Host was easy to work with. Beds were good. Loved have different types of pillows. Bedrooms were not huge (not a big deal for us). Bathroom was small but it has great water pressure! Great living spaces. Well stocked kitchen. Thank you for all the hooks in the bedrooms & bathroom to hang things! And there are plenty of outlets!

This unit is a lovely beach cottage in what is essentially a bungalow colony. Lovely playground for the kids with tetherball, swing set, bball court, and horseshoes. So much done to maximize space and efficiency in the cottage. Ample seating, yard…it’s just a great place. Vince is a great host, and he has a lovely place.

Vince was a great host! He was responsive and very helpful. We were so happy with the cottage. He thought of everything when it came to accomodations. The most important thing was that his cottage was VERY clean, which I am super picky about. The outdoor area was awesome. He provided everything that we needed. We would gladly stay at Vince's cottage again!!!! Thank you Vince ( and sorry for the late review;)

Great beach cottage

This cottage was a wonderful home base for our week at the beach, with all the amenities you could need. Though the weather was a bit hot for us during the week we stayed, the yard provides a really nice gathering place.

Fun weekend getaway

We loved this house and thought it fit our needs perfectly! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our quick weekend getaway. The hosts had even decorated nicely for fall giving the house a very homey and welcoming feel. We loved staying here!

Our stay was excellent. I am used to staying close to the beach but went off the beaten path and im glad i did. The cottage offered everything we needed plus more. We loved the fire pit and the grills the back yard is beautiful. I would and will be going again.

We had a great time in this location! There were plenty of beds to sleep in and the house had a very cute lake cabin feel to it! We enjoyed a fire in the pit outside at night and it was quiet and peaceful. It was also very close to Misquamicut State Beach which was great

Cottage was great, it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Loved the location only 10 min to beach by car. Very quiet area . Definitely recommend give it a 10 rating

The home was described very well and was found well stocked and very comfortable. I appreciate the clear and open communication that we experienced with our host and the ease check in. We did find it a bit tricky to find, but part of that was the fact that we arrived after dark, for sure. Overall, we loved it and would stay again.
