Extra Large Stylish 3 BR/2 BA Townhouse/Duplex – Upstairs/Downstairs with a Single Car Garage**

This well-maintained townhouse offers a spacious layout ideal for families or groups of friends. Please note that there is no air conditioning due to Alaska's cooler climate, but each room is equipped with a tower fan for your comfort. Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry for hassle-free arrivals and departures. We are available 24/7 for assistance, and there is a security camera facing the driveway for added safety.

Located conveniently near stores, restaurants, and fantastic breweries, this property is also close to breathtaking parks and beautiful trails. Nestled in Alaska's stunning landscape, this lovely three-bedroom retreat in Anchorage is just minutes away from the Dimond Center, Kincaid Park, and the Alaska Zoo, making it a prime location for exploring the city's top attractions.

During your stay, you can take advantage of thoughtful amenities designed for comfort and convenience, including:

Lovely place was outstanding

We stayed at the Lovely Place for a couple of nights in Anchorage before leaving on a cruise. The house is immaculate, it is well stocked, convenient to grocery store and other necessities. We would happily stay at the Lovely Place again.

Great Family Stay!

Our extended family rented both sides of this wonderful duplex for our weekend. We had just spent a full week on a cruise and it was so nice to relax, grocery shop and pull ourselves together for our land portion of our Alaskan adventure. Lisa and her husband were so gracious and responded quickly to messages. Their home was perfectly outfitted for our 3 generations. As a travel advisor, I now have an amazing location in Anchorage to recommend to my clients!

Absolutely perfect

3 clinical students stayed here for 5 weeks!! This place was absolutely perfect in every way from the location, layout, and cleanliness. Lisa was so easy to work and communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!! We appreciate Lisa and her husband. Alaska was beautiful and amazing. We hope to be back.

Hi Rick, I am very sorry to hear you did not have a good experience on VRBO, I just seen your review on my property. I am a little confused my property does not have shared living spaces or shared bathrooms. I take my guest privacy and security of the rentals extremely serious. You’re booking was for side A this property is half a duplex (2) separate single family units. Which was three bedrooms, two bathrooms,living room kitchen, and dining area. With a one car garage. No other guest have access to the rental or the garage.There is a shared backyard But it has its own deck. Also in my listing, I do not advertise AC, very few People in Alaska have air conditioning. I was wondering if you got my rental mixed up With a different rental in Alaska?

Good times in great place

Host was great and willing to work with us and answer any questions. House was very nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood far enough away from downtown as to not be overcrowded, yet close enough your minutes away. Lot of stores & restaurants just a short drive away. We have a 40’ RV motorhome and was able to park in the driveway & park the car sideways in front of it.

The property was as listed. Very clean. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with good food options. It also was close to downtown, but a little far from some of the excursions in Northern Vancouver, but I didn't even spend half a tank of gas in the 2 days we drove around Vancouver.

Perfect getaway for Anchorage vacation!

The Lovely Place certainly lives up to its name! Lisa had outstanding communication leading up to and during our stay. I so appreciated the accurate number of people who could comfortably sleep at the residence. The mattresses were all very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked. The washer and dryer were newer and wonderful to have for a family of five. The kitchen came with fresh tea and coffee. The entire house was comfortable and made our experience in Anchorage frictionless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying at the Lovely Place if you’re considering a trip to Anchorage.

Beautiful introduction to Anchorage

We had a wonderful stay and the accommodations couldn’t have suited us more. Three nice sized bedrooms and a great kitchen. (We didn’t cook because we weren’t there long enough, but we wished we’d had more time.) Easy 15 minute drive to downtown and less to the airport. When we had a small issue with the lock Lisa was super quick to fix it and we didn’t miss out on anything. Can’t wait to visit again!
