Cette toute nouvelle annonce est un Ă©norme 6500 pieds carrĂ©s - la plus grande maison de location en pieds carrĂ©s sur le lac Norris. MAGNIFIQUE MAISON au bord du lac CONSTRUITE SUR MESURE, situĂ©e dans le trĂšs recherchĂ© Deerfield Resort avec des Ă©quipements de premiĂšre classe. Vous remarquerez le caractĂšre unique de cette maison Ă  partir du moment oĂč vous entrez par la porte d'entrĂ©e dans une grande piĂšce massive avec des plafonds de 25 pieds et des murs de fenĂȘtres gĂ©antes donnant sur le lac Norris et la rĂ©serve faunique Chuck Swan.

L'énorme grande piÚce se fond parfaitement dans la grande cuisine et la grande salle à manger. Votre famille et vos amis se réuniront avec beaucoup d'espace pour créer des souvenirs.
Si vous avez encore besoin de plus d'espace, la salle de loisirs de niveau inférieur, trop grande, double votre espace. Votre groupe se déploiera pour jouer à des jeux et regarder le grand match ou les derniers films.

Rare pour le lac Norris, cette maison a une acre de cour plate pour que les enfants courent et jouent et offre une pente douce menant au quai privé. Faites tremper ces os dans votre bain à remous privé >> nous changeons vraiment l'eau entre les locations.

Les chefs du camp adoreront la grande cuisine ouverte et l'ßlot central surdimensionné. Deux réfrigérateurs, deux lave-vaisselle, deux éviers ajoutent la touche parfaite. Le pont extérieur a un énorme gril au propane (propane gratuit).

Neuf chambres offrent à chacun un endroit confortable pour se reposer. La chambre superposée de taille jumbo offre quatre incroyables ensembles de lits superposés doubles et deux lits queen ET A encore de l'espace pour les enfants pour jouer et regarder la télévision.

Deerfield Resort propose une piscine communautaire, un difficile 18 trous "The Greens" et une petite piste d'atterrissage.

Le wifi est rapide à 25 Mbps, illimité, gratuit et sécurisé.

Une allée en pente douce mÚne aux deux parkings directement en face de la maison.

Family Retreat

We had a great stay with our whole extended family. It's rare to find one home we can all fit in and also afford. The space was great, and the property managers were quick to respond to questions and resolve issues. The linens could use an update, but other than that everything was fantastic.

Easter Gathering 2025

This lakefront property well exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space for everyone. The front yard was perfect for volleyball and egg hunts. Dock was great to fly kites and fish. Plenty of room in the kitchen for food and cooks.This will be on our list of rebooks for future trips.

Exceptional in every way!

My family of 27 (7 siblings and our families) were able to book Field of Dreams last minute and John Bertke was so kind and helpful! All needed information came quickly from John. The house is amazing! It has a great space for family to hang out together! The kids loved the spacious bunk room. Although it was cold and snowy when we were there, so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful outdoors, we had 7 family members do a POLAR PLUNGE! We could have used a few more towels, but that is the only thing I would change. I'm hopeful to have our next family gathering there!

Field of Dreams

The house was perfect for our group of 30 - ages 3 - 70+. We had plenty of room for everyone. The 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 living rooms made the logistics so much easier to deal with. The views were stunning and there were so many deer! We couldn't have chosen a better home for our week long wedding adventure.

Perfect for our Large Group

Absolute perfect stay for our large group of 25+. The home has gorgeous views from the entire rear of the home. The large deck off the family room is where we spent lots of our time. We had two wakeboats so the double boat dock was perfect. The large well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook for the large group with no issues. The house is well maintained and very clean. The large bunk room was great for extra space as well. My only thoughts for others to note is the house does sit on the main area of the lake, we did not get much floating time due to traffic on the water creating a lot of waves, same with the upper deck on the water. The waves definitely cause the upper deck to move significantly so we chose not to spend much time up there. Overall we were extremely impressed and happy with Field of Dreams!

Wonderful house for Large Group and Small Children

We chose this house largely due to the flat ground, less steps and number of bedrooms / bathrooms. We had small children that we did not want to worry about falling. The house was perfect! The openness of the house was wonderful for our large group and we did not feel crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large ice machine saved us so much time and money by not having to drive and purchase ice for our coolers and drinks. The yard was great to play outdoor games. Prior to our stay the owner always answered our questions very quickly and we had no issues to contact him for during our stay. We thought the house was great and would definitely recommend staying here. Hopefully we will be able to plan another vacation here!

Enjoyed our time

Property was in a very remote location. This may be fine in warmer months but inconvenient to travel to places in the area from there. The house had everything we needed. The fireplace was not working and we had no response from anyone regarding this. It would have been nice to have this again as it was a bit colder. The dock also was floating and not brought to shore until the middle of our stay. We were unable to fish at that time and that was one big reason we chose this place. Great layout in the house for a group and most likely a great place to stay in warmer months.

This is a beautiful home, situated on an incredibly nice, level lot. I hosted 8 managers for a corporate retreat and this property worked perfectly for our needs. The host was very responsive too!

Family Reunion

This is a great property on Lake Norris. Our larger group loved the house and the instant access to the water. We had an issue with the kitchen sinking leaking but the maintenance crew was right in it and had us up and running in about 2 hrs. We would definitely stay again.

A Perfect Family Christmas

After over a year of being apart due to the pandemic, my immediate family (my parents, grandparents, uncles/aunts, cousins, and our kids) were so excited to get together for a big family Christmas. John’s place was perfect for our group of 20+. We had an amazing time. The house and property was immaculate! Beautiful views, attractive and cozy accommodations, and an overall perfect setting made things absolutely perfect. The place was HUGE, clean, beautifully decorated, and everything we needed was there. John was great during booking and the check in process was seamless. This trip was everything my family hoped for plus more. While the location and views are stunning once you get to the property, the drive there is a scary one. Be prepared for narrow, windings roads, with some very steep cliffs to climb. For the 30 mins it took us to climb those mountain hills carefully, I was absolutely terrified. Scary drive aside, the views will take your breath away while you’re there. And plan to stay there because you only want to make that scary drive twice: to come and to leave. Lol. This is not the place to go if you want to move around a lot in my opinion. Lucky for us we had no plans to do anything but spend time together, resting and relaxing. The location is absolutely perfect for that. Other than the scary drive, I’d say our experience was perfect. I did ask several questions in preparation for our trip that were left unanswered (i.e. Would a Christmas tree be there, decorations, could we have things delivered in advance, area activities, etc.) but we just brought our own tree, decor, etc., and after arriving at the property I realized several of my questions were moot. Amazon was not making that drive and we weren’t going anywhere. Lol. Overall, we definitely had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you John for helping our family reunite in a beautiful place ♄
