Magnifique location directe face à l'océan 1!

Ce condo 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain en bord de mer est le parfait St. Escapade Augustine pour un couple romantique ou une petite famille! Les clients ne voudront jamais quitter le balcon avec sa vue panoramique sur l'océan Atlantique et la plage.
Si l’océan ne vous suffit pas, vous pourrez profiter de l’accès Internet haut débit sans fil, de la télévision par câble à écran plat et d’un lecteur DVD. C'est le plus grand plan d'étage à Beachers Lodge.
La cuisine est petite mais a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et il y a une table à manger pour quatre également dans le condo. Ceci est un condo non-fumeur, sans animaux, parfait pour deux personnes ou confortable pour quatre. Besoin de plus d'espace? Nous gérons également plusieurs autres unités dans le même bâtiment, afin que votre famille et vos amis puissent rester à proximité!
Le Beacher’s Lodge est un condo-hôtel situé sur l’île Anastasia, dans la région de Crescent Beach. Il possède une plage de sable blanc et lisse, id��ale pour se promener et jouer dans les vagues, à seulement 14 km au sud du quartier historique de St Augustine. Les installations du Beacher’s Lodge incluent une promenade privée sur la plage, une piscine chauffée en bord de mer, une aire de pique-nique / barbecue, une machine à laver / sèche-linge sur place (pas dans le condo) et un accès par une rampe / ascenseur depuis le parking spacieux. Les restaurants et les magasins sont accessibles à pied.

À une courte distance en voiture, moins d'une heure, se trouvent Daytona Beach au sud et Jacksonville au nord. Orlando est à seulement 2, 5 heures de route.

The room was clean. The host was kind when I talked to him. Amazing beach view. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/etc. It also had some games in the cabinet which i thought was cool. We had a great stay. Definitely needs a new set of blinds for the slide door. Most were broken off and it let alot of light come thru during morning hours. Other than that it was great. Would stay here again!

Unfortunately we left after 2 days as the unit is so run down. Sinks clogged, screen door broken, shades to patio missing, holes in the ceiling, etc. Has minimal items in kitchen as well. Location is also the farthest condo from town. Building itself seemed fine and good beach access.

This apartment is not updated, not kept up, cramped and the bed was not comfortable. Everything was old and worn and run down. There was a mish mash of mixed and dirty utensils and pans and plates and a rusty dripping refrigerator. There were no paper toweling or toilet paper and no response when we asked host about it and no maid service or communication for our entire two week stay. We never saw the host because keys were dropped off and picked up in a box and no response to our questions or concerns. The only good thing was nice view of the beach. That’s it. Not pleased and not recommended.

I am sorry you had the experience you had. However, to be fair, we provide 2 rolls of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper when guests arrive. This is enough for any average stay. Your stay was more than two weeks, which is unusual. I did respond on 4/19 to your text, explaining this and letting you know that there are laundry facilities on site for guests to use. I do hope you have a better experience the next time you rent on VRBO.

Crescent Beach

Loved the condo and the views from the balcony were amazing. I loved all the dogs and bikes on the beach. Everyone was friendly. The condo was very clean and super cute with its beach decor. The bed was a little soft for us. Overall everything was great!

Room was not the cleanest. Blinds were broke, couch and chair were dirty and the pull out was very uncomfortable. The sink was very dirty. The code that was provided to access the beach was incorrect. Luckily the others staying at the condo were able to provide us with the right code. Our stay was not terrible, but also not great. We made the best of it :)
