Condo spacieux mis à jour. Nouveau mobilier et propre! Près de Breck! Stocké et confortable

Exposition ensoleillée à l'est et au sud. 2 chambres, 1 condo salle de bain complète au coeur de Fairplay pour 6 personnes. Deux chambres spacieuses (toutes deux avec lits queen) et canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme améliorée. Il y a une salle de bain complète garnie de savon, de shampoing et de revitalisant. Il y a aussi un sèche-cheveux et une planche à repasser. Le salon a un canapé et une causeuse, un téléviseur 4K dans le salon, des téléviseurs HD dans les chambres, un foyer électrique (idéal pour l'ambiance et la chaleur supplémentaire en cas de besoin) et une porte coulissante en verre coulissante sur le pont couvert. Il y a une table à manger pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et une barre de petit déjeuner avec 2 tabourets. La cuisine est garnie d'argenterie, assiettes, plats, casseroles et poêles et ustensiles de cuisine. Il y a aussi des condiments de base et du café et du thé. Le lave-vaisselle facilite le nettoyage! Bien sûr, il y a du détergent pour lave-vaisselle et du savon à vaisselle. Le bâtiment a une buanderie payante (1,75 lavage, 1,5 séchage, pas de changement de dollar disponible) et il y a du détergent à lessive dans le garde-manger.
30 minutes en voiture de Breckenridge pour le ski de classe mondiale. Keystone est à environ 60 minutes du condo. Le condo est à distance de marche des boutiques, restaurants, bars, distillerie et South Park City Museum de Front Street. Très courte distance en voiture de tout le reste, y compris l'épicerie, le brew pub, les restaurants et les stations-service. Excellent emplacement pour les plaisirs d'été pendant les journées Burro ou d'autres festivals. Tous les nouveaux meubles en janvier 2019. Comprend DishNetwork TV, WIFI, toutes les commodités et accessoires dont vous avez besoin pour votre voyage. Terrasse couverte pour recevoir à l'extérieur. Great little property!

We only stayed here for about 10hrs, over night on our way through town. The area doesn’t have chain hotels so we leaned on VBRO to find a place to stay. The condo is exactly as advertised. The kitchen, fridge, and pantry were way better stocked than the last VBRO we stayed at. I was impressed with the quaint little place and will stay here again if in the area!

Fall Getaway

The property was clean but I would not call it modern except for the floor. It was comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were dated but very functional. A knife sharpener would help. I was dissappointed there was no grill at the unit but rather at the pool area. The TV was on the side of the sofa and hard to watch.. I did not realize that there was a unit above us which we heard all night as they walked around their unit or took a shower. It was not the most peaceful night. Overall the unit had everything you would need for a weekend stay.

I think you are mistaken about which condo you stayed at and are reviewing. Our condo doesn't have a pool and their is a bbq grill on the deck. Our condo is very well furnished with hickory cabinets and modern appliances (no knife sharpener). Not dated! The tv is in the corner of the living room (not on the end of the couch) and is very easy to watch. Again, I think you are mistaken about which condo you are giving a review for. Take care!

Fourth of July stay in Fairplay 2021

First the good. It was our second stay with you, the first one being very comfortable. The property is nicely located and we thought well enough appointed. It was easy to get in and we felt safe while we were there or away. We thought we had rented a non-smoking unit. The moment we walked in the smell of cigarettes hit us in the face. My wife and I are former smokers and are acutely aware of any tobacco smells. We opened all the windows to vent the place but to no avail, we put up with the smell the whole weekend. We had to wash all of the clothes we brought(even the ones we never wore hanging in the closets or in the drawers). It was very disappointing. Mark, I know this is not your fault. You didn't do it. But your cleaning ladies should have notified you so you can put a warning out to potential renters. In our opinion , the place now needs a "deep" clean including carpets, drapes, shades and maybe some new paint. It really is a bummer someone ruined your place! Sincerely Grant Lewinski

Very sorry for your bad stay. I will send your review to my cleaning service. The building is strictly non-smoking. I had no indication of smoking in the unit but will do everything I can to make sure there are no odors.

Great home away from home

I spent the summer in Fairplay working on a roadwork project and needed a place to stay. This condo was perfect. Right in the heart of town, walkable to almost every restaurant in town. Very spacious, full kitchen. Was much easier than using a hotel, as I could come and go as I please without having to pack everything up every week. 10/10 would recommend and you can’t beat the price!

Great place to stay in Fairplay

We have stayed in this unit several times. It has everything you need to be comfortable. The fact that we keep coming back shows how well the place is maintained and it is basecamp for fly fishing in the area.

Extremely clean

We appreciated staying in this well located property. It had everything we needed at an affordable price. We were a little concerned since the property sits right on the main strip through FairPlay, a well traveled road to Breckenridge. We were pleasantly surprised a how quiet inside the condo was. The host was easily accessible and answered us back quickly when we wanted to start our trip a day early. Would rent this property again if in the area.

Great home base for mountain adventures.

Well appointed, modern, clean. Extremely quiet considering it is on the Main Street/state highway going through town. When I booked it I was a little concerned it might be noisy, but the town is extremely quiet at night, and I had no trouble sleeping at all. Super conveniently located in the heart of an area chock full of recreational activities. I really enjoyed my stay, and would not hesitate to return there in the future!

Great Communication and good rental!

Property was just as described and the communication with the owner was great. Brian was very responsive to any questions and check in was very easy. The beds were on the softer side but that’s a personal preference. Overall a good rental experience!

Fairplay Getaway

Easy to access and great communication. Clean and right on the main drag but quiet. Walked a couple blocks to some good eateries. Fairplay was a great location for us to access the Arkansas River and collegiate peaks for hiking and fishing.

Anniversary fun

We stayed in Mark’s unit, which was very clean. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was a great hub for 2 nights since we split our time between Breckenridge and Buena Vista. We arranged a balloon ride, Colorado Balloons, out of Hartsel. It was a spectacular morning for it.

Best value in the area

Second time staying this summer. Great location for fly fishing and hiking. Excellent base camp, fully equipped kitchen. The covered patio and grill are great extras. Very comfortable. This is a great place that we will adjust our schedule to be able to book a stay.

Mark was very easy to work with. He answered questions before we booked and helped work through a couple of glitches during our stay. Fairplay is a quiet little town and within driving distance of hiking, fishing, kayaking, etc...

Pleasantly Surprising Condo

Recently renovated and easy to access location. The condo was a spacious for the size and bedrooms were great for my family. Would be a straight shot to Breck when it comes time to ski. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We have lived in Colorado Springs since 1999 (Mark is a native of Colorado Springs). We have owned this condo since 2012. It was a long-term rental but when the tenant left we turned it into a vacation rental in 2019.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The property is ideally situated on main street, walking distance to most things in town. For Burro Days and other festivals, it is a one or two block walk to the festivities. The off-street parking is nice during those busy times. For skiing, it is 30-35 minutes to Breckenridge.
We have painted and outfitted the condo with all new furnishings in 2019.
