We booked this stay so we could go to a weekend of shows at the Sphere. It was clean and peaceful and an easy walk to the Sphere. The host was easy to reach by phone. We enjoyed being off the strip as it is so much quieter and truly relaxing, a lovely oasis of peace to get away from the overstimulation of the casinos. At the same time, we were in easy walking distance to the Strip and all it has to offer. Also, having a kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit made our comfort complete - we didn't have to venture out to restaurants if we didn't want to, and the dryer came in handy for quick de-wrinkling of clothing. The on-site restaurant makes a pretty good breakfast, too!

The apartment was very comfortable, with everything a family of four needs. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was very clean. The location was very quiet and within easy walking distance, about 15 minutes from the Venetian and perhaps 20 minutes from the Strip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend this place.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but honestly it wasn't there. The check in process was tricky and didn't care for the whole timeshare presentation or being asked to join it. Upon entry to the 2 bedroom, we noticed that the place was dated and a little dirty. Dust everywhere, moths in the room and a couple things just wouldn't work like the big tub plug. The shower connected to the tub leaked all over the place anytime turned on including out of the shower. Kitchen stuff felt like it was all bought from dollar tree including the TP and paper towels which sucked. Ended up buying our own stuff for use that wasn't cheap. Honestly just not worth the price we paid and felt other hotels would've been a better bet. You'll definitely save a ton of that way. If you want to go all out and do the whole timeshare thing, go for it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations — or ours. Regarding the cleanliness of the unit, this is not typical. We stay there many times during the year and have not experienced this. We will be contacting the resort and letting them know the cleaning of your unit was not up to par. As for the maintenance issues, as part of the check-in instructions, we said to contact the resort for any issues with the room and their maintenance staff would take care of it. The staff is usually there within minutes whenever we've have had issues. I hope you contacted them so they could fix these issues. We also appreciate your candid feedback about the check-in experience. Regarding the timeshare presentation, we understand this isn't for everyone, and we're sorry if you felt pressured. We'll take your comments on board as we look at how we communicate this to arriving guests. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future. Your comfort is our priority and we'd love the opportunity to provide the experience you deserve.

If your going to the sphere stay here

Great location. Walk to sphere. Bonus you can see it your room if your on second or third floor.On site restaurant is also good.

Great place at a great location

We had a great stay at this place. The apartment is clean, complete and at a great and safe location. Just a 10 minute walk to the High roller and 5 minutes more to the strip at Flamingo/Caesars. We stayed for business and the Venetian Expo is also just a 10 minute walk. Jerry & Nancy respond instantly. All in all a great experience! I do hope we can stay here again at next year's convention.

Great place off the strip!

Wonderful resort with all the necessities! Only issue was that there are no elevators so if you are on the 3rd floor, you have 2 flights of stairs. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Great place with one con

Pros: This place is a great size, extremely clean, decorated/updated very nicely, in a great location only a short walk to the strip, the staff at the resort was very friendly and helpful, and it was great having a convenience store on location. The beds were very comfortable and this place had everything we needed: plates, cups, silverware, etc. Jerry and Nancy were very accommodating to us. When we first walked in we thought "wow!" The only con, and it was a big one, there is absolutely no soundproofing between the condos. Our first night the upstairs neighbors woke up at 4:30 in the morning! They must have had children with them because our entire condo was kept up with their running around, moving chairs, jumping on the floor, etc. until we finally left our condo at 9am. Initially thought it was because kids are just louder than adults but the next people who checked in it was the same process. Just having the upstairs neighbors walk around sounded amplified in our condo. Luckily the second group of people slept in until 6am. We were rarely in our condo but this was a huge disappointment for us because we were unable to sleep most of the week after being exhausted from being out in Vegas all day and night. We didn't come to Vegas expecting a quiet vacation but we did expect to be able to sleep between the hours of 1am and 7am. Despite all of the great pros of this place, we probably wouldn't stay here again knowing that our ability to sleep depends on whether the neighbors around you are awake. We had a sound machine with us but maybe ear plugs would have been better.
