Beau condominium avec une chambre et une salle de bain situĂ© dans la rĂ©gion pittoresque de Mammoth Lakes. Jusqu'Ă  5 personnes (environ 800 mÂČ) Ft.). Cette unitĂ© spacieuse au rez-de-chaussĂ©e est un seul niveau et il y a quelques escaliers extĂ©rieurs pour entrer dans l'unitĂ©. L'unitĂ© de coin est lumineuse avec beaucoup de fenĂȘtres pour laisser entrer la lumiĂšre et a une bonne vue. La chambre principale a 1 lit King (nouveau matelas, octobre 2016), le salon a 1 canapĂ©-lit Queen et 1 lit jumeau. Il y a 2 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs (le salon est un grand Ă©cran plat et la chambre a un Ă©cran plat), ainsi que les lecteurs VCR, DVD, stĂ©rĂ©o / CD dans l'unitĂ©.  AccĂšs Internet Wifi dans l'unitĂ©. Animaux acceptĂ©s. Il y a un espace de stationnement extĂ©rieur disponible. Le Sunrise Condominiums propose un spa, une piscine saisonniĂšre et un sauna.  Buanderie payante situĂ©e dans la zone commune prĂšs du bureau.  LICENCE TOT 807-SR46.

The microwave is so old it’s honestly cool it still works. The jets in the spa did not work and the sauna did not heat up. Other than that classic mm spot. 5 stars.

Perfect getaway rental!

The condo was as described - clean and well equipped. The location was great, and it was especially nice to have a ground floor unit with adjacent grassy areas for our dog. If I absolutely had to find a negative, I would say it could probably use a little updating; however, that wouldn't stop me from booking there again. It had everything we needed and it was very comfortable and spacious . I would highly recommend this rental! We'll be back!

Location is very good and we will return to the area although not to this unit. The unit was very dated and very dark, a big surprise since the online pictures show a bright unit. The living room had one small table lamp that was inadequate. The bathroom fan clanked and could not be left on long enough to do much good.

Fantastic lodging in a skier’s paradise

We drove down from Portland, Oregon to ski Mammoth Mountain, and had great snow and bluebird weather- a fantastic skiing experience! We then returned home just before a huge snow event occurred. The lodging was excellent in all respects- spacious for a one bedroom condominium, excellent amenities and well equipped, not to mention very clean and tidy. Also, perfect location- close but not within the center of town, and a direct route to the ski area. I would recommend this accommodation most highly, and without reservation!

Great spot in Mammoth Lakes

Booked for three nights; traveled to Mammoth to participate in the Gran Fondo. Two of us and our fur baby, Scooter. The ground floor location was ideal because it meant Scooter did not have to climb any stairs. It is a great spot with views of the mountains and proximity to walking trail(s). The condo has a lot of character, with lots of old-world European flair. Being collectors of Swiss bells, we appreciated all of them hanging from the walls. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything matched the listing description and the listing pics were accurate. The complex is quiet, clean, and well maintained. Had a little trouble with the electronic lock. It took at least two tries to be successful (a little finicky and a little user error will do that). We will definitely consider staying there again. The Fondo is an annual trip for us and our experience was very good.

Close to Everything

We could walk to town and get to trails quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We could sit out one the balcony and enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. We were able to bring our little dog with us. The one thing we weren't very happy about is the grounds around the condo. They watered constantly and didn't pick up a dead rodent that was near the condo. Also, there was glass by the trash container that never got swept up. Other than that we were very pleased.
