Completely private room and bathroom in a very nice home in Presidio Heights. It’s located away from the tourist spots and also nearby lots of locals’ recs for restaurants. The host was super communicative and the house had everything I needed (and more). Highly recommend and will likely stay here again next time I’m in SF.

What a beautiful place to stay. We loved the location and a chance to stay in a uniquely appointed Victorian home. We loved walking to the presidio, eating at Colibri, and soaking in the season.

Very nice, clean, and secure property in a great location. Easy to walk to Lower Richmond, Fillmore, and Marina. Owner was very accessible, friendly & responsive. I stayed in a room with a private bath down the hall and I was perfectly comfortable. This property fulfilled my needs completely. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, clean and very convenient Pacific Heights stay

We enjoyed our stay at Springer's lovely victorian inn. The instructions and all communications were clear and the location was very safe and central. Comfortable bed, nice linens/towels and a coffee maker small fridge added to the convenience. The lovely library/sitting room was a bonus!

I canceled my stay. The property was not as advertised and marketed. I am a female and there was no access to a bathroom and or refrigerator or microwave available. I do love the area and district itself, because I have dined and shopped around Pacific Heights in the past; but the suite I reserved was not a suite. It was only a room.

Lovely Stay

Very bright, comfortable room with all necessities. Bathroom was just fine as well. Loved sitting in the cozy library with a fascinating collection of books. Will definately stay here again.

Came into town for the first time since the pandemic
 for two operas and meeting friends while there. The property was lovely and well maintained, but too distant from the Opera House to walk back and forth. I enjoyed being here!

Great space for relaxing

I really enjoyed staying at the property. It was quiet and the neighborhood is great with some local eclectic dining options within a few blocks. The bed was comfortable. The space was clean and inspired with artwork on the walls and a nice library down the hall. Transportation was easy and local shops are walkable. I also appreciated the check-ins to make sure everything was going well. I would stay again!

So peaceful!

We loved staying in this house. The building is clearly well made, as it is very quiet. There are high ceilings, wonderful minimalist decor, a beautiful bathroom, and a small library lounge my husband LOVED. The location is a lovely, very quiet neighborhood with a wide variety of stores and restaurants. My husband, who is NOT a chatty, effusive person, said he'd be very happy to stay here again.
