Profitez des bois et de l'eau dans la cabine 8! Endormez-vous au bruissement des feuilles et passez votre journée à nager, à faire du bateau ou à pêcher. Cette grande retraite de 2 étages compte 550 pièces habitables et peut accueillir 6 personnes. Ascenseurs électriques et manuels pour bateaux disponibles à la location.

La cabine 8 a une grande chambre principale avec un lit queen au deuxième étage et une salle de bain complète avec douche à l'italienne au premier étage. Chambre supplémentaire au rez-de-chaussée avec deux lits jumeaux. Tirez le canapé dans le salon pour les invités supplémentaires.

Coin salon confortable avec télévision pour se détendre à l'intérieur, ou rassemblez-vous autour de votre foyer extérieur pour faire griller des guimauves. Comprend un porche couvert avec coin salon, ainsi que des tables de pique-nique et un espace pour se divertir en plein air. 1 place de parking réservée. (Plus disponible sur demande et selon disponibilité.)

Tous ceux qui séjournent dans l'établissement peuvent profiter de notre plage privée, du WiFi et de DirecTV. Restez au frais même les jours les plus chauds avec la climatisation ou blottissez-vous avec nos poêles au propane, électriques ou à bois. (Varie selon le site.)

Nous fournissons tous les draps et serviettes de bain dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour, ainsi que des produits en papier pour vous aider à démarrer. Nos kitchenettes comprennent des micro-ondes, des plaques de cuisson au gaz, des réfrigérateurs / congélateurs, des cafetières, des casseroles, des poêles, de la vaisselle et de l'argenterie. Nous nettoyons presque exclusivement avec des produits écologiques. Pack-n-play et chaises hautes disponibles selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi.

Le Bécasseau tacheté est situé dans les bois avec une façade sur le lac Cayuga et les insectes adorent les bois et l'eau! Ils sont avisés pour trouver leur chemin à l'intérieur (ce sont des cabines après tout). Si jamais les bogues vous «dérangent», nous sommes toujours heureux de vous aider.

Awesome stay

What a beautiful area and tranquil. Our stay was fantastic. The cabin was clean and comfortable and the view of the lake was great. The owners were extremely hospitable and attentive to our needs. This will definitely be the first of many stays at the spotted Sandpiper.

Great location!

Would definitely stay here again. Cute little camp with different cabins, yurts and campers. We were a short walk from the lake. We used the paddle boards and kayaks and had a blast on the water. Pet friendly! Quiet location. Short drive to wineries.

Great location on Cayouga for a one week stay

This rental location is one of many different rentals on the property making it fun to socialize with neighbors. Great location to wineries cidery’s creamery‘s and Ithaca. The owner was extremely responsive to any of my questions or any issues we were having, within minutes I had a response. I would definitely stay here again.

Graduation and family vacation

Our son graduated from Cornell and considered the limited hotel options in Ithaca, we decided to have a more local flavor by staying in a Cabin close to the lake and make it a little family vacation too. We love rustic cabin 8 and the camp. The host was so fast to respond to all our requests. We have few friends over for dinner one afternoon, we grilled and had a wonderful time. We also had the fire pit for marshmallows. We use the kayaks and had fun at the lake. It seems they are building more cabins. I think the kitchen can used a flat space where to prep and can easily be added, and despite the small size, will be more practical. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed and more (cuisinart pots and pans, etc.). In addition, the place welcomes pets, so we enjoy having Malibu, my son’s pet, for couple of nights with us too! The drive from Ithaca to the camp was nice and easy drive and with some nice places and wineries on the way! The place was a perfect mix of rustic, tranquility/relax, confort, and fun! Definitely much better than any hotel option for those days in Ithaca! Thank you!

