Beau condominium avec une chambre et une salle de bain situé dans la région pittoresque de Mammoth Lakes. Jusqu'à 5 personnes (environ 800 m²) Ft.). Cette unité spacieuse au rez-de-chaussée est un seul niveau et il y a quelques escaliers extérieurs pour entrer dans l'unité. L'unité de coin est lumineuse avec beaucoup de fenêtres pour laisser entrer la lumière et a une bonne vue. La chambre principale a 1 lit King (nouveau matelas, octobre 2016), le salon a 1 canapé-lit Queen et 1 lit jumeau. Il y a 2 téléviseurs (le salon est un grand écran plat et la chambre a un écran plat), ainsi que les lecteurs VCR, DVD, stéréo / CD dans l'unité.  Accès Internet Wifi dans l'unité. Animaux acceptés. Il y a un espace de stationnement extérieur disponible. Le Sunrise Condominiums propose un spa, une piscine saisonnière et un sauna.  Buanderie payante située dans la zone commune près du bureau.  LICENCE TOT 807-SR46.

The microwave is so old it’s honestly cool it still works. The jets in the spa did not work and the sauna did not heat up. Other than that classic mm spot. 5 stars.

Perfect getaway rental!

The condo was as described - clean and well equipped. The location was great, and it was especially nice to have a ground floor unit with adjacent grassy areas for our dog. If I absolutely had to find a negative, I would say it could probably use a little updating; however, that wouldn't stop me from booking there again. It had everything we needed and it was very comfortable and spacious . I would highly recommend this rental! We'll be back!

Great Little Condo

We had a wonderful time at this Sunrise Condo. Had enough room for the 4 of us and our dogs. The condo is located on a quiet street right next to the bike/walk trail. We enjoyed staying here and will def keep in mind for our next visit up to Mammoth!
