Outstanding Property

This place was very nice and clean and located right on the town square. I would highly recommend this loft. Very nice living room and kitchen and the bedroom was dark so that was a plus as well.

Upgrade?

There was a bit of a miscommunication with the owner and the cleaners, resulting in the unit we reserved not being ready when we arrived. I wouldn't say dirty, but the bedcovers were pulled back and a couple dishes in the sink made it obvious someone had just been there. I sent a message to the owner and within minutes, received a phone call with multiple apologies and a quick solution - we were moved just 2 doors down the hall to another available unit that turned out to be bigger. Just my husband and me, we had no use for the surprise second bedroom, but the glorious bathroom that was at least 1.5 times bigger than the first one was great! We stayed for a nice quiet anniversary hideaway and took full advantage of the full kitchen with provided dishes and cookware. Out kids have been asking since they first heard the clock on the Iola square chime if it even chimea at midnight - we were sorry to tell them that the bedrooms were so quiet and dark that we slept far to well to have an answer for them! I have already recommended the Lofts to out-of-state family and would for sure stay again myself if I ever need to get away!

Perfect in every way!

Stayed here for a class reunion. Location could not have been better! The loft was so incredibly spacious with the best view overlooking the town square. Perfectly appointed with everything we needed and more!

Lovely place

We stayed three nights in the Colburn Suite. It's a lovely place, and was perfect for the two of us. - There is a tall stairway that leads to the suite, so if stairs are an issue for you, this would not be recommended, depending on your ability. Overall, the property is very nice, very clean, very cozy and comfortable, and we would most definitely stay there again. stay there again. We had a great weekend.

Great stay on the town square!

We loved staying at the lofts in Iola, Kansas. The location is perfect for walking anywhere in town and the view over the town square is great. The place had everything we needed (including a generous supply of coffee) and we were very comfortable during our stay there. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful and reasonable

We only live 45 minutes from The Lofts but found exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing, comfortable weekend. The apartment was beyond our expectations, fully furnished with anything we could want or need, clean, beautifully furnished and unique. The bay windows overlooking the square were something we had never experienced before. The large jetted bathtub was a luxury and we appreciated the local restaurants. We definitely plan to make this our getaway spot again.

Kansas getaway

Couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. Location was perfect for walking about town visiting local shops and the local museum. The view over the town square was beautiful. Terry was the perfect host! The whole Iola experience was lovely.
