Le premier étage de cette maison a un salon spacieux avec une grande télévision à écran plat, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, un coin repas, des sièges de bar supplémentaires et une buanderie. Également au premier étage se trouve la 1ère suite principale avec un lit king size, une télévision grand écran, une salle de bain complète et un accès au patio. A l'étage, vous trouverez les deux chambres supplémentaires. La première est la 2ème Master Suite avec un lit king size, une télévision grand écran et une salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre à l'étage a deux lits jumeaux superposés, une table de hockey sur air, une télévision grand écran et une salle de bain privée. Préparez-vous à vous détendre et à profiter des brises, levers et couchers de soleil de l'océan, car ces deux chambres ont des portes qui mènent au pont du deuxième étage! LA BONNE VIE est proche de la piscine communautaire et à quelques pas de la promenade de la plage. La promenade de la plage du quartier est adaptée aux voiturettes de golf, ce qui en fait un endroit encore plus souhaitable pour les vacances. Il est également à moins d'un mile du parcours de golf Arnold Palmer et à seulement quelques miles du centre de Port Aransas où vous trouverez de bons restaurants, des boutiques et des divertissements en famille! Enjoyed this house! Perfect for our family of five but could fit comfortably a few more. If it wasn’t spring break week I assume beach would have been nice and calm, as it was not too bad! Nice little neighborhood!

Beach access is very convenient just down the street and across the boardwalk. Basketball, beach toys and air hockey were enjoyed by all. We have used Port A Escapes several times and their service is top notch.

4th of July Family Fun

This super cute beach house had all the necessities and a little extra. It was nicely decorated with comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. The hammock chairs were perfect for hanging out with a good book after a fun day at the beach.

Our 2nd time back!

This was our second summer in a row staying at The Good Life beach house. Love the location, cozy beds, lots of towels and pillows, great deck, kitchen has everything you need, kids love the bunk room and air hockey... we love it here!

Wonderful Get Away

This home was perfect for our 7 member group! Loved its location and easy access to the beach. 3 bathrooms was a a definite plus as well. The home is cutely decorated and presented the relaxed beach vibe we were looking for this trip! Would definitely come back again .

Loved our beach trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was our first trip to Port Aransas and we loved the house. It had everything we needed and more than enough room for our family of four. The kids loved the air hockey and it was an easy walk to the beach from the house. Everyone was comfortable and the house was clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!!

Quiet vacation home

Access to the beach as well as the community pool is great. House was nice and clean, with many amenities. It can accommodate a family of 5-6 nicely, but common living area could be a bit tight for more than 6 people , especially if all adults.

Fantastic!!!

Perfect house for our family of 7 in the best neighborhood!!!! Very pleased with the indoor & outdoor living spaces, cleanliness, extras for the kids, neighborhood pool, & location. It is definitely as great as the listing makes it seem. We have stayed in 3 houses in this neighborhood & this was the best!

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

This is a great house to stay at when exploring Port A or Corpus. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large. The neighborhood has a private boardwalk to the beach which is walkable, but I'd recommend renting a golf cart. (several companies on the island will deliver)

The Good Life

We had an amazing trip to Port A and the house was perfect for our family. The boys loved playing basketball and we really appreciated all the extra beach supplies. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach access for driving our Jeep on the beach. Look forward to coming back soon!

Great Port A Getaway

The house is perfect- great location, well maintained, spacious. The porches, chairs, basketball goal made for a great outdoor space. Rent a golf cart. The wifi/ internet was a little unreliable- if I had been trying to work remotely, that would have been frustrating. Highly recommend this property.

Nice touch

Everything was clean ! This property even included some spices, foil, ziplocks and some glassware, dish and laundry detergent, extra towels, trash bags and beach toys = extra Nice Touch for families traveling with young kids !
