Profitez de l'unité supérieure de ce duplex situé directement en face de l'océan Atlantique et à distance de marche de l'étang Potter. Le meilleur de la pêche et du surf dans l’île de Rhode Island est à portée de main et vous pouvez sentir l’océan dans l’air. Vous pouvez aller à pied à East Matunuck State Beach ou à South Kingstown Town Beach avec plusieurs autres plages à quelques minutes en voiture. Si vous souhaitez vous rendre à la plage de la ville, vous aurez également accès à un pass invité pour votre voiture!

Rendez vos vacances aussi paisibles ou aussi occupées que vous le souhaitez. Cet endroit est idéal pour les couples ou les familles qui souhaitent se détendre sur le pont arrière privé, regarder le coucher de soleil, griller un repas ou profiter du soleil. Découvrez la vie nocturne active au coin de la rue. Matunuck est vraiment un endroit agréable. Le célèbre ferry Newport, RI ou le ferry de Block Island est accessible en une demi-heure de route. Cet endroit est une escapade à la plage parfaite!

En plus des 2 chambres et de la salle de bain complète, vous aurez également accès à la douche extérieure, aux jeux sur la pelouse et aux vêtements de plage fournis. Super easy check in and check out. Property was in a great location. We only stayed 1 night for a concert/show at Ocean Mist bar. The property was just a little bit musty/dusty/greasy in spots.

Excellent Beach Getaway

Had a fantastic week staying here! Great location! Close to local restaurants, ice cream, beaches and the local theater. A town beach pass is provided. Very quiet and it has a beautiful deck with a table and chairs and lounge chairs. The hosts were very easy to work with and very accommodating! Highly recommend this rental.

Awesome summer getaway! Amazing location, steps to The Pub and Ocean Mist. A short walk to ice cream and a beautiful beach. Owners are on property but not intrusive at all. The deck and outside shower are awesome!

Great Location

My family and I went on a day trip to Block Island. We decided to rent Mark’s VRBO to avoid having to make a long drive home. The location was great, being so close to Point Judith. The property was clean and the check in process was very easy. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck. Would recommend to family and friends

"A Stone"s Throw"....

Wonderful. Just an overnight , so didn't need much.The apt was clean, cozy, airy. Keys were right where the owner said they'd be. A map or some local directions of where & how to access beach ,for swimming, or for strolling, would have been helpful.

Prime Location

We enjoyed our second year at this property for our week at the beach. The location is perfect. We love the proximity to the ocean. Walking in the early morning is lovely. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and live in the lower unit. The furniture is basic but does the job. The beds were comfortable (new mattress since last year!) and the towels and sheets provided were fine. The kitchen has adequate pots and pans but no large pot for pasta or lobster so keep that in mind. The appliances are in good condition and it's convenient having a washer/dryer in the unit.

Great overnight visit

A clean and quiet place, not far from the beach! We only stayed for one night but wish we could've stayed longer! Beautiful neighborhood to explore and Kingstown Beach was nice as well. Despite it being busy on the main street, very quiet and peaceful at the house. We really liked the large deck too!

Had such a great time while staying here! The property is very close to the beach (beach pass provided) and great restaurants/bars all in walking distance. Mark was great and the house itself was stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. Highly recommend and would definitely return in the future.

Seriously, walk to it all

Mark and Julie's place is a simple, clean two bedroom upper level of a house. In and out is easy. Walk to everything. No need to ever get in your car. I could walk with surfboard or paddle board to the Deep Hole surf spot or just off the Ocean Mist. In wall AC kept main living room and kitchen cool. Bedrooms were a bit warm, in case there's a heat wave. Definitely recommend.
