Grand condo True-Ski-in / Ski-Out à cÎté de Giant Steps Lodge et Tubing Hill.

Venez profiter de notre condo Giant Steps au meilleur emplacement sur la montagne. Nous sommes situĂ©s dans le bĂątiment 1 des Condos Giant Steps, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la colline et de la loge des tubes de Giant Steps. Nous avons un vĂ©ritable emplacement de ski-in / ski-out idĂ©al pour une journĂ©e sur les pistes de ski ou colline de tube en hiver, et les pistes de vĂ©lo de montagne en Ă©tĂ©. Il s’agit d’un logement situĂ© au dernier Ă©tage avec 2 chambres Ă  coucher, chacune avec un lit queen, et une mezzanine avec 2 lits superposĂ©s et un lit jumeau supplĂ©mentaire Ă  l’étage supĂ©rieur. Pour les groupes plus importants, une chambre supplĂ©mentaire avec 2 lits queen-size permet Ă  13 personnes de dormir dans des lits. Il y a 2 salles de bain avec baignoire et douche, avec une salle de bain supplĂ©mentaire avec une douche debout. Il y a une tĂ©lĂ©vision dans la piĂšce principale, dans le loft et dans chaque chambre. Chaque tĂ©lĂ©viseur a accĂšs Ă  netflix et Ă  amazon prime. WiFi est fourni gratuitement.

C’est un vĂ©ritable endroit pour les pistes de ski. Dirigez-vous tout droit vers le quad ascenseur Giant Steps ou le fauteuil 3 / pied noir, et revenez sur une piste dĂ©diĂ©e jusqu'Ă  l'appartement. Nous avons une unitĂ© de coin qui donne sur la colline de tubes de Giant Steps. Nous sommes gĂątĂ©s par un parking souterrain sous chaque bĂątiment et par un club house avec table de ping-pong, billard, baby-foot, jeux de flĂ©chettes, sauna et grand spa. La pizzeria Pizzanos, le restaurant Sook JaiThai et le magasin gĂ©nĂ©ral se trouvent Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied. Nombreux jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©, jeux de cartes et films familiaux disponibles.

The host was very prompt to respond and gave specific details about the lodge layout. The house is very spacious with a lot of beds and games. Everything was perfect, lots of space to move around, great accommodations, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and clean with plenty of supplies. The lodge is very conveniently located with good access to the slopes. Thank you very much.

Our second time staying here. Perfect location right next to the giant steps express lift. Tons of room and plenty of beds. My kids love coming here. Spencer is great!

Everything about the condo was as advertised. Well stocked, comfortable for 5 adults, good location and the garage parking was easy. Our only criticism it is that the club house was not in the best shape. We had a good time.

Condo on the Slopes

We had a great time staying at this condo. It's right next to Giant Steps. My family walked to the lifts on Giant Steps. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us.

Perfect slope-side condo

This condo is very well situated, right off the slopes with easy in and out access. It’s well equipped (plastic containers for our leftovers!) and even have an arcade-style video game upstairs (kids’ sleeping area). The owner is very responsive with any communciations. It’s our second time here and we love it!

Great condo and location

We all enjoyed the condo. It is well kept and as advertising. You really can ski in and out. At the end of the day, I would finish my run at the steps of the condo. Spencer was was very hands on and available if anything was needed. I will be staying here in the finish.

Excellent property

The ski in / out is accurate if you are at least intermediate. Otherwise it is a short walk to Wildflower lift to ski the Navajo side. Third floor is a pain so plan accordingly. Alternatively the third floor is awesome for the view, loft, and no one above.

Ski in ski out👍

Great location. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. great view of the mountain. Ski in - ski out. Property owner is very responsive. Would be nice if the condo complex would repair the dumbwaiter so it is easier to get your things carried up to the condo. It is on the third floor, and there is not an elevator. there is a nice clubhouse with an indoor hot tub, pool table, foosball, and games. Easy walking distance to the lodge and the mall. The mall has a couple of good restaurants, a general store and ice skating rink. Would stay here again.

