Rio Guadalupe 107 | Premier étage Condo sur la rivière Guadalupe

Superbe condo au premier étage sur la magnifique rivière Guadalupe. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, 3 télévisions à écran plat, câble et wifi. Des lits king, queen, full et superposés, ainsi que des tailles queen, sont disponibles. Patio privé avec barbecue à gaz et table de foyer offre une vue magnifique sur la rivière. Cuisine bien équipée, laveuse / sécheuse, serviettes de plage, chaises et autres articles de la rivière sont également disponibles pour utilisation par les invités. Niché dans la petite ville de Sattler entre Canyon Lake et New Braunfels, vous pouvez vous installer devant votre porte ou flotter le célèbre «fer à cheval». Vous pourrez louer des tubes et vous déposer à côté. Profitez de la nouvelle piscine et des grillades en été, ou admirez la faune et la pêche à la mouche en hiver. Gruene et Whitewater Amphitheatre sont juste en bas de la route.

-Veuillez respecter les règles du Rio Guadalupe. La violation des règles peut entraîner des amendes de la part de l'association dont vous serez responsable. Ces condos sont utilisés pour les vacances, mais des résidents à temps plein y habitent également.
-Veuillez vous méfier de vos actions.
-Le nombre maximal de personnes dans le condo est de 8 personnes. S'il vous plaît ne pas dépasser 8. L'occupation maximale est strictement appliquée.
-Chaque invité est tenu de porter un serre-poignet indiquant le numéro de condo (107) et la date de départ. Les groupes sont fournis dans le condo à l'enregistrement. Ce sera appliqué. (Du Memorial Day au Labor Day)
- Animaux non acceptés - amende de 500 $
-Aucune musique forte ou bruits forts ne sont autorisés après 22h00 partout sur la propriété. Aucun feu d'artifice n'est autorisé.
-Aucun langage vulgaire ou comportement obscène à tout moment
-Aucun bois ou charbon autorisé n'importe où sur la propriété
-Seulement 2 voitures admises dans le parking, 1 emplacement attribué (parking couvert n ° 107) et 1 non. Les forfaits de stationnement doivent être utilisés ou vous serez remorqué à vos frais. Les laissez-passer sont en condo à l'arrivée. (Du Memorial Day au Labor Day)
-Pas de bateaux ou de remorques garés sur la propriété. (Du Memorial Day au Labor Day)
-Ne laissez PAS de déchets à l'extérieur de l'unité ou sur le sol. Ne laissez rien assis autour de la benne à ordures.
- NE PAS jeter quoi que ce soit dans les toilettes à l'exception du papier toilette
-NON FUMEUR dans l'unité. Seulement dans les zones désignées.
-Ne PAS déposer de graisse, ni évier.

Good times at Rio Grande Condo

Very nice place for for my family and I to stay for a few days. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the Guadalupe river was wonderful! Would definitely consider staying there again.

Spring break

Nice, comfortable experience. Enjoyed the 1st floor unit with view of River. Walked down to river and did fishing, paddle boarding and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Guadeloupe River.Neighbors were all friendly.

Girls trip

Girls trip get away. Condo was perfectly located. We enjoyed the quietness and beautiful surroundings. Was a perfect time in the middle of the week to enjoy an older crowd and not have to worry about a bunch of teenagers and young adults being rowdy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the view and excellent location on the river. Grounds were well kept and maintained. Had a few minor issues inside of condo but didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall was well pleased with everything.

Great River view

Location was great. Bottom floor so walk out right on the river. Condo was clean, well stocked, & as described. If I had one complaint it would be mattress in the master bedroom was pretty worn out & uncomfortable but that is minimal & everything else was great.

Perfect location!!!

I love that this rental is as advertised. It had everything we needed for an amazing family weekend and easy access to white water amp for the Willie show! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. And the patio was amazing. Walking just steps down to the river to fish or read was exactly what we needed.

Great Location

The location was in a perfect spot. We were close for floating and for the concert we came for. Plenty of room, clean and amazing view from the Patio. They don't mess around with the rules make sure you are wearing your wristband at all times!

Loved your place!

The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were there with friends for a weekend music festival at the property next door. Previously, we'd stayed in the cabins next door but for just a little more $, we got way more space and comfort (and quiet) by staying here! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Our group especially loved the patio area. What a great place to begin or end your day!

Communication with the manager was excellent. Property is well maintained, clean, and comfotrable. Check-in and out process is simple. Location on the river is perfect. Always a great atmosphere. That is the reason we've booked this property 2 years in a row. We'll be back again.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We enjoyed our time so much! The property was FAR better than we hoped. Having a family with little ones and the ability for them to have separate rooms was great. Property was very clean. So many aspects were considered that we didn’t even think would be there! We are already planning a trip back!

River vs Beach

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful condo with river front view. We could walk right out and start tubing. We have always done beach trips for our family vacation but now the river is the place for us!!!
