La Moreneta 1964 villa with large pool

Set in a private,tranquil location this beautiful villa is an idyllic holiday option. The best beaches of the Island ( Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida etc.. ) are at just 5 minutes from the house. Includes 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a brand new, big 23 meters swimming pool. The house was build in 1964 by architect Ribas and was one of the first architect's villas on the island.

The Villa offers a big fenced garden with a brand new huge swimming pool (23 meters long), and lots of outdoor spaces and terraces to enjoy unbelievable meals under the stars during your holiday in Ibiza.

La Moreneta is exquisitely finished and furnished. Combining classic vintage furniture with more contemporary kitchen and bathroom fittings, it's an amazing and peaceful place to stay.

Even if the house has been renovated we respected the original structure, so you will enjoy modern facilities, but still feel the charming atmosphere of the ’60ies.

The new kitchen if fully equipped with 3 ovens (one oversize professional Gaggenau oven), 2 dishwasher machines (Miele), 2 fridges and freezers, Nespresso machine, etc.

Child friendly

We have children too !- the communication of the 3 ground floor bedrooms are only possible from outside and are not communicative from inside the house. At the first floor the 2 bedrooms are communicating with the inside of the house. The villa is having an enclosure wall all around.
Regarding the pool, we know how important it is to ensure your child’s safety therefore we have a part where the pool has 0,30 meters of water deepness on 2 meters large, on this part you can easily monitor them without any risks - Then after few stairs the pool is having a deepness of 1 meters on 10 meters large , it is convenient to play either with a ball or having foothold in this part. Finally the remaining part goes down to 2 meters deepness. Hoping that my explanations are cleared.