The Haftl Family Experience

It was a very nice place. It had everything you needed, shower, fridge, beds, firepit, kayaks + other fun swimming items. The lake was absolutely stunning and so peaceful. We were a bit caught off guard that there were a lot of other cabins around, we thought it was more remote, but it didn't seem to bother us at all. Everyone was super nice and everyone kept to themselves. We all pretty much did the same thing, explored the lake and land, then had a fire at night. It was really really nice. The inside of the cabin was stunning. Very well built with beautiful wood everywhere. The loft bed was very comfortable. My son is over 6 feet and did not like the downstairs bed so much, but he is a giant and needs a lot of space lol. Overall, I would 100% come back to this place. It was a very nice time and well worth the money.

Sweet cabin in the woods with lake access

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Cabin 8. The cabin itself had 4 beds, a small kitchen and bathroom with stand-up shower. It served our needs perfectly. The WiFi was very good. It's a short walk down to the beach on Cayuga Lake via a staircase where they had countless kayaks, paddle boards, rafts and life jackets. The beach was by far our family's favorite part. The views were amazing and the water was perfect. Check-In and Check-out was a breeze. We really hope to come back again! Thank you!

Great family spot

I can’t say enough about Jordan and his family who run this property. So accommodating. Treated us like family. Place was perfect for kids- swimming kayaking boating, enjoying the common area. For adults, perfect location to hit local attractions. (Wineries, hikes, falls, etc) Cabin #. 8 was clean, adorable and perfect for my family of 5. Thank you!

A lovely week by the lake

We enjoyed our week very much. Seamless check in and communication. Any issues- which were few- were handled promptly. Owners are warm and welcoming. A nice rustic property by the lake with easy access to state parks, Ithaca, wineries.

Great Cabin Getaway

It was like camping but with 7 other cabins onsite! Every cabin has a grill, picnic table, & fire pit! Lots of firewood available but buy starter wood that is dry! We put wood in the cabin overnight to dry for next day, but still need dry wood to start with! Love this place & cant wait to return!

Thank you for taking a moment to review Cabin 8, and we were happy to be able to host you on Cayuga Lake! As our listing notes, our 4-acre property has 2 houses, 9 cabins and 2 yurts. We are the largest private lakeside vacation rental property in the greater Ithaca area, and a great place for large groups to gather or individual rentals. All of our rentals have access to our private beach, swimming areas and several docks, as well as an assortment of water equipment to borrow. We hope you had a chance to see the sunrise from the water or catch a fish off of the docks!

Great escape to the finger lakes

Very easy communication and check in process. Enjoyed the view of the lake. The cabin is very clean and has all of the necessities including a fire pit and grill! Our only minor complaint is that the outdoor furniture was a little hard and uncomfortable, including the cushioned chairs on the deck.

Very nice log cabin with amenities

Loved how beautiful the cabin is and in great shape. Owners introduced themselves and were very friendly. Did not get bothered by mosquitos, loud noises, or neighbors lol. Overall a great experience and got myself a lot of rest, was very recharged. People always want to know if there was anything that was disliked. Anything I would say would be very minor as this was a great experience. But if I had to say something I would say the trip down to see the lake was a wee bit challenging to the weak knee individual as myself lol I wish I brought my Jeep instead of my girlfriends Malibu as it was on a hill, but we got up there. Again, just minor things that didn't damper the overall satisfaction of my stay. The owners even offered to let us stay longer, as nobody was expected after us that day. First class people all the way 👍

Trumansburg Getaway

Spent a long weekend here recently. The cabin has everything you would need, including kitchen, a/c, TV, comfortable beds, big porch, grill and firepit. The owner is very nice and very accommodating. The location is good, just a short drive to wineries, restaurants, and beautiful state parks. The only thing I would caution is if you have mobility issues, there is a steep drop with many unsafe steps to get to the lake and it was not the lakefront I envisioned. So if you are looking for an nice area to sit by the lake and dont want to climb steep steps and hills to get to and from cabin and lake, this is not the place for you.

Great graduation weekend

The cabin was perfect for our family. Close enough to Cornell that we were easily able to attend all the graduation events and far enough away from the crowds and chaos of graduation.
