The main level features a gourmet kitchen with a large island, a family room with an 82-inch smart TV, and a dining room, all with water views. The second level has three en suite bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed, sitting area, pull-out sofa, and a 55-inch smart TV. The top level has three more bedrooms, including a king suite with a game room. Outdoors, enjoy a large pool, seating, dining, a grill, and a 60-inch TV. The home also includes a two-car garage and additional parking for 5-6 cars. Singleton Beach is a private community with Charlestonian-style homes, a private beach, community pool, and nearby park. It's located between Palmetto Dunes and Marriott Surfwatch Resort, close to Hilton Head and Bluffton's best dining and attractions.

Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bike; additional bikes are delivered free and available at a discount.

Pool/Spa: 10 x 30, The pool/spa can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week for the pool, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

DOG FRIENDLY: Pet fees are not included in your VRBO total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. This property has a one (1) dog maximum and a weight restriction of 50 pounds maximum. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 2nd pet for an additional fee.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Express. ID Verification is required.
