Overall, the property was clean and spacious, accomodations were as described.However, we had Multiple issues with A/C (2 service calls in 3 days), Ants in living room, kitchen and MBR (exterminator was called and showed up - but still saw for the remainder of the week), had a burst pool pump line, 2 leaking faucets in MBR suite (service called but could not fix), some fans or lights not working, TV remote missing in MBR, Living room remote flakey and not always functioning, broken pool sticks in game room.Although, while each were not terrible by themselves, for what we were paying for a week stay, was disappointed with the multitude of nusinance issues with so many little things, they added up to wake away from a good vacation..

Perfect family vacation location

Love the locatuon. House is nicely divided to accommodate several families with kids. Easy to get to the beach, harbor town, and salty dog area. Pool is very large and well maintained. We booked again for next year already. It is a little pricey though.

Royal Treatment

Royal Retreat was fantastic for our group. Everything was clean and they provide all the necessities. So much room and all the toys! We had a minor issue with the hot tub that was taken care of almost immediately. Strongly recommend this place.

Amazing Vacation Retreat

We stayed here for a multi-family retreat and the compound was phenomenal. I say compound because it is a huge 5 bedroom house with a separate on property 2 bedroom guest home, with both encircling the beautiful deck and pool area. It felt like a totally secluded oasis, that happened to be a 2-minute walk to the beach. The beach area was gorgeous - we regularly took walks or hung out on the beach. The resort was also great as we played pickle ball a few times, road bikes, and fell in love with the area. The home had everything we could want in a rental home and more - we cannot wait to come back another time!

Great for large family

Loved the location, outdoor amenities and layout of the property. Plenty of space for a large group, great gathering places in and out of the house and we enjoyed the short path walk to the beach. Loved having an outdoor blackstone grill! Cleanliness could have been better. Ant prob in kitchen we received no response to. Damp towels in a bedroom drawer and an abundance of unuseable sandy beach and pool toys outside and in garage was disappointing as it also made it seem like we “left” a mess we didn’t create. Tree property lovely but lots of debris. We didn’t mind making an effort to clean up leaves around pool but debris from recent storm was untouched when we arrived. Daily landscaping machinery noise at surrounding properties. Maybe that was just a timing issue. The property overall is lovely and just a little more TLC would make it more special.

Beautiful home for large extended family

This has been our favorite rental so far. We usually stay in Palmetto Dunes, but found this one in Sea Pines, and we’re so glad we did! It’s a beautiful roomy home, and our family including 9 adults and 8 grandkids loved all of it, especially the large family room area, master suite, pool area, and game room. It’s only a short walk to the beach too! So many things to love about this house!!

Amazing Location / Huge Outdoor Space

The house was great for our large group, it is located close to the beach, the rooms are spacious and cozy, tons of beach toys/chairs/wagons for use and a large outdoor pool area that was perfect for the hot days. There is an extra full fridge in the garage the was great to have. The street is cozy and safe, easy access to salty dog and the sea pines center. Great Vacation spot, certainly will come back!

Great family getaway

We stayed with 15 family members and couldn’t have asked for a better house! There was more than enough room for all of us, great pool and amenities, clean and beautiful house and location can’t be beat! Short walk to the beach! We loved it!!!

Excellent Stay!

Beautiful house in the heart of Sea Pines. Just a few steps from the ocean and just minutes driving distance from Harbour town and other restaurants. Had a group of 12 adults and it was more than enough room, with ample space and seating areas to never feel like it was crowded. Outdoor area was also outstanding with great porch area for gathering and relaxing. Will definitely be a primary target if the opportunity arises to once again vacation and stay!

Wonderful getaway home

So much space for friends to spread out and enjoy. Super easy access to the beach and all things great in Seaside. The pool and screened porches are wonderful for relaxing, and the game room offers fun for kids of all ages.

Beautiful home

This beautiful home was perfect for our quick fall getaway! Short walk to the beach. Loved the private back yard with huge pool and hot tub and fire pit, lots of seating and could even see the TV from the pool! Plenty of room to spread out but also loved the big comfy couch to gather as a family!

Spectacular House!

We rented the Royal Retreat for a much needed girls trip away! This house was absolutely spectacular and would 100% recommend it to anyone. From the gorgeous decorating, spacious areas, relaxing pool and very short walk to the beach, this house is nothing short of amazing. I will definitely be renting the Royal Retreat in the future!

Amazing location in Sea Pines

House was beautiful and well equipped, and the location was amazing as it was only a short walk to the beach. We loved the outdoor living space and pool area, and loved that we could sit in the pool and watch football on the outdoor tv. Highly recommend renting bikes as you are a short bike ride to Harbour Town, Salty Dog Cafe and various shops and restaurants. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Family vacation

The property had great improvements from last year. There is a damp/ mildew issue especially in the guest house. The A/C went out the first night in the guest house but it was fixed the next day. The issue we had was that the garbage was not picked up all week and the pool was not cleaned during our stay. The managing company would not return phone calls about the garbage. They sent two men with a pick up truck to pick up our garbage on Thursday morning and that was it. When we left on Saturday garbage was piled high. Flies everywhere. Digusting. The managing company has some major issues going on that need to be resolved. It is a shame that the owners made such improvements to have it ruined by management.

Not worth the money!

House is in need of numerous repairs. Hottub is not accessible/operable and pool was not clean. Guest house has terrible mildew smell and mold on ceilings. Other issues we experienced were broken toilet, missing furniture knobs, master bath shower glass not clean, poor shower drain, dirty outside grill, no screen on back porch. I would not rent this house again!

Family vacation 2022

The house had plenty of room for all of our family. It was clean and decorated well. We had several problems. The microwave didn’t work and we had to have a counter top one brought in. The kitchen lacked a lot of essentials. No mixing bowls or a whisk. Not enough large cookware and not nearly enough spoons and forks for a house that accomodates 20+ people. It took us two days to figure out how to start the dishwasher. Finally had to watch a video. The house only has one refrigerator which again is not enough space for a house this large. The house has 7 bedrooms and only two had tvs. Even the kids bunk room had no tv. We could never get the pool lights to work so night swimming was out. We made the best of the week but would not recommend this rental for the price.
