Picture Perfect!

We started our adventure sipping cocktails and soaking in the hot tub. The home is well appointed with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We highly recommend Terra Soul to anyone looking for a lovely and relaxing home, centrally located in Palm Springs.

Nice comfortable home

We had a pleasant stay in this home. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The outdoor space is amazing. The only suggestion is that more bath towels and washcloths be available.

Lovely staycation

Property was just perfect. Had issues with the spa, I couldn’t get it to work on-site but Deb was quick to react and turn it on for me remotely, which was a bit of a pain, but worked out in the end. Place was clean, and plenty to do for families with kids, with all the games they had. Couldn’t have asked for better weather, would definitely recommend.

Worst Vacation Rental Experience Ever

We arrived and checked in easily at 4pm. House AC was set to 95 so it was stifling 89 degrees upon entering. We set the temp down to 72 and unloaded. 30 mins later it was still 95 and air sounded like it was not running. We communicated with Deb and she quickly noted her Sensi thermostat was not commmuicating with her phone. Came in, changed batteries and assured us it would work. Within 2hrs we recognized the unit was not functioning and she had an AC guy there. Blown motor and fried morherboard. By 9pm he had the air blowing and assured us again the house will cool. The outside temp cooled significantly so we assumed the unit was functioning and went to bed at 77 degrees. When we woke up it was 79/80 again and we contacted Deb with concerns that it wasn’t working. She told us “this is Palm Springs don’t expect a lot of cooling in the older houses, in fact I’m comfortable now at 82 degrees”. This wasn’t the answer we wanted. The temp continued to rise to 86 then 88. VRBO would not relocate us to another rental and we had a kitchen full of items so we had to acquire a new location on our own without VRBO help. By the time we left the AC was again at 89 despite “functioning”. Deb refuses to refund us the night we stayed. We would have left that Saturday had we known the AC was broken and would be broken through our trip. She wouldn’t bring an AC guy back out and instead we struggled through the Palm Springs heat while we tried to work with VRBO to get this resolved.

Super chill house

My adult kids and I were just looking for a chill house to hang; swim, hang, be together and enjoy. The house had a great vibe and it was perfect. We loved it and we would definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great home base in Palm Springs.

Great Getaway

Came down from LA for a few days to decompress with our two small dogs. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. House was lovely and self-contained. Entirely as advertised in the listing. Would stay again!

A true vacation destination with everything you could ask for

After a long year of hard work, we needed a little pre-holiday cheer and to get away! This home had everything needed to enjoy our time in the sun. We enjoyed the Tram ride, and honestly beyond that I didn’t even leave all weekend. We relaxed and unwinded. It’s was exactly what we needed.

Quiet getaway

Well-appointed property with plenty to do or just to relax in a quiet neighbourhood. Didn't pay extra to heat the pool and had some trouble getting the hot tub running properly. It took at least an hour to heat the hot tub (stated 15 minutes) but enjoyable once it was ready. Used one bike (flat tire in minutes and missing nut on front wheel - lucky not to loose it while riding). Close to the airport, but plane noise wasn't an issue. Overall enjoyable stay with a few small hiccups. No one to talk to immediately to ask questions or get help. (Email returned late the following day and phone number results in a message stating a return call within 72 hours.)

Very Comfortable Attractive Place to Stay

We really enjoyed staying at Terra Soul. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed taking advantage of the well equipped kitchen and cooked several meals there. The beds were comfortable. The place is attractively decorated. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Amazing family getaway!

Terra Soul was the perfect place to host our family for a very special get-together :) From the moment we booked, the owner Deb was amazing to work with. Incredibly responsive to all messages, everything was clear and concise in regards to our reservation. Upon check-in, we were provided all instructions which made it seamless. The house itself has signs everywhere with instructions on how to use everything - this was a feature we LOVED. It was so helpful!! The property was beautiful and spacious - plenty of spaces outside to sit, lounge, and enjoy the gorgeous mountain scenery. Downtown Palm Springs was a hop skip and a jump away, but the location of the house felt quiet and suburban. Riding the provided bicycles throughout the local roads was a joy! The bedrooms were perfect, the beds super comfy and enough space for everyone's things. The Master Bedroom in particular had a beautiful bathroom & private access outside. There were also robes provided which was such a nice touch, particularly for getting out of the hot tub on a chilly night! Large kitchen with all the amenities you could need; we loved grocery shopping & cooking and BBQing at the house every night. Brand new washer/dryer set made doing laundry a breeze. The owner also provided laundry detergent, hand soap, & lotion in every bathroom. Small touches that truly made a big difference! We just had an incredible time and would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to visit Palm Springs.

Fantastic Stay at Terra Soul

We had a wonderful time at Deb's property and would come back in a heart beat. The house was perfect size for us, the Kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need and a backyard that has so many cool zones you don't even know where to hang out first. My girls wanted to stay longer and have already asked me if we can come back again soon!
