Cette propriété de 2250 pieds carrés est située sur le lagon pour une vue magnifique sur le front de mer. Il dispose d'une piscine pour adultes, d'un bassin pour enfants et d'un bain à remous. Il se trouve à quelques pas de l'accès à la plage publique et à seulement 3 km du Hangout. Cette unité de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain dispose de 2 maîtres avec salle de bains privée et une chambre d'enfants mis en place pour eux d'apporter leur système de jeu. La pièce principale est meublée avec des meubles en cuir et une nouvelle télévision de 50 pouces. Parfait pour 2 familles à partager cette partie calme de la plage. Cuisine complète et buanderie. Mobilier d'extérieur afin que vous puissiez vous asseoir sur les balcons pour regarder l'eau et vous détendre.

La piscine / spa sont partagés par 8 unités. C'est une unité d'extrémité, donc c'est calme.

The condo itself was nice, great for two families with kids for the week. The heated pool and pool area were fantastic. This was especially nice on the windy days because the pool area remained calm. The pier was great for fishing throughout the day.

The house was great. 7 women and plenty of room for everyone. Just a note, the 4th bedroom is open at the top of the stairs. We really enjoyed the back porch looking over the bay. Wonderful place.

The house had a Charleston South Carolina feel. Beautiful hard wood floors, tall ceilings. House was spacious and views were beautiful. The kids loved the pool. The walk to the beach wasn't bad either and we went several times during our stay. The futon in the master upstairs isn't really usable as it feels like you're lying directly on the frame but I feel that could be an easy replacement. The check in was seamless and the owner was super easy to get in touch with and in a timely manner. We look forward to staying again.

Perfect location with pool when you dont want to go to the beach. Only complaint is the beds. If main beds were updated it would have been an amazing stay.

Our family had an amazing time at the this rental property! The heated pool was a hit with everyone, providing hours of fun and relaxation. The views of the lagoon and beach were beautiful. Wow - Great Deal * Great Place * Great Fun for all of us

Great trip, the entire family had a ball and we had lots of room in this great house. Close to the beach, we enjoyed the hot tub, kids loved the pool area, fishing off the dock and grilling outside. It’s definitely that home away from home, very clean and comfortable . Owner is easy to work with too !

Great place

This was a great place. The main area had lots of room to socialize and watch football on the huge TV. The bedrooms were big too. It was a short walk to the beach and there are paved paths to get there. We are going to book again during the summer.

Lagoon home

There were ten of us and we really loved this location and the layout of the house. The lagoon was fun for the grandsons to go fishing and of course the beach is always great. Nice pool as well. We’d recommend it!

Snowbird Month

Perfect place for a group stay. We booked this home for the month of February with a group of friends. Loved the location, quiet yet still close to everything in Gulf Shores. One in our group worked remotely while there, the upstairs master suite was large enough for her to work and quiet. The owners were wonderful to deal with. The home perfect and loved the large rooms, location and amenities we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very convenient to the bay. Fishing was excellent. Pool was good. The house was comfortable with lots of storage. The property managers responded rapidly. Cons: The appliances were shabby. The freezer door handle came off several times. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. Later experience suggested that was due to the dishwasher not cleaning well. Other: It is a two block walk to the beach. There is limited free parking closer. For adults the walk is fine but with little ones it’s far. The beach was excellent near the house.

Thank you for your comments. The freezer door handle has been tightened. I have never experienced an issue with dish washer, but I will replace any appliance that is not working properly.

Right before she arrived, I personally cleaned under every price of furniture, dusted the fans, baseboards, window sills and blinds then the unit was professionally cleaned by the owner of the cleaning service. This is the service that has earned me a 5 start rating on 3 other sites. Kim claimed there was sand in the beds, she was the FIRST person sleep on all brand new sheets and comforters. There is no way there could have been sand in the beds. Sand gets tracked in in your feet and people don’t realize when they get in bed. I sent the maid service back to the unit to address any concerns. As for the outside, we had a bad storm prior to her arrival. So, there was sand under the unit and the power wash company was not able to get there before they arrived. It has been power washed now. She also complained about a dirty grill to which I bought her a new one while she was there. This rating is totally inaccurate!!

Great location, spacious.

This is a very large unit and great for multiple families. Lots of room to spread out. Great pool, small hot tub and kids pool on site and a dock to walk down and catch blue crabs (chicken nuggets work well). The location is close to town and only a 5 minute walk from the beach! VERY quiet at night and very relaxing. Our only critique would be to update some of the appliances (dishwasher and dryer struggled a bit). For how nice a unit this is, a few updates and this would be a 5 star immaculate place to be . Also, having a vacuum for guests would be very nice to help us keep the unit clean during the stay, as you will track sand, since your at the beach. All in all though, we can overlook some of the quirks since the location was so great and the unit was so big.

The dishwasher and dryer were purchased within the last 3 years, but I have scheduled a service call to ensure they are working properly. I bought a new vacuum in August because the last one was stolen and apparently it was stolen also. I have replaced it again. Thank you for your feedback.

Excellent Accommodations and Super Convenient

This beach house was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the comfort of being away from the busyness of the main strip in gulf shores without being too far away to be able to join in on the fun.It was relaxing and peaceful. It offered us privacy and space for our littles to run around and enjoy being free and making noise. The fishing dock kept my 8 year old and my husband along with my nephew busy pretty much the entire weekend. The bedrooms were HUGE. The bathrooms were nice and accommodating for a party of 12 people. Their size was better than expected. The bedroom with the bunk bed and extra twin area is more like a commons area, but for our kids, it was great. It was actually better than them being in a true bedroom because they were easier to access by my sister and I (we stayed upstairs with our families) should they have needed something. The master suite at the bottom allowed my parents a nice space to relax and unwind with the privacy of their own ensuite bathroom. I was thoroughly impressed. This is a great little beach house tucked away just far enough off of the main strip for some relaxation, renewal, and family time but just close enough to join the fun on the main strip.The walk to the beach is not bad at all. I actually preferred this to being directly on the beach for the fear of waking up to random people camping out in front of the beach house LOL. I will definitely book again for our future beach adventures. 1000/10 recommend this place!!!

Since I live locally and this is my personal unit, I know quite a bit about the the local area. Just ask!!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I purchased this property because it has enough bedrooms for a large group, faces the waterfront, access to water skiing and fishing in the Lagoon, has a pool and is NOT a condo. I also love that I can grill on my property and that I do not have to deal with the parking fees and limited parking spots that occurs at condo units.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The pool and hot tub is only shared by 8 units. It has children's and separate adult pool. You can view the water from three balconies. My friends and family like to fish off the dock that is on the property.
