Only minutes from Lehi, Saratoga Springs, and Eagle Mountain. Our guest suite is fully equipped in a great neighborhood with a park right across the street. With automatic check-in, you'll have everything you need or want. You'll enjoy lots of room, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a large TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Peacock. There is one parking spot in the driveway with almost unlimited parking across the street at the park.

Other things to note: The apartment is located in the basement. This is a family home :) You can hear our footsteps upstairs. This is a family friendly neighborhood with neighborhood sounds of children playing outside, lawnmowers, etc...

We had a wonderful stay. The space easily accommodated five adults, with additional visits from family and a baby, and never felt crowded. Bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space, and the kitchen was well equipped for making family meals. Everything was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we especially enjoyed the park across the street and the nearby hills. Parking was convenient and exactly as described. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely property

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Emilie and her family are wonderful hosts. The residence was clean and the perfect fit for our family's travel needs. The next time we return to Salt Lake we would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Accommodations

The guest suite was a comfortable place for our family to gather to visit or play games. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The host responded to our messages quickly and helped us feel at home.

Quite Neighborhood

Great to have family come and hang out on different days. Clean well maintained and lots of room with a park across the street. Short drive to many other family-friendly venues.

Excellent Holiday Hideaway

Located in a great neighborhood, this property is a hidden treasure. All of the kitchen amenities are modern. Their induction stove/oven cooked a Thanksgiving bird nicely. There is access to local walking paths and stores. The beds are comfortable and clean. Water pressure was really good in the shower as well. We connected our console game station to the TV and we all had fun. Would highly recommend this property for a vacation hideaway spot.

Pleasant, comfortable lodging with plenty of space for our needs

My wife, 3 of my adult kids and I needed comfortable lodgings that were convenient to the FARM, a training facility for the private firearms introductory course I arranged for my family this weekend. This accommodation was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, the space was nicely decorated, fresh, clean and modern. Though the family lives upstairs, they were friendly but appropriately respectful and kept their distance. And who can argue with a bowl of Utah truffles as a welcome gift!

Beautiful Fall Weekend in UT

October in Utah is beautiful! We came to visit my daughter for a long weekend
 Emilie’s was a great place for our family to stay! The place is set-up perfect- a great space, plenty of room, separate access from main home, across from a little park, and super close to a mini walk/hike up a hill to over look the beautiful lake, scenic views! It is especially beautiful for sunset! Our host was great to reach out ahead of time, be in touch and reach out afterwards to ensure our stay was good. They’d even left yummy chocolates for us! The place is decorated super cute and has all you could need for your stay. You will love your time in UT!

Perfect for our families needs! Moving in limbo 😀

Our host were super friendly and extremely great at communicating with us. During our stay several things happened that were completely out of the host control. They were so great to do what they could, and simply make the best of the joyful public utilities mistakes. The place is large relative to most short term rentals. It’s located directly across from a park, which was really nice since we have a small dog; and teen kids that found a love again for the swings.😂 We stayed for multiple weeks, I believe arnd 50 nights so we needed a place that allowed proximity for kids school competitive activities, sports, jobs, church, school proximity, and allow us to fill job responsibilities. This place checked our boxes and allowed us to get everything we needed. It’s too bad we couldn’t stay 12 more nights. Dang construction timelines and construction generals way of communicating. lol Thanks Emilie and Fam!

Perfect Place to Stay

This was the perfect place for a girl's weekend. The hosts were the absolute best and were quick to answer anything we needed. Loved the open kitchen, dining, living space and the bedrooms were huge! Perfect stay!
