Maison de 3 chambres avec parking privé, tous de plain-pied. Près de l'université High Point, à 3 km du centre-ville de High Point et à 2 km du lac. Près de l'Interstate 74. À 25 minutes du zoo de NC et à 15 minutes de Winston-Salem et de Greensboro.

La maison est située dans une rue calme mais proche de tout. Pas d'étapes pour entrer dans la maison et c'est un concept ouvert avec cuisine, salle à manger et espaces de vie tous connectés. Animaux domestiques avec une cour clôturée et un chenil dans la maison pour chiens jusqu'à 20 lb. Nous vous demandons de garder votre animal de compagnie dans le chenil lorsque vous n'êtes pas à la maison.

Service Internet 100 mégabits avec un Roku et Direct Now dans le salon et un Firestick et Direct Now dans l'une des chambres. Une station de charge se trouve dans la salle à manger et des fiches sont situées à côté de chaque lit.

La douche dans la chambre principale est une douche à l'italienne, donc facilement accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Draps, serviettes, savon, shampoing et articles de toilette fournis. We stayed here with 2 wheelchair users and everything was very accessible! It was clean and overall a really fun place to stay!

I was there visits family and we really enjoyed this house! It was fully equipped with everything you need. The hot tub and outside projector was a great bonus..we really enjoyed it. Very comfortable house in a great little neighborhood. I would definitely rent this home again when I visit again.

We stayed for 2 nights during High Point University's graduation weekend. The location was perfect- 1 mile from the school. The house was great. If my son was still a student - this would have been our go-to rental.

Nice getaway

Went for a wedding, had a lovely stay at this home. The neighbor behind the home is the owner, so any issues would be easily addressed. Nice, quiet neighborhood near the mall and the university. The hottub was a welcome and relaxing end to each evening.

House it as promised and no issues w process. Only challenge was allergies as there are pets in the house. Great weekend, though, and very happy w the property.

The issue with the refrigerator appears to be that it was not closed the night before we received a call about it being warm. It has worked fine since.

Great house and host!

We stayed with our almost 5yo and 10 month old twins and our Boston Terrier. The house was clean and as described! We had everything we needed for our stay and it felt like home! Our dog loved the fenced in back yard and the babies enjoyed spending time out on the deck while big brother played in the yard. Checking in and out was super easy. Mike communicated great with any questions I had! We had a great stay! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Enjoyed first visit to North Carolina

My son was a participant in the Junior Olympics in Greensboro, NC. We decided to stay here. The home was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. We were able to cook healthier meals and relax after long days of competition. The owner checked on us shortly after we arrived. I found this very comforting. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms. The owner immediately took action and had it repaired while we were out. I personally enjoyed the hot tub, patio deck, and outdoor movie theater. This home had huge rooms and plenty of space for us all. You would not be disappointed if you choose this home for your vacation needs.

Great spot near HPU

This is our second time staying here. This home is comfortable, well stocked and just a short drive to campus. The street is quiet and the owner is very helpful. We did not get to use the hot tub but hope yo in the future!

My wife grew up in High Point NC and I met her while attending High Point University, which is just down the road. We love all kinds of outdoor activities, sailing, swimming, hiking, and camping.

This house is close to everything in High Point. Greensboro and Winston-Salem are just 15 minutes away. This house is a great place for families. Has three bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen, dining and living room are all connected. The house is dog and children friendly. For anyone with limited mobility, the house is one step to get in and the open concept makes it easy to get around.
