ADRESSE: VIA BOVETO 41 - 50 m² appartement. au rez-de-chaussée dans une villa indépendante avec jardin privé à 300 mt. de la mer et à 2 km du centre-ville. Propriétaires résidents à l'étage supérieur. Situé dans une rue privée calme avec vue ouverts Karst et le Sanctuaire de Monte Grisa. Composé d'une cuisine / salle à manger cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bains et une chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple et un grand placard. Possibilité de deux autres endroits dans le canapé-lit dans le salon. Lit bébé, matelas à langer et une chaise haute fournis. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les plats, réfrigérateur, congélateur, cuisinière à gaz, four électrique, four micro-ondes, italienne Moka cafetière, bouilloire, fer et des fournitures de cuisine de base (sel, poivre, sucre, café, huile l'huile d'olive, le vinaigre et un détergent). TV / moniteur LED de Samsung écran plat 24 pouces, avec USB et une antenne satellite. WIFI. Chauffage au sol et un poêle à bois dans le poêle. Salle de bains avec douche, WC, lavabo, bidet, sèche-cheveux et les vêtements cheval. Tous les draps, couvertures et serviettes sont fournis. Fournitures de toilette de base inclus (savon, shampoing, gel de bain, papier toilette). Jardin privatif de 100 mètres carrés. l'usage exclusif des clients, avec: parasol, table et chaises, chaises longues, douche extérieure, barbecue. Garage pour une voiture. Étant donné la proximité à seulement 200 mt à une longue piste cyclable qui vous mènera du château de Miramare jusqu'à ce que le centre piétonnier de la ville, sont fournis gratuitement pour les clients à utiliser le vélo 6: 4 pour les adultes (dont une avec un siège enfant) et 2 pour les enfants 4/8 ans. The apartment was very clean and decorated very beautifully. The host provided everything we needed including coffee, milk, bottled water and breakfast items. Lamberto made our trip totally stress free. He picked us up from the airport, dropped us off at the train station both days and dropped us off at the port for our cruise. He is the very best host. I highly recommend this apartment. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I’m in the area again.

Wonderful stay

This home is beautifully done. The hosts were wonderful! The house was stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Great location. Make sure you take stroll along the Adriatic sea and grab coffee or Prosecco.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sisko - thank you very much Ingrid and Lambi, you are really super hosts***** The appartment and garden are very comfortable and beautiful and nothing could be improved. Very fine apartment, close to Triest - Center

We had a very good time (14 days) in the apartment. Triest center is to reach by bus within 10 minutes. And the famous coast of Barcola is to reach on foot. The apartment is very comfortable with an elegant bathroom, kitchen line with all equipment you need etc. The friendly apartment owner picked us up from the train station. We would definitely come back, because to visit Triest and the mountains (karst) is a very good idea. Doris and Rudolf from Germany

Fabulous!!!!

If I could give more stars I would. This place is exceptional. Clean, everything you need to cook, store close by (about a 10 minute walk), fantastic restaurants, and a beautiful view of the mountain side. Very quiet. The host/hostess Ingrid and Lamberto went that extra mile that you don't see that often anymore these days. If you have any questions about your travel plans, Lamberto will help you figure out a good plan. This place is close to Slovania (rental car needed) and Rovinj (Croatia. Passport needed and rental car when travel) and a perfect place as your base (home!). We were quite bummed to leave as we just loved this apartment and town. Trieste is beautiful and big! But the location of this place gives you a small town feel. Highly recommend the caves... Giggante Grotto (#42 bus - note there are two 42 busses so ensure you get on the right one). The villages above the city are absolutely charming. Shopping in Trieste is better on your budget than a bigger tourist town. Additionally, the Slovenia towns won my heart. Just absolutely beautiful. Very close to Trieste. Several caves in Slovania are close by if you have the time. Lamberto and Ingrid will guide you. The snacks and wine that they offered and the necessities in the fridge when we arrived were perfect and went over and beyond what is usually offered. We have rented a lot of apartments in our travels and these people really care about their guests. And you will care about them too because of their overwhelming kindness and patience. Highly recommend.

Gîte de charme

Location très bien située avec tout le confort nécessaire. Les propriétaires réservent un très bon accueil à leurs hôtes et leurs conseils ont été appréciés. Merci à Ingrid et Lamberto. L'appartement est très bien décoré et les extérieurs très bien entretenus. La situation est idéale pour découvrir tout le golf de Trieste: vous pouvez même faire quelques escapades en Slovénie toute proche pour découvrir les villes côtières comme Koper . Si vous disposer d'une journée complète nous vous conseillons Ljubljana -accès facile par train depuis Sezana (beaucoup moins cher que par bus depuis Trieste). Pour vous baigner vous trouverez du sable à l'accès mer en face de à l'arrêt bus California. Les journées passent très vite à villa Sisko et vous n'aurez qu'une envie, c'est d'y retourner.

