Bienvenue à Depot Village! Il s'agit d'une maison entièrement viabilisée située au cœur du centre-ville de Gainesville et proche de tout! Cette propriété est derrière le célèbre Hippodrome et très proche de Depot Park. Il est entièrement meublé avec une cuisine complète. Nous fournissons du café préparé localement. C'est un endroit convivial au CBD. Nous sommes situés à côté de Swamp City, qui joue de la musique live et a des DJ le week-end. Nous ferons de votre séjour un moment inoubliable!

The house was very clean. It was perfect for two people, if I could’ve changed anything, a better quality bed did not feel comfortable walking too far from the house a lot of homeless people in Gainesville. It was a close drive to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed our time in Gainesville. Thank you very much.

What an awesome place to stay!

Wow, this place was absolutely amazing and more! I had a wonderful experience during my stay. Me my girlfriend and our dog stayed here for the Rock the Country concert in ocala. The cleanliness, comfort, and amenities exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially Matt and Christina, provided exceptional service and were so welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—close to downtown with plenty of places to eat and simply beautiful overall. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or a convenient stay. I look forward to visiting again!

Not recommended unless you don’t mind loud, partying college kids on your porch. Could be nicer but wifi went in and out, no dresser or side tables to put your stuff on, only bathroom plug didn’t work and fees were more than half thr night stay.

The on-site manager was great but It’s a work in progress. No central HVAC, just two small window units with huge gaps to the outside, roaches and the smoke alarm went off for no reason. Minimal dishes, only 1 coffee cup.

Last minute trip but what a find!!

Decided to attend a function in Gainesville on Tuesday. Classes started the following Monday so the hotels were charging outrageous rates. Went to VRBO and found this little gem at 80% less than the hotels. It's a little compound with several rentals all under the Depot Village umbrella. We stayed at the Animal House, 3 rooms and a bathroom. No frills but everything we needed and everyone-managment and guests- were as friendly as can be. My only problem is that the fees were more than the rent. That just doesn't seem right to me. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and hope that there is availability our next trip.

The thing with fees is they actually save you money, if we had charged you only for the room you would have been charged 12.5 percent on the cleaning fee as we lower our rates as the dates near to help our occupancy! No one likes fees but this one actually saved you money without you knowing! I hope that makes sense to you! We look forward to having you back in the future!

Cute studio in downtown Gainesville. I stayed the weekend with a friend, but you could definitely sleep 4-5 people with the pullout bed and air mattress. Great location and very clean. Very nice shower too! I would stay here again.

Clean, Downtown Studio Home

It was a really great stay with a full bed, pull out couch (albeit with dipping corners), and a blow up mattress! I stayed with two of my friends, and we really had a great time in a great location (coffee shop right next door is fantastic). Host was super responsive and kind, and it really is less than ten minute walk from downtown highlights like the Hippodrome, Bo Didley Plaza, and Depot Park. The rental also had all the utensils, pots , pans, mugs, soap, shampoo, towels, etc that we needed to! There is no microwave, which was a little unexpected, but was super easy to work around with a stove, oven, and walking distance to so so many place to eat (take out during COVID!!) It is downtown without a designated parking spot, so parking is a pain with first come first serve street parking. We did manage to get a spot almost every time for our stay, but it was a concern.

Small but cute

This property was centrally located to my other plans in the area. I liked that it was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I felt the property was very clean and I truly enjoyed that shower! If you are looking at this property to rent I would say it’s best for 2- 4 people and only if you are real comfortable with each other. The bedroom is central to the space and open to all other rooms. But overall it was a great space!

Fun Stay Downtown

Very cool place! Walking distance to downtown Gainesville and only a short distance from campus. Unique building and the address listed doesn’t take you to the front door so check with the property manager. Not an issue. Small space but very cozy. Overall definitely loved staying here and would stay again

Clean place

This was a nice stay overall. Just a few comments: 1) Laura was very communicative, but there was nearly an hour delay after our set check-in time. 2) Parking instructions and WiFi password were not provided up front. I had to ask. 3) The place was charming and clean, but number of guests was overstated. 4 adults would be maximum, as there is only one bathroom, and you have to go through the bedroom to get to the kitchen! 4) There is a bar next door, so there was a little late night noise. Not every night and not too late. 5) Overall a good experience.
