Welcome to your dream vacation with 600 ft of private west-facing lakeshore on the serene shores of Big Thunder Lake! Nestled on a sprawling 52-acre property in beautiful Remer Minnesota, this luxurious 5,000 sq ft, 4+ bedroom home is the ultimate getaway for relaxation and adventure.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by spacious living areas designed for comfort and entertainment. The house boasts three king-sized beds, a queen bed, and loft with a full & a twin bed, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for all of your guests. The master bedroom has a jetted tub. There are 2 full baths, a 3/4 bath, and a half bath. With three inviting fireplaces, a grand living room, large kitchen/dining/sitting area - there's no shortage of space to unwind and create lasting memories. Stay connected with high speed WiFi throughout.
Indulge in the numerous amenities this estate has to offer, including a pool table, a full bar area, and indoor sport/basketball court for friendly competitions, and four big-screen smart TVs to catch up on your favorite shows. Enjoy year-round comfort with central heat/AC, and heated floors in the recreation/family room area on the lower level where you can also enjoy a relaxing sauna.
The large lakeside patio features a fire pit, propane stainless grill, and a deck perfect for outdoor gatherings. The screen porch, complete with a TV, offers a cozy spot with plenty of seating to watch the sunset. There is ample space on the lake level for yard games - bags, volleyball, etc.
With 600 feet of west-facing sandy beach, you'll be treated to breathtaking sunsets. The property includes two docks, a canoe, and paddle boards for endless water activities.
The quaint towns of Remer, Outing, and Longville offer shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Snowmobile and ATV trails are only about a mile from property and can be accessed directly from the property. Deer Haven is a fabulous restaurant right on Thunder Lake!

- NOTE: Owners reside on the adjacent lake lot to the property to answer any questions or resolve any issues.
