Orchard House B & B

Cette maison, située dans la belle région de Peachland, en Colombie-Britannique, était à l’origine un «Pickers Cottage» au milieu des années 1960. Il s'agit d'une maison meublée avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac et la montagne. Cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et l'intérieur a été rénové!

Les enfants sont les bienvenus.

• La maison comporte beaucoup de boiseries et une poutre en sapin entre la cuisine et le salon.
• Un foyer en pierre avec manteau à bordures vives et insert à gaz, idéal pour les nuits fraîches du printemps ou de l’automne, ou après une journée de raquettes pendant votre séjour hivernal.
• Un patio est juste à côté de la cuisine, parfait pour un barbecue et équipé de meubles de patio pour profiter du plein air et de la vue.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une cuisine à aire ouverte, une salle à manger et un salon avec de nombreuses fenêtres pour l’éclairer et pour offrir une vue sur le lac de Kelowna à Summerland.
Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une cuisine récemment rénovée avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable,
• cuisinière à gaz / four, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Beaucoup d'espace de rangement et d'armoire pour le rangement et beaucoup d'espace de comptoir! Equipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un festin.

La maison offre une connexion Wi-Fi, Internet et une télévision avec Netflix et Youtube. Il a AC pour les chaudes journées d'été et une fournaise à air pulsé pour les mois d'aventure d'hiver.

The Orchard House a trois chambres à coucher. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend le maître avec un lit king-size, la deuxième chambre un système de lits superposés avec un lit double et un lit simple mezzanine. Il y a aussi un canapé / lit avec un seul matelas dans le salon du rez-de-chaussée. La troisième chambre est à l'étage inférieur et dispose d'un lit queen avec une télévision et un canapé. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète à l'étage inférieur.

La salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée comprend une baignoire / douche, une grande vanité et de beaux carrelages. Au niveau inférieur, vous trouverez une autre salle de bain spacieuse avec douche.

Il y a une buanderie complète au niveau inférieur si vous en avez besoin. Il suffit de demander aux hôtes.

L'Orchard House se trouve à 3 minutes de route de Peachland et des plages. West Kelowna ou Summerland sont à 15 minutes en voiture. À proximité des commerces, des épiceries, des plages, des parcs, des vignobles et de tous les autres services importants dont vous aurez besoin.

The Orchard House pourra accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Si une ou deux personnes réservent, elles n’auraient besoin que de l’étage principal de la maison. Cependant, si trois personnes ou plus réservent, elles auront accès à toute la maison.

An amazing property located in Peachland, the house was well stocked with breakfast items, a great surprise! Owners were lovely and we had a great stay, the views from the deck are amazing. We would definitely stay here again!! Overall, a fantastic holiday!

Great Views

We had a lovely stay at the Orchard House. The breakfast food provided was lovely, the owners were friendly and always out and about in the garden, and the view cannot be beat! We enjoyed all the kitchen supplies and the fire table on the deck was lovely for the evenings. It is close to town and the beach.

Great House

Orchard House was perfect for a long weekend in Peachland. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities you could possibly ask for in a vacation rental. We'd stay there again!

Amazing place to relax

We loved this place, the owners were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay! The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking - we spent many evenings hanging out there, BBQ-ing and enjoying meals together as a group out there.The home was spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and impressively well-stocked — from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies, everything we needed (and more) was provided. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into making this space comfortable and welcoming.

This is a wonderful place to rent. We loved the location. The views from the deck were phenomenal. We wouldn’t change a thing and hope to return next year. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful wonderfully maintained vacation spot look no further.

Gorgeous view and peaceful place

Wonderfully relaxing place in the Okanagan. Up on a hill, in a natural, forested area. Comfortable house with a good kitchen and excellent deck and view. Very relaxing and quick drive to the lake, shops and other wine farms and fruit areas.

A no stress getaway

This was a girls’ trip, time to talk and eat and sip wine. The accommodations were precisely as pictured, and Murray was generous in starting us off with all we needed the first day. W enjoyed the walks through the neighborhood and the beautiful view of the lake right out our windows. We very much enjoyed our time in Peachland.

Visiting the Orchard House at The Eagle's Nest

We found the Orchard House to be a most comfortable "home away from home". The hosts stocked our fridge with all kinds of breakfast essentials and provided coffee for the entire stay. The kitchen was well-equipped. The views from the deck were a constant delight. We would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it.

The view was breath taking. Thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise with morning coffee. Very well stocked from kitchen to bathroom to all the different recreational items. Wonderful COVID get away

My husband and my sister stayed for 2 weeks at this scenic property. The home was quaint and tastefully decorated. The open concept with a gas fire insert in the living room made this a place we enjoyed a lot of time in. The kitchen was roomy and easy to work in. Murray and Valerie were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. The scenery was a feast for the eyes after coming from Ontario. Every morning we woke up to beautiful scenery which often included wildlife wandering around the property ( mostly mule deer) but apparently there are bear there as well. We only saw the paw marks in one of our hiking trips around the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect place

We really enyoyed our stay at the Orchard House. Everything was perfect. The house is very comfortable and the view is spectacular. When we started looking at the house for a reservation, Murray was very efficient and always answered quickly. Perfect place if you plan a visit in the Kelowna area. We will consider this place as a first choice if we go back to the Okanagan Valley. Thank you so much Murray, you made our trip very enjoyable.

Wonderful getaway

Our stay at The Orchard House was absolutely delightful. The location was great, a few minutes drive from the beach and restaurants. The house itself was very spacious and clean and stocked with great foods for breakfast! And Murray was a great host who was available whenever we had questions.

Cozy and relaxing homestay

Myself and a group of 3 friends spent a long weekend at Peachland B&A and had wonderful time. Spectacular views, warm and welcoming stay, where we had everything we need. Murray and his wife made the experience special leaving us some fresh food in the fridge and we appreciated the charm of the creative and experienced carpentry built into the natural landscape.
