Cette maison dĂ©jĂ  vierge est complĂštement refaite! Le sol a Ă©tĂ© installĂ© partout ainsi qu'une mise Ă  jour complĂšte de la conception. Grand, ouvert, hauts plafonds et sur Surf Road souhaitable! En face du terrain de baseball et Ă  quelques pas de la plage qui borde Corneille Estates. 5 minutes Ă  pied de la ville. Environ 1900 pieds carrĂ©s ÉquipĂ© de CAC, W / D, quatre chambres (une avec un loft supplĂ©mentaire avec un lit complet), et 2 salles de bain complĂštes. Peut dormir 11 en lits, 12 si vous incluez le lit gigogne! Les portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrent sur une magnifique vĂ©randa en cĂšdre dotĂ©e d'Ă©normes poutres voĂ»tĂ©es et de carrelage au sol. Salle de jeux fantastique avec table de billard et jeu de flĂ©chettes. Grand pont hors sol. BBQ et beaucoup de manger en plein air. Grande douche extĂ©rieure! Juste magnifique! Great stay!

The Moana house was perfect for vacation with another family and our kids. Great location, outdoor areas and loved the pool! Definitely would stay again!

Family trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moana. Andrea was the most responsive host and was always available to answer questions. The house was very spacious and the pool was wonderful. We had a great week relaxing with family!

We were a group of 5 women on our annual girls trip to Fire Island. The house was beautiful, clean, and quiet. WE would definitely stay again.

Lovely Home!

We had a great stay, the house has all the amenities needed and just a quick walk to the Ferry and beach. The decks are well appointed and a great extension of the house. There were some ants in both the bathrooms, but that was the only inconvenience. The location was perfect, and the communication with the property manager stellar!

Fun Beach House

The pictures do not do the property justice. It is more spacious and inviting than it appears. Open living room and dining space. Sheltered outdoor spaces for eating and beautiful backyard and game room.

Lovely space

The house was great. The rooms were located close together, but not so you could hear other people. The pool was a great way to end the day after the beach. Being near the school was great for pick up basketball and having the field there was also very convenient. Overall highly recommended.

Loved our week at the beach

Excellent beach house - plenty of space for everyone to hang out. The new deck is amazing - top deck great for dinners and getting some sun. Bottom deck for chilling out, playing games. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Great location near the beach and far enough away from town that it’s peaceful. Great communication from the owner, all our questions answered immediately. Highmy recommend this rental.

A terrific home and responsive owners before , during and after our stay

We suspect that we were the first renters for the new owners of this renovated property and they have this down! The house was ready as promised, nothing was missing and it was immaculate. Communication was always prompt and thorough. It accommodated our family of 7 adults and 1 toddler quite comfortably- even on a stormy day when we had to stay indoors. On the sunny days, we enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and the short walk to the beach. Beds are comfortable and there's ample storage space for clothing in each bedroom. Bathrooms new. Kitchen workable. Large table for meals together and room enough for guests! Gorgeous sunsets from the living room and sunroom. A/C and heat. TV in almost every room and separate game room on lower level. Outdoor decks on both the east and west sides with furniture and BBQ. If you're looking to stay in Ocean Beach you can't go wrong with this home!

Nice house for families, perfect location

The house is really centrally located in Ocean Beach, with a short walk to both town and the beach. It is also across from the elementary school which has a playground that is open to the public when school is out, and a baseball field which is great for wiffle ball. The house itself has lots of sleeping options and the bedrooms are split nicely into two floors with a queen room and kids room on each floor which worked out well for two families. We brought a toddler and an infant which went about as well as I could hope, but in my dream world I would love if the house stashed away a couple baby gates (lots of stairs), high chair, pack n play, just because it's such a pain to lug these things to FI. All in all great stay, thanks!

The best family house ever in ocean beach!!!!

Great location everything was clean and amazing and this house was really perfect for families with children!!! Everything you could need from sheets to towels to coffee maker to board games and a foosball table and pool table with ample couches and congregation space in and out! The host could not have been better and more communicative and seriously the best spot for families to stay in Ocean Beach. I give this house a 10 out of 10⭐

Lovely Fire Island Home

Visited Ocean Beach from overseas, after having grown up in the area--it's a town that remains timeless, but the house itself is newly built and well updated. Location is perfect--on edge of Ocean Beach / Corneilles Estates--so you have the convenience of OB town and resources, but we walked a few feet down the beach so that we were allowed to eat/drink/play frisbee on the beach (OB doesn't allow anything on the beach). Loved biking / BBQ on deck / etc. House is well stocked w/ basic spices / condiments / pots and pans. Andrea was very responsive and kind. House is great for two families--2 master bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lots of common space / deck space / etc. Doubt you'll do better in OB.

Girls Weekend

Andrea was a fantastic host. Super responsive to texts during the stay and to emails before the stay

Better than in the pictures. The house is a block from the beach, an easy walk into the downtown area and super full of light with lots of spaces to hang out, including two decks and a front porch. Outdoor shower is FANTASTIC.

Fantastic Stay!

I'm so happy that I chose this property for my family's beach vacation! The location was perfect. Close to the Town and the beach. Plenty of space, and the best part is that there are so many different areas for everyone to hang out. You will not be disappointed!