appartement de plein pied avec un jardin très plaisant en terrasse permettant de prendre les repas sous le soleil.tout est parfait , décoration soignée et intérieur moderne et très propre ; la cuisine bien équipée .L'accueil par les propriétaires fut très chaleureux et prévenant .Excellent séjour qui nous a permis de visiter Trieste (et ses succulentes glaces ) Nous y reviendrions avec joie lors d' un prochain séjour

Wunderschönes Apartment mit reizendem Gastgeber

Wir waren 1 Woche in dem bestens ausgestatteten Apartment am Rande von Triest. Bäcker, Lebensmittelgeschäft und einige Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Meer nur wenige Minuten, wo man über Treppen gut ins Meer zum schwimmen gehen kann. Nach Triest und Umgebung Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten entfernt Dank der guten Tipps unseres Gastgeber Lamberto haben wir wunderbare Ausflüge gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Einfach Ideal

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Alles war vom feinsten und absolut sauber. Die Beschreibung im Angebot trifft absolut zu. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthalts waren die Gastgeber immer für uns da. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Selbstversorger Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist durch die nahe Bushaltestelle auch ideal für einen Aufenthalt ohne Auto. Mit Auto ist die Parksituation durch den nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Parkplatz auch ideal. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen.

Hög klass på boendet

Ett boende vi varmt kan rekommendera. Boende är av mycket hög klass. Det har allt det man behöver och inget saknas. Vi fick ett varmt mottagande av ägarna och bjöds på välkomstdrink med tilltugg. De bjöd även på ett startpaket med dricka, kakor, flingor, kaffe och the. Vi hade tillgång till egen trädgård med solsängar, parasoll och bord. När vi anlände fick vi väldigt mycket information om Trieste, stränder, kultur, restauranger, vilket vi uppskattade. Stort tack till Ingrid och Lamberto!!

It exceeded our expectations (and they were high)! :) Beautiful quiet area, near the see, nice view from lovely terrace/garden. Inside, it is beautifuly arranged, and equiped with more than you need :). We were surprised with all the details of the care we received. The host is very kind and friendly, willing to explain and help with everything we needed. It was really a pleasure to stay at Sisko's. We really recommend, thank you very much! Kurzurlaub in der Villa Sisko in Triest

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man merkt daß die Vermieter Liebe zum Detail bei der Einrichtung haben walten lassen. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und entspricht in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung im Internet. Der Empfang war auch sehr persönlich und herzlich mit einem kleinen Snack und einer Flasche Seco zur Begrüßung durch Lamberto. Einziger Nachteil ist die Parksituation am Haus, man musste auf einem öffentlichen, kostenfreien Parkplatz parken, der zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt war. Wir können uns vorstellen, die Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Triest wieder zu buchen.

Villa Sisko is truly an excellent location when visiting Trieste!

We stayed at Villa Sisko in mid-October for a week and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Ingrid and Lamberto are incredible hosts and did everything to make our visit as comfortable and easy as possible, picking us up at the train station, preparing a delicious ragu pasta lunch complete with appetizers and prossecco upon our arrival, having our laundry done, and arranging a cab service back to the train station when we had to leave extra early on our last day! The Villa is situated in a neighborhood of Barcola, which is a 5-10 minute bus ride or 25 minute walk to Trieste along the Adriatic coastline. Barcola itself offers many dining options along the coastline, and is within walking distance to Castello Miramare (Maximillian's castle). The walk from the apartment to the water is about 5 minutes, and bikes are available (in the villa garage). The apartment had everything needed to get started (starter milk, toast, fruit and snacks) and had all the amenities of home, including a fully equipped kitchen. There is a nice literature rack in the kitchen area that has all of the information needed to explore Trieste as well as nearby Slovenia and Croatia. Lamberto took us through a booklet he and Ingrid created of suggested places to visit (tourist attractions, coffee houses, and restaurants). Visitors enjoy their own private garden area complete with lounge chairs, dining table, and a hammock. We definitely plan on coming back to Trieste and will be sure to book Villa Sisko for our next visit! Thank you Ingrid and Lamberto!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen haben. Die Lage ist ideal: Nähe zum Stadtzentrum, zum Schloss Miramare und zu Bademöglichkeiten. Durch die vorhandenen Fahrräder konnte auf das Auto in vielen Fällen verzichtet werden.

Ideaal vakantieverblijf

Een heel aangenaam praktisch ingericht vakantie- appartement. De eigenaars hebben werkelijk aan alles gedacht. Alle nodige materiaal is voorhanden, zowel qua keukengerei als peper, zout, olie, azijn etc.... Ingrid en Lamberto zijn supercharmante en behulpzame mensen. We zijn al heel dikwijls op vakantie-appartementen geweest maar zo een warm welkom én uitleg over de streek hebben we nog nooit gehad! Zeker een aanrader!
