Little Piece of Heaven

Kevin being from Michigan fell in love with Florida immediately and never left about 40 years ago. Kelly is from Florida and grew up in Tampa. We both were in the restaurant/bar industry for a combined time of over 50 years before venturing into our own businesses. Kevin is a handyman and has conquered our lake for lawn services. Kelly started a cleaning business that has been operating for almost 20 years so we know customer service very well!!

We live in a wonderful residential country like setting. Although you may feel secluded from the rest of Lutz and the Tampa Bay Area there is everyday noise activity you may hear such as school buses, garbage trucks, lawn maintenance crews, there can be houses being built, a kid training for the junior Olympics lives on 25 acres down the road so you may or may not hear a few rounds go off that last just a few minutes, dogs and people in general bike or walk the lake. It is approximately 2 miles door to door if you like exercising.

Our property is unique in the fact that our little cottages on the property date back to the 50’s. Although they have been updated you still get that old Florida feel with the bonus of a beautiful lake(which sometimes gets low in droughts) a firepit and lots of animals such as squirrels, raccoons and all sorts of birds. If you come and are an early riser or even at dusk if you download the free app called Merlin it shows you which birds are speaking, the names and what they look like all at once I highly suggest this app.
