L'appartement se compose de 2 chambres doubles, 2 salles de bains, le salon avec cuisine, coin repas et canapé-lit double, en plus de la terrasse. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, 4 couchages dans les lits et 2 couchages sur le canapé-lit. La propriété a été récemment rénovée (2016). La première chambre a un lit double (Queen size); le second a deux lits simples, conçus pour être réunis et utilisés comme lit double, si nécessaire. Les deux salles de bain complètes ont chacune une cabine de douche. La cuisine est entièrement équipée: plaques à induction, réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes, presse-agrumes, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetières, ustensiles, couverts. Le canapé-lit double est conçu pour un usage fréquent. Le patio est équipé d'une table et de chaises, de chaises longues, d'un parasol, d'un barbecue et d'une douche d'eau froide et chaude. L'appartement est équipé de la climatisation centralisée (Cool & Heat), WiFi (le plus rapide disponible en Italie), télévision, coffre-fort, sèche-cheveux, fer et planche à repasser. Les matériaux, les matelas, les sommiers à ressorts et les tissus sont hypoallergéniques.

Great Location for Apartment

The was close enough to town where you could walk to everything easily , but it was still quiet at night. The apartment manager Bruno was very nice and accommodating. I’d stay here again. The patio was also lovely.

Mario's flat was quiet, comfortable, and close to everything. Bruno the manager was helpful and communicative. The four of us had a great stay. We recommend this place for anyone who wants convenience in Sorrento.

Charming property in desirable location

Property is walking distance from train station, city center, ocean view and highly rated restaurants. Property owner Bruno is very responsive and helped us with check in and provided great food and recommendations for things to do. Cleaning person made sure property was nice and tidy everyday before we returned from exploring Amalfi coast. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Fabulous location+property+Superb Host!!

This place was everything we expected and provided easy access to all that Sorrento has to offer. We had great recommendations from our host for our Amalfi Coast driver/tour and local restaurants. Any questions we had were answered virtually immediately. We highly recommend this for anyone planning to visit Sorrento!!!

Great Place & Location

Our group of 4 adults very much enjoyed our stay in this bright, clean rental. There were no steps to navigate as we entered a garden gate to a lovely veranda outside our door. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, and the kitchen had all we needed. We had complete privacy, while being within walking distance of all beautiful Sorrento had to offer.

Clean, comfortable apartment in good location

We had a great time staying at this very comfortable apartment. We were able to easily walk to the train station, marina, restaurants, etc. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Communication with Mario was great. Highly recommend.

Great apartment and location in Sorrento!

We really had some great luck with VRBOs on this visit to Italy, and as our last stop, in Sorrento, this one was certainly one of the best. Modern and perfectly located, with nice beds, great showers and A/C, and a short walk to everything. Our booking with Mario could not have been easier, and Bruno was a great help onsite, including with some excellent restaurant recommendations (including one right down the street that proved to be one of our favorites)! We would definitely look to book here again if returning to Sorrento!

Clean and pretty

My family and I stayed here for a few days during our vacation. We were so happy with the hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities at this location. There was a maid who took care of the flat while we were out and did laundry. The patio was a great place to rest after touring around all day. The host also helped us book a tour and provided many suggestions for food, and directions.

We just spent one week at Mario's flat. Everything was above expectation. Mario was very helpful and always available. We could walk everywhere as we were centrally located but the flat was very quiet. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect for a family of four

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mario’s apartment. He was really helpful setting up a boat tour around Capri which is highly recommended. We were about a 10-15 minute walk to town which was a little more quiet. The apartment had everything we needed and a market was just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Sorrento.

Ideal location for Sorrento, Almafi Coast, and Capri

Family stayed here for time in Sorrento as well as our day trips to Capri and Almafi coast. Perfect location to enjoy all of it!! In a quieter area of Sorrento so was easy to sleep at night. Close enough to easily walk to main areas and ports. Bruno was fantastic. Daily maid was also very nice. Super clean!! Truly a great place for your family.

Charming flat

From the beginning to the end, 6 nights, our stay here was wonderful. Mario was so accessible and kept up with us to make sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely come back and stay here in the flat. We highly recommend the Lemon garden restaurant that is just a 5 minute walk. Quiet, peaceful, and delicious fresh food. 👩‍❤️‍👨

Fantastic Sorrento base!

Great flat close to town center. Comfortable, clean, safe with great patio and air conditioning ( a must in summer heat). Mario and his staff are great and very helpful. Flat gets cleaned daily which is nice touch. Great little bar/cafe on corner - good for drinks and coffee/pastry in morning. Convenient to train/bus station and port. No car needed. I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you Mario!

Absolutely Perfect!

This property is even better than depicted. Central to nearly everything, it is a charming flat and impeccably clean. Both Mario and Bruno are proactive communicators and have thought of everything to make their guest’s stay enjoyable. Loved the restaurant recommendations and transportation options in and out of the city. If you’re looking at other options and on the fence, stay here. It’s lovely.

Great property

We are staying in this property at the moment and can happily recommend it. The fittings are modern and functional, everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location is excellent as you are within easy walking distance of the train station which gets you to both Pompeii and Herculaneum and also the town and port which gets you to Capri in 20 minutes. Mario, the owner, is extremely helpful and although we were more than happy with the accommodation, I am sure he would sort out any difficulty you may have. All in all, a great visit.

Sorrento vacation 23

This property was exactly as described. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the staff checked in daily to clean and offer additional supplies. The private entry was great and easy to find. We made use of the private patio which had a view of a small farm next door with lots of tomatoes growing. The apartment was a 10 minute walk to the center, shopping areas and Port. A 5 minute walk to a bus stop or the train station. Bruno was very helpful at check in and gave great advice. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone ends traveling to the area.

A week in Sorrento… first time in this area.

The rental process and communication with the property team was easy especially since we did not speak Italian. The location was a 5 minute walk to the city center with all the amenities. Also great “home base” for visiting the other coastal cities (Amalfi, Positano, Ravello) and Capri. Three of us shared the condo which had all the working and clean kitchen and bath items needed. Even basic items like salt, oil, coffee, soap, charger and suggested restaurants. Was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Inside was one couch to share and folding chairs/tables. The outside seating was beautiful. We did hear traffic noise as it is outside the city but we felt very safe walking day or evening.
