Le "Portside Cottage" est l'oasis au bord de l'eau que vous attendiez. Cette maison indépendante récemment rénovée est à côté de notre location de Boat House dans notre chantier naval fonctionnel. Sur l'île de Cape May, vous ne trouverez pas d'opportunité plus unique. Pêchez, crabe, ou apportez votre propre planche à pagaie, kayak ou bateau pour larguer depuis les quais de notre marina privée. Profitez des couchers de soleil depuis le porche après avoir cuisiné le dîner dans la cuisine d'un chef ou utilisez le barbecue Weber à l'avant! Accessible à pied jusqu'à la maison du homard, Lucky Bones, Mayer’s Tavern, le restaurant C-View et de nombreux autres restaurants. Moins de 1,5 km des plages de Cape May et nous fournissons les balises de plage! ** Parce qu'il s'agit d'un chantier naval opérationnel, il y a un maximum de 2 voitures ** Un canapé-lit pour une entreprise supplémentaire est disponible ou si vous souhaitez être un total de six personnes. Si vous êtes intéressé à louer les deux maisons au chantier naval de Roseman, veuillez vous renseigner. Le hangar à bateaux peut accueillir un maximum de huit, 6 adultes, j'espère vous voir bientôt.

What a great place to stay!! Super clean and comfortable!! Well equipped we didn’t need to run out and get anything. Right in the marina, walking distance to a couple of restaurants and to the dolphin and whale watching charters. Chris made sure we had everything we needed and gave us good restaurant suggestions- will absolutely be back!!

Modern Sea Cottage

Was such a cool property to stay at and had amazing views from every window of the docks nearby. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Will be booking again!

Cape May Marina Stay

This house is so cute! Listing is accurate and was perfect for our stay for a girls weekend. Decorated nicely and really enjoyed our stay. Owner/manager was responsive to any escalations and would definitely recommend PortSide for any family or gathering!

Mother - Daughter Get Away

Great location for beach, restaurants, shopping and relaxing. Provided great WiFi for all of us to work remotely. The location by the marina also allows you to enjoy life along the bay and offers a nice boardway to enjoy the boats and water.

An amazing family vacation!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Portside Cottage. Christiane was so attentive and warm and we were thrilled when we arrived to see the lovely, inviting home. It was great to have a calm, restful place to come home to after active days at the beach and boardwalk. We'll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Christiane's lovely cottage at the marina. The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable with all new amenities. I loved being on the quiet marina with the peaceful view of the water and sound of the birds. We loved it so much we will be returning in September!

We had a great stay in Cape May at the Portside Cottage! The house was well-appointed with everything one might need after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The marina is a quiet spot, but still in close proximity to all Cape May has to offer. We look forward to returning in the future!

Nice stay in Cape May

We had a great holiday in Cape May. The hosts were helpful and the cottage was nice. My son enjoyed fishing from the pier, so thank you for borrowing all the fishing gear! Our family also found the bikes from the house very convenient for visiting the town for dinners etc. I would definitely recommend this cottage for a family holiday.

Our new favorite place to stay in Cape May! The house is quaint, well appointed, clean and provides everything necessary for guests! The location could not be better and the serene, relaxing marina atmosphere made us not want to leave! Great hosts! Great week! We’ll be back!

Courtside cottage

My wife and I stayed here last week and it was a perfect location. Well kept very clean and communication was fantastic. My son and his wife stopped by and spent a couple nights with us as well. Amazing rental

Christiane was so easy to get in touch with. She let me know what we needed to do/bring to the rental. The house was in a great location. Easy to walk to a few restaurants and still a quick drive to the beach and the Washington street mall. I’d love to stay at the Portside Cottage again!

Great Stay

We had a great time. The house was super clean and modern. The location was fantastic. The bedrooms are on the second floor and the stairs would be a problem for people with mobility issues. Everything else is great.

My family and I loved our stay at the Portside cottage! It was exactly as pictured, beautiful counter tops, great bathrooms and adorable coastal decor. Cleanliness was 10/10 as well. The location was perfect for us, it offered privacy while still being close enough to the charming town of Cape May. We will definitely be back!

An amazing getaway!

We had a great experience at the Portside! We’ve stayed at Cape May for the past 5 years or so and this was a new spot for us. It exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home away from home, really nice, newly updated and comfortable for our family. Had everything we needed. The location is great as well - at a marina but very peaceful and a beautiful view. A short drive to the beach and shopping area etc. We will definitely be staying again! Christiane and Donald were wonderful as well even helped fix our beach wagon.

Great place for a get away!

What a great place to stay! After booking we received responses from the owner rather quickly. Great communication throughout and timely responses. The place was perfect! It is absolutely cute and clean inside. The deck was great to enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise. It was close to town, great restaurants, shops, the beach, Cap May Lighthouse and more. It was far enough away to have a quiet, relaxing night on the deck and get a good nights rest. I since told a coworker about this place and she’s ready to book a vacation here.

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 children (16yo and 12yo) for a long Memorial Day weekend. It was a wonderful stay, the house is beautiful, clean and so warm and welcoming. We were incredibly comfortable and felt very taken care of by the hosts. The house is in a great, quiet location with a lovely view especially of the sunset. It’s away from the shopping and beach crowds which is great in the evening, but close enough that you can be downtown either via a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Or you have several restaurants within a half mile from the house. In the evening, we found ourselves walking to one of these restaurants for dinner. It was a perfect getaway, and we’ll definitely be back!

A Perfect Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in the Portside Cottage. It was incredibly comfortable with everything you could ask for and more! So many special touches and beautifully renovated/decorated. The location is perfect and very peaceful, so nice to be part of the marina life and surrounded by beauty and happy people. It was also very quiet in the evenings, lovely to come back to after a busy day on the beach. Christianne and her family were wonderful hosts, we instantly felt at home. We loved cooking our meals in their fully equipped kitchen and then eating outside on the patio. Lots of room for our family of 4 to spread out in, tons of fun. We have been coming to Cape May for many years and this was by far our most favourite spot to stay, can't wait to go back next year! Highly recommend!! Thanks again!

A Dream Rental

The owners of the Portside Cottage did a fantastic job renovating this place and making it the perfect stay in Cape May. Things actually worked, nothing felt cheap, and the view of the sunrise and sunset on the marina was beautiful. I had to do some baking while there and the kitchen was awesome and had everything I needed. The furniture was comfortable and cozy in the living room, and the bed was a dream to sleep on in the master bedroom. It was just a 10 minute bike ride to the heart of Cape May, and bikes were included with the rental, as were beach tags, and beach towels. Christiane even waited up for us as we arrived really late for check-in. The owners were onsite and we felt we could reach out if we needed anything, but they also kept a respectful distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

A boat side oasis

We had the best time at our stay at The Portside cottage! We were staying for our mini moon and Christiane even left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate! Everything from the decor inside to the beautiful scenery outside was just stunning. Christiane made sure we were all accommodated and responded to any questions we had right away! We will definitely be back! Thanks Christiane!

We are a small Boatyard ,Marina with approx 21 boat slips.
in the center of Cape May. We are tucked away in a beautiful quiet part of Marina district
On Rosemans Lane, overlooking spicer creek waterfront property. Jump on your bike ,rent a small cart or walk into the heart of cape May. Paddle board and kayak can be had minutes away from Miss Chris rentals. Fishing off our docks. Evenings are wonderful with unbelievable sunsets! The Boathouse is also available if we don’t have your dates. Thanks
