4310-9th Street est un endroit parfait où vous et votre famille pouvez vous réunir pour vous détendre et vous reposer! La maison est idéalement située dans le quartier emblématique d'East Beach. Vous êtes proche de la plage et à environ 1,5 km du centre-ville Village / Pier. Avec deux espaces de vie séparés et un plan d'étage ouvert, il y a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde. La maison a récemment eu toutes les salles de bains et la cuisine rénovée avec de nouveaux appareils de cuisine. Profitez du plan d'étage lumineux et ouvert avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle, ou installez-vous dehors et détendez-vous au bord de la piscine tout en admirant les magnifiques chênes.

En franchissant la porte d'entrée, vous serez accueilli par un salon ouvert et lumineux avec une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces, un coin repas attenant offrant une vue magnifique sur la piscine privée. À gauche du salon, vous aurez 3 chambres à coucher dont 2 suites principales.

Vous vous sentirez à l'aise dans le premier appartement avec un très grand lit et une salle de bain privée avec une belle douche, deux lavabos et un mini-réfrigérateur dans la chambre, une télévision à écran plat 42 pouces avec câble, un fauteuil ventilateur de plafond et portes coulissantes en verre menant à la piscine.

La deuxième chambre principale a également un lit king, un ventilateur de plafond et une salle de bains complète avec une douche à l'italienne.

La troisième chambre a deux lits superposés et sa propre salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne.

Il y a aussi une demi-salle située dans le couloir avec ces quatre chambres.

À droite du salon se trouve la cuisine rénovée avec tous les nouveaux appareils. La cuisine donne sur le deuxième salon avec une télévision à écran plat 42 pouces et la piscine.

Hors de ce salon sont 2 chambres supplémentaires. Un avec un roi et l'autre avec une reine. Les deux chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond et il y a une salle de bain complète entre les deux avec une baignoire douche.

Dirigez-vous dehors pour vous asseoir au bord de la piscine dans les 2 fauteuils à bascule ou la table de patio avec 6 chaises Il y a aussi 6 belles chaises longues dans le garage qui peuvent être utilisées autour de la piscine. Rincer le sable dans la douche extérieure. Beaucoup de stationnement pour 6 voitures. Si vous recherchez la grande maison de plage parfaite sur un seul niveau avec une ambiance haut de gamme et confortable, la 4310-9th Street est le choix idéal pour vos vacances. Everyone in our group agreed that this is one of the best places to stay on SSI. There is a little bit of a walk to the beach so elderly may be challenged.The kitchen was stocked and the house has a Keurig (not seen in photos). Parking will accommodate 4 large vehicles.

Family reunion

Large house with good central area and kitchen for group gatherings. Easy beach access and walking opportunities. Friendly folks for check in and very accommodating with requests. Would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the house for so many reasons-location is great on East Beach 1 1/2 blocks off the beach, 1 level on flat ground, 6 bedrooms with comfy beds, great layout, privacy, and even a garden! Master needs a dresser even though there is a huge closet! Maybe some solar lights around back or string lights would give a little more light. Clean!

Our stay

Property was recently renovated. It’s in east beach which is nice, but the 9th street beach access was messed up so you had to go to 11th street to get on beach (10 mins extra walk). The beach is really wide at 9th and 11th so the walk is pretty good once you get to the access too. Tv in second living room never would work and there was palmetto bugs getting in the house and dying. Pool is nice but mostly shaded. They have people to come take the trash to the road and clean the pool for you. Thought it was worth what we paid for it, but if the price goes up I would book another property.

Nice place but bug issues

There were 5 of us all in separate bedrooms, 3 of got eaten alive by something you couldn’t see, mites or bed bugs would b a logical guess, we washed sheets, sprayed, fogged to no avail, each man had over a hundred bites from head to toe, big bites too, scabby bloody some puss, I slept in my clothes and that saved me, didn’t feel like contacting the owner since we would of probably just got gassed by an exterminator, so although a very nice rental, I would not recommend

Although all guest’s comments are appreciated, not making us aware that there was any issues during your stay prevents us from addressing them promptly. We take pride in assessing and correcting any and all issues that our guests may encounter so that they will always love coming back to St. Simons. We had guests stay in this beautiful house prior to your arrival and after your departure and none of them have reported any issues. I'm think you may have gotten bitten by something outside as no other guest has conveyed any displeasure whatsoever. In the future please let owners of properties you rent know if any issues immediately so they can be addressed.

We loved this house! Beautiful, spacious, perfect to share with family. The two living spaces gave the bigs and littles plenty of room to socialize and watch their favorite shows. Plenty of bathrooms and beds were comfortable. Easy walk through a beautiful neighborhood to East beach. Friendly neighbors and small town charm. Fragrant fruit trees on the grounds greet you with scent of orange. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved being close to the marsh as well as the beach. East beach is beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. They had lots of beach chairs and other beach necessities available for use. Kitchen was well stocked. We always do a low country boil and large pots were stocked in the kitchen. The pool area was great too. Very private with lots of room and fenced in so you can let dogs off leash. The only dog problem was the neighbors dog that kept using the front yard and driveway to do her business. Owners did not even care to pick it up. Overall we loved this property and if we come back next year would definitely rent this one again! Real escapes property managers were very pleasant and friendly over the phone. Which I appreciated.