Great place for family

We had an excellent stay here in Brian Head at this condo. Plenty of space for my family and very clean. Cannot beat the location, which is right next to Giant Steps. A couple of drawbacks were that this condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Climbing the stairs to bring our things up from the garage was a bit of a chore, but we managed. Another small drawback was that we have a cargo box on top of our SUV and there are only 3 spaces at the front of the garage that would accommodate the added height of our SUV. It was not a problem finding a space each time because we visited at the end of the ski season so the condo complex and garage were pretty much empty. Had it been peak season, I'm sure we would not have been able to park in the garage. Overall we had an excellent stay!!

Great Rental and Location

This is one of the best places we've rented during snow season for such a great price. If you have a large family, then this rental has it all. There's 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds. The loft has two bunk beds, another bed on the side, and 2 fold up futons. The living room couch also turns into a bed, and there's a recliner that can also serve as a bed. Plus, there's 3 full bathrooms. Yup, THREE. Located right next to the slopes, you can walk right outside and you're a few steps away from the Giant Steps lift. When you're done, ski or board right back to the 1st floor door. The corner unit balcony provides a fantastic view of the sledding hill. We took magnificent videos of the kids sledding down it. The best part of this rental is that it's stocked with everything you need. The host provides enough linens and bedding for all the beds and bathrooms and the fully-equipped kitchen has all the necessary cookware. We were pleasantly surprised to find firewood in the unit and TV's in every room. And the hallway cabinet is packed with all kinds of incidentals that you may need during the stay. Sleds are available under the stairs and there's extra folding chairs in one of the bedroom closets. For the price, it doesn't get any better than this at Brian Head. Thank you so much Spencer and Melissa, your rental is amazing and we’ll be back.

Great value and location. Comfortable and functional space with great amenities. We were here during a snowstorm - covered parking simplified life. We enjoyed watching the snowfall through the large corner windows in the living room.Note there are 3 flights of stairs / no elevator to get gear from your vehicle to the condo in case anyone in your group has mobility limitations.We loved convenient access to the chair lift and sledding hill. We hope to return next year!

Perfect place to stay in Brian Head!

Spencer’s condo is wonderful. Roomy, clean, well-stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries and kitchen items. We also had access to cleaning supplies and basic tools (which came in handy while fixing a snowboard binding). All the little details that makes a huge difference. The condo is truly a ski in and out, can’t ask for a better location. Check-in was easy and Spencer was always available to answer any questions.

Excellent Condo

The condo and host were excellent. Plenty of room and good in-condo amenities. Be prepared to carry your gear up 3 flights of stairs from the garage. You then just need to carry the gear out of floor 1 then back to floor 3 when done skiing. Can't ask for much more than this condo, excellent location and price. Thanks!

Family Ski Trip

We spent 5 days at Brian Head and had a great time. Our group included my wife and I and 6 kids ranging from 7-17 yrs old. The loft was very spacious with plenty of room for the kids and we could have had another couple there as well in the extra bedroom. Our host was always in touch and responded to any requests or questions we had quickly. The three full bathrooms were very convenient. The main living room and entire condo seemed larger to me in person than in the pictures. The location was very convenient being so close to the Giant Steps lift. There is also a free shuttle that we could call or text to pick us up at the condo and transport us to the Navajo lift or anywhere else in Brian Head. This condo is on the 3rd floor and the parking garage is on the basement floor. We weren't used to the higher elevation so we got a little winded transporting our luggage up and down the stairs. There is a dumb waiter but it is a little quirky. you have to make sure the doors on each floor are closed firmly or it will get stuck on the 1st or 2nd floor. We really enjoyed the hot tub and game room every evening. Overall, we loved our stay at this condo and hope to return again.

Great family ski in ski out

We had a great time at this property, perfect for two families with young kids looking to maximize their time on the mountain. The location provides that opportunity letting you trade off sneaking out for a couple hours on the mountain while kids nap or while the other parents watch all the kids. The place is super comfortable,
