Magnifiquement aménagé Brand New Construction à SEAVIEW à louer. Bayviews de presque toutes les piÚces de la maison au bain à remous sur le pont pour 8 personnes. Cinq chambres à coucher 3 salles de bain complÚtes avec une nouvelle douche extérieure en cÚdre. Tout nouveau systÚme Sonos dans toute la maison avec TV'S et WIFI.
La nouvelle cuisine a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement approvisionnĂ©e et prĂȘte Ă ĂȘtre cuisinĂ©e si vous voulez juste passer une bonne nuit Ă la maison.
La maison peut accueillir 11 personnes et jusqu'à 13 si vous avez besoin d'un canapé-lit.
Le pont extérieur a deux comptoirs en granit avec un évier, des rangements et un réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons pour de superbes divertissements et repas en plein air. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pour votre commodité.
Chaises de plage, vélos et accessoires inclus.
Je serais ravi de vous avoir pour l'été ou le mois, mais nous louerons à la semaine si toujours disponible.

Feel comfortable when your kids want to go into town for an Ice Cream or to meet new Friends knowing that Ocean Beach is only a few blocks away with not only Seaview's own Security Detail but Ocean Beach Police always on duty!

I built this house with families in mind enjoying themselves. For some so close to home yet So Far Away!
It is 3 blocks from all the Shops, Restaurants and most important Ice Cream shops in Ocean Beach, but with far enough to enjoy a good nights sleep as it is very quiet at night.
We also have our own private security that keeps out any undesirables that may have had too good a time at neighboring communities.

One house from the Bay with Beautiful Water views as well as around the corner from the Seaview Ferries, Marina a Great Market and Liquor Store owned by a great family. There is even a quaint Flower shop.
You get off the Ferry pick up your cart that comes with house and Your Vacation has Started!
With the two Outdoor Granite Countertops, bar sink, refrigerator with Ice Maker along with Tons of seating this is a great home for Entertaining!
Invite Friends over from the mainland to enjoy a day at the beach with you as well as plenty of room to continue the fun back at the house!
Because of my attention to detail and how well maintained my home is if you are interested I encourage you not to Hesitate as we book up quickly!
