Cette incroyable propriété avec des vues à un million de dollars est un paradis de vacances! La propriété a une belle piscine chauffée à bord négatif, avec un panier de basket et une cascade, donnant directement sur le front de mer récréatif, offrant un lieu de vie comme la vie privée, dans la tranquillité. Profitez de la pêche, du kayak, des jouets de piscine et du vélo parmi les nombreux équipements gratuits offerts pendant votre séjour. La maison est exceptionnellement meublée et comprend quatre chambres et une salle de séjour / salle de jeux avec un lit gigogne, une télévision, un lecteur DVD, un bureau, une table de hockey sur air et un piano à clavier! La maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes. Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes et une demi-bain. Les espaces de vie sont spacieux et l’espace principal de la maison est à aire ouverte. Le salon comprend une télévision, un lecteur DVD, un grand écran de cinéma et un système de son surround incroyable. Il y a 2 belles salles à manger à l'intérieur de la maison et une grande table à manger à l'extérieur de la piscine donnant sur l'eau. Tout le dos de la maison a de grandes fenêtres avec une vue magnifique sur la piscine et le front de mer. This home is beautiful! We loved having a pontoon, kayaks, bicycles in all sizes, a kid wagon, warm salt water pool, sound system by pool, pool toys, whirlpool, games, toys for kids, playground very close, wonderful grill, grocery & good restaurants near and more! Spring break in Val Vista Lakes

Paradise!

The house and property were amazing! The grandchildren spent hours in the pool, paddle boarding, kayaking and time spent on the pontoon boat! The location is centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores along with just a short drive to all the beautiful mountain/hiking trails! Tonya and Richard were wonderful hosts!
