Emplacement! Emplacement! Emplacement! Notre maison est nichĂ©e dans les arbres juste sur le terrain de golf, Ă  distance de marche des parcs, des terrains de golf et des restaurants. Notre maison dispose de 3 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains, mais il y a une grande salle de bonus plus mezzanine pour dormir invitĂ© supplĂ©mentaire et parfait pour les enfants! Cette maison comprend un maĂźtre avec un roi, une chambre avec un lit queen-size et une autre chambre avec 2 lits doubles. La chambre bonus dispose de 2 lits superposĂ©s solides, l’un plein, l’autre jumeau. Nous avons Ă©galement un loft qui comprend un canapĂ©-lit complet. Cette maison a toutes les commoditĂ©s dont tout locataire pourrait avoir besoin, vaisselle, casseroles et poĂȘles, serviettes, draps, tonnes d'armoires et comptoir. Le garage a une table de ping-pong et il y a des tonnes de jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© et de jouets pour les enfants!

It was a wonderful stay for my family over Christmas! House was very clean great amenities. Enjoyed the location, hot tub & outdoor fireplaces, as well as the indoor fireplaces, especially the one in the master bedroom. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Great Place!!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a great location with plenty of space. Love that it was pet friendly too! The kids also really enjoyed all the bikes, scooters, games and the bunk bed room.

Wonderful visit

We had a great stay. All was as described in the property site. It was clean, and had everything we needed. There was some spring landscaping going on but the landscapers were very accommodating to our needs. We would stay again.

The house was amazing - just what we hoped for - and my family had a great time. All the amenities you could dream of, and Seth, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. 5 stars, and we will definitely stay here again in the future if we get the chance.

Great place to spend the 4th of July

Loved the location of the property. The house layout was great with a great indoor family room and kitchen. Alson enjoyed the master bedroom suite. The outdoor space was also great and enjoyable with a view of the 17th tee on Prospector golf course. Our dog had a great time!!

This is a great home in a very nice location. The issues we had renting this property had to do mostly with cleanliness. The game room floors were sticky, coffee pot had coffee left in it, and was moldy, hot tub lid was half open, was not clean, and there was no chlorine in the water. Let the owner know about the hot tub, and they did send someone right over to clean it, but did not seem too concerned when the other issues were mentioned.

As reviewed by others, great property in Suncadia and very nice house. Seth was very responsive to questions and his house was perfect. It was a perfect basing location to Leavenworth and surrounding areas and we will definitely ask to come back! Thanks again for the memories!

Excellent Family Vacation Rental

We recently stayed in this house for 5 nights. Check-in was seamless, property was very clean and well appointed, good location and excellent / responsive property management. Seth was awesome and responded to any of our questions about the home in minutes. Much quicker than what I've experienced going through Suncadia's main rental pool. Highly recommend this property!

Great getaway!

The house was a great getaway for the family. Lots of things to do together at the house - games room, hot tub, and great dining and family area for hanging out together. Also loved the large master suite and the spaciousness of the house and the front and back yard areas - provided space to quiet time as well. Good combination for everyone. Location was very quiet but easily accessed the trails and the rest of the resort area by foot. Owner was very responsive and helpful to all of my questions leading up to our stay and we found everything as expected at the house. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful House

Very nice house in nice neighborhood. Kitchen has everything you’d ever need. Tv in almost every room. Nice hot tub. Large bunk beds. Very spacious and comfortable. Game room is awesome too. We saw deer in the backyard. Not far from town. I would stay here again.

Great property, Seth was awesome to work with. Attentive to any questions we had. Would definitely come back to this property. Minor details, the Heated floors in bathroom didn't turn on/work, and under cabinet lighting was out, but the property and location can't be beat.

The house was great for ourselves and a few friends for a quick getaway. We were endeavoring to work from the space and the internet was pretty slow but we were warned and that was more of a function of the ISP than the host.

We keep our property in tip top shape and we are always looking to add more fun amenities for your stay. Are location is amazing vs having to drive through the property for another 20 minutes. It is located at the first turnabout and 30 seconds around the next corner. Our home has all the kitchen utensils needed and a drawer full of spices.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our custom oversized firepit & covered hot tub , full game room with pool , ping pong , pop a shot and a 70" TV. Fireplace on back deck for dining. Close to the entrance and 5 minutes to Swiftwater.
Gourmet kitchen that any cook would love. Decorated for the holidays.
