Spacious detached Barn, beautifully appointed

Elm Barn is a beautifully converted detached stone barn offering panoramic views over rural countryside set in peaceful surroundings. A superb and spacious property, set apart from the other barns and adjacent to the swimming pool, Elm Barn's tiled atrium entrance hall is spacious and bright. The beamed, large and well equipped kitchen has a double oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large dining room with French doors to a covered patio area and the spacious sitting room has Sky tv (movies and sports channels), a wood burning stove, sloping ceiling with roof trusses and French doors leading to the private courtyard garden. The barn also benefits from central heating and free WiFi. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor - one twin, one double and one family room (which has a double and a single bed) and a family bathroom (with shower over the bath). The first floor has two wings: on one side of the gallery landing there is a spacious family suite containing king-sized bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a separate nursery room with cot. On the other side there is another king-sized bedroom (with cot) and an en-suite bathroom.

We can provide additional travel cots and highchairs if required at no extra cost. There are fitted stairgates to the main staircase and the woodburner has a fireguard.

Newhouse Farm Cottages is situated within 30 acres of rolling hills and gentle countryside. The superb indoor and outdoor facilities at Newhouse Farm include heated indoor swimming pool with counter-current jet system; traditional sauna; outdoor children's play areas with swings, slides and trampoline; fields for ball games; indoor games room with table football, table tennis and pool tables; indoor toddler soft play room; and free WiFi throughout the complex. The perfect place to relax. We have an on-site 9-hole crazy golf course and the village tennis court is available for our guests to use free of charge (booking essential and equipment not provided). Our barbecue lodge is available for guests to reserve to enjoy a barbecue whatever the Devon weather has in store.
