Appartement spacieux au sous-sol avec entrée séparée

Ceci est un appartement au sous-sol nouvellement fini avec une cuisine complÚte et une grande salle de bains. Il a un lit king, un lit queen et un futon. Il y a une entrée extérieure séparée, dans une cour fermée. Nous vous donnerons un code pour une boßte verrouillée une fois les dates réservées. Nous demandons que la cour arriÚre soit laissée seule. Cet emplacement est proche d'un Smith's Marketplace, Walmart et d'une station-service à quelques kilomÚtres de là. Nous sommes à environ 15 minutes de l'autoroute à la sortie du passage à niveau Pioneer.

This place checked all the boxes. Nice neighborhood, very spacious, large bedrooms, great kitchen, and very clean. Lots of large playgrounds with zip lines close by. Our family of 5 had a great time!

We stayed for a week while working nearby .. the place was perfect for our needs...LOTS of room and although we didnt have much time for it they have plenty of entertainment. Air hockey, foosball, big screen with excellent stereo.. would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area ...

Comfortable and clean home

We had a great stay! This property is spacious and clean. A perfect place for my family of three to spread out and relax. There are numerous details such as a well-stocked kitchen, a bathroom with plenty of amenities, fans, and space heaters as well as a gas fireplace. Conveniently located and a welcoming host. We will be back!

Lovely spot

This was a really nice basement apartment. It’s a little dark in some areas but there are plenty of lights. It’s a basement apartment after all. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Game tables are fun and the rooms are large. Mike was great to work with!

Fantastic mama’s retreat!

My friends and I all got together for some time away from our young families and take a break! We got to relax, play games, make crafts, go to Evermore Park, and we had a super fun time!
 and we missed our little ones too. What a great place to stay! Thank you for having us.

Lovely space to stay

Pros: Lovely space. The kitchen has absolutely everything we needed, including pantry items that you wouldn't expect like cans of vegetables and chili. The beds and bedding were exceptional, and the futon worked well for my seven-year-old. Oddities: It's (obviously) a basement, and the sound from upstairs definitely carries to the space. There is a door between up- and down-stairs, but it is at the top of a staircase. I would have liked one at the bottom as well for privacy. Overall, this was a really great place to stay.

Saratoga Springs Home

We had a lovely time staying in this home. The facilities were perfect for our family and they foos ball table and hockey table were a hit with the kids. It is a basement rental, and the family was home when we were there, so, be aware of that if it is something that would bother you. We would book this place again.

Great Amenities

Great location, we were all over from Mount Timp to Salt lake to Provo and it was the perfect spot. It was stocked with everything we needed, and many extras which was very nice. Our kids loved the air hockey table and huge movie collection. It was perfect for our week vacation!

Had two vehicles in our party and paper work on table specified two parking spots provided but was told to park other vehicle across street. No local basic channels on t.v. Not able to watch football and everything had parental controls on t.v. Second party showed up on last night, very loud well into 11pm although quiet time was supposed to start at 10pm. Being a basement apartment it was very loud, couldn’t really turn television too loud as upstairs seemed to complain (@7pm). The property is in a nice location and the apartment is very clean so huge points there.

Great place for a family to call ‘home’, away from home!

The house is immaculate! It has a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee maker and any utensils you may need to make a dinner for the family! A couple of things that were a ‘perk’ to me were: - game room was tons of fun w/kids -beds were very comfortable - bathrooms were supplied with toiletries, including hair products and blow dryer - washer & dryer were also equipped w/ laundry detergent & dryer sheets -the family room was extremely comfortable with a nice big screen tv Overall, the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Oh- and I had the opportunity to meet the owners & they were super nice and very accommodating! We will be back!!

Excellent space while visiting family & friends
