Cette maison de ville entièrement rénovée est située au cœur de Key Largo dans une communauté fermée avec sécurité 24h / 24. Les installations comprennent un port de plaisance sur place (avec rampe de mise à l'eau), un accès front de mer, un parking pour remorques, une lagune d'eau salée, 2 piscines chauffées, de nombreuses cabanes Tiki dans toute la propriété, une aire de jeux, une petite plage de sable et des courts de tennis. Vous pourrez faire du bateau, de la pêche, de la plongée avec tuba, de la plongée, du kayak ou tout simplement vous détendre sous le soleil tropical! Ils peuvent profiter d'excellents restaurants au bord de l'eau accessibles à pied. L'accès à la rampe de la marina est gratuit. Si vous avez besoin d'un bordereau de bateau, veuillez nous informer que nous vous fournirons les informations relatives à la marina.

Notre maison de ville spacieuse de trois étages, trois chambres, trois salles de bains et deux salons a été entièrement rénovée dans un style moderne et confortable. Deux salons (un au premier étage et un au deuxième étage) offrent une occasion unique à votre famille de s’étendre. La cuisine entièrement équipée a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en quartz et un grand comptoir avec 6 tabourets. Dans l'un ou l'autre salon, vous pouvez vous détendre sur notre canapé confortable devant les nouveaux téléviseurs intelligents HD à écran plat. Cette maison est idéalement située en face du lagon d'eau de mer salée et à seulement quelques pas de la plage au bord du lagon qui peut être vue depuis le balcon - une excellente configuration pour les familles! Les adultes peuvent regarder les enfants se baigner dans le lagon tout en se relaxant sur le balcon protégé.

Overall a nice property!

The condo is well-located with easy access to most everything. It is clean and well-decorated! The layout, for us, was not ideal, but overall a nice space.

Nice Stay with Family

The property made for a nice stay for our family of six, with ample sleeping space and multiple bathrooms/showers. The gated community felt safe and offered various amenities for us to enjoy during our short time in Key Largo. Was a convenient drive to the State Park and other points of interest.

Beautiful property

Place is clean, updated & tastefully decorated. There are bikes to cruise to the little beach & break-wall. Property has 2 pools & a lagoon to swim in. I hope we can stay longer next time

The community amenities are gorgeous. 2 days here wasn’t long enough. The condo we stayed in was gorgeous and right on the lagoon. One of my favorite stays I’ve had in a long time! Will be coming back and booking again soon!

Great property and area

Great, clean, elegant townhouse. Salt water lagoon was great to swim in and walking out to the point overlooking the ocean was beautiful. Only criticisms are could use more hangars and hooks to hang wet towels, and a welcome sheet with guidance/instructions for tv, washer/dryer, etc. would be good to include.

Mini Lobster Season Stay

Several of us stayed at this townhome during mini lobster season 2023. The house is in a great spot and very comfortable and nice! We had to pay for a slip at the marina for the boat which was a little unfortunate due to price but that’s my only complaint.

Key Largo Stay

While we had a great time, the property was clean and loaded with supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap, pretty full kitchen - much more than other rentals), if you are renting with older people, keep in mind the 2 flights of steps. Property is smaller than appears in the photos and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are very small. All in all, a good trip.

Beautiful with everything you need

This was my first time using Vrbo and this place was spectacular. Very clean and had all the necessities and then some. The beds were very comfortable and had fresh linens. Washer and dryer was so nice to have in the unit. The amenities (pool, lagoon, fishing pier) were all enjoyed by my family. The unit is located at the perfect spot within the resort and close to the pool, lagoon and a short walk to the pier. I definitely would recommend this for your next stay.

Great place

We stayed here for spring break. Property was great and a good size for a family of 4. Kids had their own large beds so could have fit more potentially. Seaweed made the marina a little smelly that time of year (April) but was concentrated to just that area. Property is in walking distance of a Dolphin encounter non-profit where for $15 a person you can go in and watch the dolphins swim which was a family favorite.
