This property is very family friendly. We all enjoyed our time together so much!! The grandkids never left the docks fished all day long. The ice cream shop near by was a hit.

Great place to enjoy with friends and family!

Very nice, Stairs to lower level could use some attention! The fishing off the docks was fabulous. The grill should be listed as a smoker.

Great house and location

We booked this to do some trail riding and it was right off the trails so easy unload of vehicles one time. Plenty of parking space for two trailers. The house had everything we needed and then some! Also spent some time fishing off the dock which was a plus! Host was very responsive and house was perfect for our needs.

Great place to stay. Plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. Kitchen has everything need to cook. The lake is a great swimming lake, caught fish right off the dock. It is situated in a nice little community with boutique shops near by. Excellent eatery’s also very close. Had a small issue with the grill Adam took care of it right away. The house was very clean and has all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay again.

Roosevelt Lake House Stay

This property was exactly as it was advertised! Plenty of room for the whole family, many amenities, and sits on the lake. We were able to park our boat, play games, paddle board, and fish right off the 2 provided docks! Our overall stay was fantastic and we would definitely recommend this place! I would recommend to the property manager to mow earlier than it was because we tracked thru a lot of wet grass.

I love Outing

We knew exactly where it was because we have a family cabin on another lake in town. It is close to downtown so for the Fourth of July downtown fun with the band and fireworks it was a perfect spot. Being right off the highway wasn’t as bad as we thought because there was plenty of space on the lake-side. The sleeping arrangements were a little less than expected. We have some tall family members and it can “fit” 13 people but we had to split up families and place mattresses on the floor because it was easier to allow for feet hanging off edges. Six of the spots were better for school-aged kids.

Cabin was just about exactly as pictured! One bed listed was a cot in the master bed that went unused, suitable for child only. Volleyball was great! Beach is a little rocky but one of the only few on the lake. Owner rents boat but doesn’t mention in description, ended up going with olds pontoon rental since I we didn’t know. Renting with them was easy had dock delivery but probably a little more pricey. Kitchen could use a few more supplies. Oven was a little tricky at keeping temperature. Overall great stay and would recommend! Fit 11 adults by bringing two air mattresses and one sleeping on the couch!

Very nice

We had a great week at this lake home. The grill was a Traeger smoker instead of a gas grill but we have that at home so that ended up to be just fine. The access to the lake is steep and has many stairs but they allowed us to use a golf cart for my husband as he walks with a cane. The living room is upstairs away from the main floor kitchen and dining room which was not ideal but was workable.
