Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in front of the garage. Maximum of one car allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ grill at each swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable with HBO and Showtime. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

Waikoloa Beach Villas I2 is located on the ground floor of the I Building. Offering views of the golf course and tropical resort landscape. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

These condos are super nice, super walkable, and a super lovely stay in the area. This condo should have its master bath toilet replaced as it stinks badly of urine and overall bathroom nasty. We shared this and and the management company sent a cleaner out immediately who cleaned again and sprayed some air freshener. Then it smelled like air freshener and urine. We just kept the door closed (luckily it was in it's own little room) and never used the toilet again during our stay as it was truly gross (an old Toto fancy thing that was just gross). Other than the master toilet issue, our stay was lovely. The layout is great, the beds and things are lovely and the shaded balcony was amazing. We could sometimes hear footsteps from the folks upstairs but it was nothing major (nothing you wouldn't hear in a hotel). Would recommend staying here for sure - just hope they replace that toilet!

Great Location

I came for a relaxing time away from the cold and enjoyed the condo very much. It is clean, well stocked, and very close to the pool as well as many shopping and eating places. I mostly walked all over Waikaloa Beach area from the condo.

From renting online to contacts with the rental group all was done easily. Our unit had everything we needed including beach things for a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Everything

Perfect location at Waikoloa Resort. Location at the Villas was perfect, close to pool and beautiful view across the golf course. Perfectly stocked with everything we needed, only needing to buy our food. The home was so beautifully decorated that I felt right at home.
