Great Vacation

Our stay at Ponto was fantastic! The cleanliness was top-notch, which made for a really comfortable and relaxing vacation. Betty, the owner, was incredibly responsive and always kept in touch, making sure everything was going smoothly. It truly made for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend!

I love this place

Me gusta mucho el condominio, el departamento esta bien en general, es lindo como todos, lo Ășnico que faltan son mas accesorios de cocina, la licuadora no servĂ­a. Pero todo lo demĂĄs muy bien. Muchas gracias!

Unit lacking amenities

Not well stocked. Needed to buy glassware, paper towels, cleaning supplies, dish cloths. Screen doors leading to terrace were permanently off their tracks and ripped. Curtain in master bedroom had to be fixed, wouldn't raise. Halfway through our stay we hired a cleaning woman who really made a difference. Unfortunately she had no access to any cleaning supplies. One thing that could make a difference is allowing the use of the outdoor shade for the deck. It was in direct sunlight most of the afternoon. Beautiful pools and beach!

Just Like your own resort

The condo was not very clean when I arrived and a few things were broken including the patio screen door, ice and water system in the fridge, no remote control for the 3rd bedroom air conditioner. The kitchen was not well equipped. There were no large bowls, only 2 wine glasses and 1 was cracked. No microwavable cooking dishes or dishes for the toaster oven. I made the owner aware of these things and he said he is appreciative of the suggestions. We made do and had a fabulous time considering. The grounds are immaculate and the security and grounds keepers were fabulous and went out of their way to make us happy. The pools were great and never crowded. At times it was only the 4 of us using the pool area. The beach is great for walking and the area perfect for groceries and restaurants. I would definitely return to this complex.

Wonderful Visit - the condo, the property & the location

It was our first visit to the area and we stayed three nights. The apartment is excellent - spacious, amazing views and well appointed. The property is very well maintained, the grounds, the pools - everything. The beaches are incredible. We found it easy to walk to many restaurants and take taxis ones a bit further away. We had a lovely time.

Beachfront condo with beautiful views of the beach and pools. We cooked our own breakfasts in the mornings and went out for dinners. Sat out on the balcony with some coffee and took in the views. Boys went surfing a couple of times with the local surf lesson places (5) minutes away. We didn’t jet ski, but it was available down the beach. All in all, a definite go back place.

Beautiful Sunsets

We loved the view from the condo. It has everything you need and was very comfortable. All beds have good mattresses. The patio furniture was great, as we eat on the balcony every day. The condo complex has all the amenities and two great pools. The staff are great and always eager to help. We will be back.

Beachfront Bliss in Santiago, Manzanillo

Ponto Horizonte is a relatively new beachfront condominium in Santiago, Manzanillo. The ocean views from the condo are spectacular, the large pool is lovely with lots of comfortable chairs or lounges and shade or sun. The beach is perfect for long walks and my husband enjoyed daily ocean swims. We loved the proximity to Santiago for shopping, restaurants and a bank with ATM. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The condo itself has very comfortable beds and furniture. The internet /smart TVs works well. The kitchen has all the basics. En-suite laundry was a bonus. Thank you, Betty!

Situation with son of property owner.

We had a dispute with the son of one of the property owners. He approached me vary rudely about a situation at the pool, there was definitely a better way he could have handled things and spoke to me. I didn’t argue back, for him to be so upset with me. It sort of ruined the remainder of the trip, luckily this happened at the end of the trip. The property owner that we dealt with was vary nice!!! The place is great!!!!
