.

Overall wonderful house and vacation

The rental was easy to access and as it appeared in pictures. Very well stocked and convenient to area activities. They provided extra touches that were really appreciated. Although it says it sleeps 14 there was no bedding for the futon and not extra bedding anywhere in the house (I called to check) so really there was was only beds 12. The fire pit and hot tub were wonderful. Bring an Xbox if your kids want one because although it says you receive the code to get it, the property manager said it is not available. Overall loved our stay and would stay there again.

At Cois Na Coill, we take pride to ensure our guests have the best experience possible. The review below indicated that the house sleeps less than advertised, this is not the case. The reviewer indicated 8 guests in their party during booking of which the existing beds can easily accommodate. The futon is a couch that can be pulled into a bed to accommodate 2 more people and a call was made by the guest to the property manager for extra bedding. Apparently the bedding was not found by the guest and we were not made aware of this situation until the review below...which of course is too late yo do something about helping to locate these bedding items for them. There are two Xboxes in the house, one is accessible for disc media in the master bedroom, the other is in a locked closet and supports digital access only. We hope this helps others who may be looking for these features in the future.

Birthday Celebration

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The pictures were accurate (not always the case) and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. The owner provided very detailed instructions on the house and amenities. We had 11 family members here for a birthday celebration. Everyone was very comfortable with plenty of space for games and relaxation. They provided plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of place settings along with large cookware & bowls for food prep & cooking. The only thing I would suggest is that the owner should consider installing grab bars in the main floor shower (or offer a shower seat). A member of our group has mobility issues and needs these items in a shower. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the big community table!

We were a family of 5 (two adults, one teenager and two toddlers) with extra teenagers! Pros: Large Community Table, Great MudRoom with heated floors for our snowy/wet clothes, Good Location. Cons: Overly complicated techy TV situation, No TVs in any other rooms but Primary Bedroom (which again we couldn’t figure out how to work), Lacking in Kitchen Appliances/Utensils, Garage is full and unusable. This house felt very lived in with lots of stuff inside. We didn’t have much room for our groceries and things. The property manager was great - very responsive and quick to fix a minor hot tub issue. We would likely not return but this is due in part by our family size as this house was not our favorite for our kids (no garage full of games, no extra TVs, etc). Otherwise a practical house, just not for us.

Thank you for staying at CNC and your comments. I'm sorry you had difficulties with the entertainment system, I did identify a small issue with the system (Xbox update reverted a setting that was needed for proper operation) and it has been resolved. This house is used by me and my guests, as such, the garage does store my recreational toys and items used to maintain the property. There is space to set up the ping-pong table if the garage is not used to park a vehicle. Not sure about the kitchen comments...most of my guests say it is very well stocked with utensils and normal appliances (could you be more specific?)

Expect extra charge if you do not take garbage with you, or if use the fire pit longer than 3 hours

Had a two days Christmas stay with the family. 1. On Christmas day, got a 4am call from the owner to turn off the fire pit saying it is unattended and it was on for too long, when some of us where on the patio. 2. On the second day the hot tub temperature did not go above 93F. 3. Offers for rent a house for up to 18 people and provides only 1garbage bin, no recycle, and after all, complaining for too much garbage left in the garbage room, after Christmas holiday, when everyone has at least one gift=boxes. Plus, all the other trash. 4. Insinuated that we broke two window handles and that some decorations are missing. Of course, paid quite a bit of money, to go and grab some decorations. After all, of course, got an extra charge for all mentioned above.

I've been renting my property for several years now and every once in a while I have a guest who doesn't treat the property with respect. This is one of those cases. As you can see from this review, no accountability for any of the issues I raised. They paid a damage deposit and unfortunately there was damage that their party caused that was not there before their arrival. It's too bad that people can get vendictive with a review when I'm just trying to repair the property from damage after their stay.

Beyond disappointed

Dirty house and rude owner. This was to be our mid-winter break vacation with our 3 small kids. When we arrived the property was dirty. Within 5 min of walking through the house my socks were covered in dog hair, we found stained/dirty bedding, clothes and undergarments from previous guests were left behind and there was just a feeling of dirtiness. We called the property manager (who is also the cleaner) and she offered to come back and clean “again”. We declined the offer as that just felt awkward. My husband then proceeded to spend the next couple of hours trying to clean. The owner called me and said that my description of what I was seeing didn’t match what his cleaner had told him. I asked if he would like me to send pictures of what we were finding and he said he would like that. I sent him several pictures and he apologized and gave us a $500 refund. I appreciated that gesture. When we returned from dinner, we had to clean bathroom floors and bathtubs (all covered in hair) to try and get our kids ready for bed. I sent the owner 2 more pictures. He then responded and said he was concerned with our diligence to prove that his home was dirty and that he was concerned we had something more sinister in mind. I still have no clue what he meant by that but I was deeply offended. I never once asked for money back and was only sending pictures because he had asked for them. I thought he should know that his cleaner wasn’t cleaning his property. He then texted again and told us he wanted us out by 12pm the next day and he’d give us a full refund. I was relieved to be leaving the home but obviously sad that my kids lost their entire mid winter vacation. He did give us a refund but not before he commented on VRBO that he thought we had “OCD issues”. I am appalled that VRBO allows their owners to treat renters like this. We have never had a problem renting homes through VRBO.. and hopefully this is a one time horrible experience… but this was bad. Dirty home, rude owner who kicked my family out after less than 24 hours… I am not sure I could dream up a worse experience. Again, I’m thankful we received our refund, but it was awful.

In the 7 years I have been renting my property, I have never had a guest that complained and went above and beyond to prove my property was dirty and disgusting. After several attempts to rectify any concerns, including the offer to completely re-cleaning the property during their stay, it was clear that there was no way I could satisfy this guest. As a result, I had to cancel their stay and completely refund their money. No one "won" out here and to top it off, this guest had to post a review for a situation that was a no-win. To future hosts, be very concerned to rent to this individual. VRBO should boot this guest from their platform for trying to destroy my business with a vile review.

Cois Na Coill - great weekend get-away!

Incredibly well designed house and property- the owner has thought of everything! We enjoyed the fire pit (s’mores kit included!) at night and the hot tub with metal camp coffee mugs in the cool mornings. Easy access to trails and a lovely screened porch room to enjoy throughout our visit. Thank you for everything - we will definitely recommend Cois Na Coill!

My golfing buddies and I had a great time at the house and golfing up a storm at Suncadia. Beautiful, conveniently located property accommodated all of easily.

Steve grew up in the Leavenworth area (about an hour away from Suncadia) and went to the University of Washington. Steve enlists the help of his partner Jodi to property manage the house. Both Steve and Jodi live together in Seattle.

Steve grew up in nearby Leavenworth (about 50mi away) and always wanted to come back to the east side of the mountains to live and play. Steve built the home in 2014 as a place for his family to come and enjoy but for now shares this special place with you! Steve hopes to retire here when that time comes! Steve has literally put his blood, sweat, and many tears into this property!

The property is very quiet, the sky is brilliant, and the air always smells of the forest. Elk often can be seen from the house, especially in the morning or at dusk. Wild turkeys have been spotted crossing the property and you will see deer occasionally. My home is open and inviting and offers many technical amenities that give you the best of country and modern living.
