Belle maison familiale de 1600 pieds carrés à South Anchorage!

La maison est de 1600 pieds carrés et bien entretenue, située dans le sud d'Anchorage. Je suis le premier et le seul propriétaire de la maison (depuis sa construction). Les trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes sont au niveau supérieur de la maison. Le salon, la cuisine, la buanderie et la demi-salle de bain sont situés en bas. Une fois que vous vous réveillez le matin, vous pouvez cuisiner et prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur sur une belle terrasse 12x24. Vous pouvez également cuisiner votre dîner préféré à l'extérieur avec le nouveau barbecue tout en regardant le magnifique coucher de soleil d'été de l'Alaska. Flattop, un lieu de randonnée très populaire ainsi qu'un bel endroit pour faire du tourisme et prendre des photos, est à environ 15 minutes. Juste à l'extérieur du quartier, une piste de jogging traverse la rue.

Pour vos besoins personnels, des centres commerciaux et des restaurants sont situés à quelques minutes, tandis qu'une grande épicerie, Fred Meyers, est juste de l'autre côté de la rue. Ils sont un magasin complet contenant une banque, des appareils électroniques, des vêtements, Starbucks et même un magasin d'alcools. Costco est également à quelques minutes. Pour ne nommer que quelques restaurants à quelques minutes: Olive Garden, Red Robin, Smashburger, Seward's Folly Suite 100, Gallos, Village Inn, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Subway. Une cuisine thaïlandaise siamoise est également à proximité. Pour ceux qui aiment le plein air, des magasins comme Cabela's et Mountainview Sports sont accessibles en quelques minutes.

Le centre-ville d'Anchorage est à environ 12-15 minutes. Une fois que vous êtes en ville, vous n'avez pas nécessairement besoin d'un tour - vous pouvez simplement marcher et explorer. Nice clean house with all the necessities. If there anything you need you will find it at Fred Meyers right across the road. It is only Minutes away from the airport and many other places. Host was very hospitable and I would stay again.

Overall a great place and the most helpful owner you could ever ask for lemy was awsume and he had plenty of various supplies to use plus a few extra delicious surprises. Thank you lemy!!! Fred Meyer groc store across street several good restaurants close by the lil dipper Cafe is a must for breakfast it's the best. We will use this place for our next adventure home base in the future

Great home in Anchorage

This home was as advertised. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of hot water. The home made salmon dip from teh owner was delicious! I travel with a group of 5 adults so it is really nice to have room to spread out and be comfortable. The table on the back deck came in handy. It was really convenient to have a grocery store right across the street. It was very easy to get around all of Anchorage from this location. Communication with the owner was very easy. He even offered us a late check out on our last day since he did not have guests coming in right away. I would definately recommned this home if you are planning to spend time in Anchorage.

What a great visit into your home. We all felt welcome and wished we stayed longer. On our return from the concert, we noticed a white truck that was parked in between your house and the house on the right about 11pm. We had to swerve around it to park into your driveway. We didn’t think anything of it but thought it odd that a truck would be parked partially in your driveway. Upon returning the rental car, the agent pointed out that the car had been side-swiped and left white paint on the rear passenger side of the car. Would you, or any of your neighbors, have video cameras that might have recorded this if the incident occurred in the neighborhood? Thank you so much for your hospitality. Stephen

Wonderful Home from which to Explore Alaska

This house is ideally located in Anchorage and is beautiful and comfortable. I don't know if the owner is always so generous but we had a good deal of food in the refrigerator and access to the liiquor cabinet. I hope to get the smoked salmon dip recipe from the owner.it was delicious. Even if our food and drink were late season and not always provided you can not go wrong with this home. Shopping and groceries are across the road at Fred Meyers. Many restaurants are within a few blocks and the drive to downtown Anchorage is less than ten minutes on your choice of two freeways. This is a five star find for anyone who needs a home away from home in Anchorage.

Expect the unexpected

The house was beautiful, I rented it because of the garage but it wasn’t available which when I went back mentioned parking not garage. I understood and then there was a note on the TV upstairs that stated to use the one downstairs, Now I feel like a kid who is told you can only watch one television in the house, that wasn’t on the listing. The half bathroom downstairs door wouldn’t open so it was of no use. There were clothes in the closets so I felt that I wasn’t supposed to hang anything up as there were clothes in the drawers also. For a week I lived out of my suitcases and because it was supposed to sleep 6 you had to read between the lines to get everything that was or was not available. The listing was not clear. I spent a lot of money for a week and wasn’t given all that I was charged for and I didn’t see the owner offering anything back either. My advice is read the listing and ask tons of questions because if you don’t then you’re just going to give your money away. The owner was nice but a lot of thing weren’t forth coming.

I’m sorry Pam for not offering refund because, It was stated that GARAGE is not available on the listing, half bath downstairs door is working 100%, TV works pretty well @ living room. Sorry for few clothes on walk in closet that I used to store bedding’s and towels and still plenty room. All rooms have closet. Thanks for staying anyways. Stay safe and healthy..

House that perfectly met our group’s needs

Clean and comfortable. Good location. 1/2 block walk to large (Walmart like) Suoerstore. Close to golf course. Downtown area easy 15 minute drive. Host checked in to see how we were doing, and answered all questions quickly.

Ismael is a great host

The house was close to the airport and lots of shopping which was great for us as we were buying food and supplies for our trip and for a wedding. The house is comfortable with a nice small back deck. Ismael has a Keurig and stocked it with lots of options. He even left us a nice treat. Beds were comfy.

Quiet and convenient

Although our stay was short, we enjoyed this wonderful home! The owner answered questions quickly and was very accommodating. The small deck off the back was a pleasant place to have morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening!

Anchorage Visit

Wonderful property. The homemade salmon spread was amazing. Owner replied quickly to e-mails. Would definitely recommend this property. Fred Meyers is across the street, and is within 10 mins of the airport.

There was a airfare booking issue and my in-laws got into town way earlier than expected and Ismael was so awesome and accommodating and pleasant the entire time! He never lost patience regardless of my endless texts lol I totally appreciate him and recommend his place to anyone :-)

Loved the location. Easy to get to downtown Anchorage and easy to get on Highway 1 to the Kenai Peninsula. Grocery store across the street. Great communication with Ismael.
